The villa was completely refurbished and equipped with new furniture. It captivates with its top location and the breathtaking view of the wide canal. Enjoy unforgettable sunshine hours in the spacious south-facing pool area.
Upon entering the villa you're just in the middle of the living area flooded with light and with an idyllic view on the water. You have a beautiful view to the canal while enjoying privacy in the lanai area. The spacious living area is equipped with a modern large flat-TV, a state-ofthe-art kitchen with counter with all amenities, as well as a dining area.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has an idyllic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool area. Both guest rooms are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). The whole villa is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy suffers.
Enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax. The heated pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The water feels very soft and comfortable on the skin. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a large BBQ.
The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations / pavilions and a children's playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stone's throw away and always worth a visit. Publix and several restaurants are in walking distance.
A crib and a high-chair are available for families with children.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

This home was great for two couples.
The view was amazing. We enjoyed lots of time in the lanai and in the pool. Close to whatever we needed. Great kitchen for eating at home. Loved the ice maker and water built into the frig. That was so nice. It was perfect for our vacation.
Grandioser Aufenthalt
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Sunshine Bay und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder voll genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wirklich spitze in sicherer Nachbarschaft und nah an Restaurants und Supermärkten. Der Pool ist einfach herrlich. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind viel in den USA unterwegs und freuen uns immer, wenn wir auch neben Netflix und Co. amerikanisches Kabel-TV schauen können, das ist leider nicht mehr überall der Fall. Auch mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus voll zu empfehlen. Es ist ein idealer Rückzugsort, um wieder ein paar Tage abzuschalten. Wir fühlen uns bei CoralVilla super betreut und buchen hier auch ein drittes Mal gerne wieder.
Erwartungen noch übertroffen
Die Bilder auf der Homepage haben schon viel erwarten lassen, aber in der Realität wurden die Erwartungen noch übertroffen ! Was für eine traumhafte Villa mit Top- Ausstattung und Einrichtung, sehr viel Platz und ein Pool mit grandioser Aussicht auf den Kanal, die wir (4-köpfige Familie) jede Minute genossen haben. Vielen Dank auch für die sehr gute Betreuung, sowohl in Deutschland, als auch in Florida durch Patrizia und Heiko. Es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst und ich hoffe, irgendwann mal wieder!We can’t wait to book again!

Was für eine wunderschöne Villa, top moderne Einrichtung, viel Platz und ein Pool mit fantastischer Aussicht; wir hatten zu viert, als Familie, jede Minute genossen. Die Villa hat uns gleich beim Betreten ein Gefühl von Urlaub gegen. Viele kleine durchdachte Details, wie der Milchaufschäumer, der den Morgenkaffee am Pool einfach unvergesslich machte oder die Beachstühle, die die schönen Strände in der Umgebung einfach genießen lassen, haben dazu beigetragen, uns eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten. Vielen Dank und jederzeit wieder!

The property was just as good as we’d hoped. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a family. Pool area was lovely and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend booking this villa. Communication with Coral villa and the manager was great, they were very flexible with our booking dates (initially booked pre pandemic) when were unable to travel to the US - much appreciated. 5 stars from us
Great house, beachy vibe, fantastic view, awesome saltwater pool.
The house has a great beachy vibe to it. Fantastic view from the back of the house of the water and beyond. The saltwater pool was great! Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and is centrally located to everything. Publix is a 5 minute ride. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys all provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. A couple of things that would have helped: there were no grab bars in the shower. Both my daughter and I almost fell the first time we took a shower and it would be helpful to have grab bars in the shower. Especially for older people. The other thing we would have liked is curtains/blinds to pull over the dining room windows and sliding glass doors to the back. At night, we would have liked to have them for privacy. I will also agree with other reviews the beds are firm. I slept fine with them but my husband and daughter did not. All in all, a great place to stay. The minor things are not a deal breaker and I would stay again.

Wunderbare Villa mit dem besten Ausblick den wir bisher hatten! Ganz tolle Lage. Die vor Ort Betreuung ist bestens organisiert und super nett. Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral und hatten schon viele Häuser, was soll Ich sagen: die bisher beste Villa! Der Pool mit dem beheizten Salzwasser ist Gold wert, die Einrichtig ist super, alles schön Zeitgemäß. Besondere Freude gab es, als wir die Strandstühle mit den Rucksackgurten gefunden haben. Es mangelt an nichts , vom Salz bis zum Handtuch ist alles vorhanden! Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Frau Schommer. Exzellente Kundenbetreuung zu jeder Tageszeit und zu jedem Anliegen! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Absolutely GORGEOUS place.
My husband and I decided to take a trip to Cape Coral for our honeymoon. We just got back a week ago and want to go back already! This home has everything you could ever need (kitchen supplies, beach gear, home speaker system, etc.). You can tell it is very well taken care of and they truly care that their guests have a great stay. The beds are a little firm, which is literally the only negative we have to say about the place, other than that it is perfect and we definitely want to come stay again.

Lovely House
Recently returned from a holiday in Florida and stayed at the Pelican Villa. The house looks exactly as it does on the website - nice furnishings and very clean. Nice pool area. The management team were very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Located very near Camelot Park which although small was a nice place to walk and stretch your legs! Overall a great stay and a lovely villa.
Beautiful place for a romantic getaway!
I spent with my husband 10 beautiful days at this beautiful villa.We had a great time swimming, sunbathing all day and fishing! All the necessary stores were within 5 minutes drive: supermarkets, seafood, oyster bar,Chinese, Japanese ,liquor store. Great place for a romantic getaway!

The house was immaculate with an awesome view of the length of the canal. The lanai and pool provided many hours of relaxing entertainment. The house was well supplied with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The staff was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

My family and I had a great time for the week we were there.
The location was close enough to everything one could need. We had a couple maintenance issues but our assigned contact person had someone immediately come over and correct them. The house itself was beautiful as advertised and the pool / grill were used at every chance we were able to. A boat ride or car ride to Sanibel/Captiva is highly recommended. No need to pack the beach chairs, towels or fishing poles as they are all there for you. The views were amazing, as was the convenience to grocery, restaurants, marinas and shopping. We are already trying to decide on when to return, as there is so much more to do than time allowed. Thank you for sharing your home.

The location is so beautiful and within 20-30 min drive to white sand beaches. Really enjoyed the salt water pool and appreciated the outdoor bug protection net! Will definitely be back! Thank you Coral Villa for providing such a luxury home!
Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Father’s Day. The home is beautiful, modern, comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Check in and check out were quick and painless. The area is safe, and feels quite private, despite it being a subdivision. Loved it!

Great house to stay with a family! Pool is brand new and overlooks a canal so you have a sense of being “on the water”. There are many pool floats, beach toys, great beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a stroller available in the garage. Also, plenty of towels! There is a grocery store within walking distance and plenty of food options around, too. We had a great time—only wish we stayed longer!

What a great find!
We stayed for 2 weeks and never got bored of the pool! This is such a great place for kids (we have 2 under 3) and didn’t have to “baby proof” too much. The place is well equipped with everything you need - kids plates, pool floaties, beach equipment, spices/seasonings... so much! The only negative thing I can share is that I would agree with a previous user - the beds were pretty hard, especially the master. We’ll be back next year for sure!
Quiet house - great vacation
This is a super nice house with a nice view of the water. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! The communication was great as well. The only bad thing was the beds, they are super super firm, absolutely no give at all. I did suggest that they get new beds. However, I’m sure some people like super firm beds.

Beautiful he was like new and had the most beautiful lanai/pool area that looked down the canal with a gorgeous view. We rented a boat and cruised back from our 2 days of boating and tied up on our own dock. Loved the location just one block from a beautiful park with tennis courts and just a half mile walk to Cape Harbour with great outdoor dining options and even live music. House was well equipped and everything felt clean and like brand new.

This was an amazing villa! We stayed for a very long time, I think around 6 weeks and although it was during lockdown we loved our stay and had a good time. The pool was a blessing to have during hot days. The house was very clean, well decorated and had everything you need. The host is very communicative and answers your questions very quickly. Cape Coral is a lovely small town and in the final weeks we enjoyed having dinner at the Harbour a couple of times. It is a must have to go to when you are visiting. The sun sets are beautiful as well.

We will only stay at CoralVilla homes in the future, because we know the appointments are modern, beautiful and the home was very clean. Great responsiveness when we called with questions. If theres one small suggestion(s) we could make could make...the bath towels are starting to be slightly worn. We were looking for a rubber spatula for cooking since we had so much time inside this week with Covid-19. :) The beds are very firm, if you had a softer pad for those who are not as fond of a firm mattress.
We loved having the sound system for the home. You've done such a great job making this home for others. Everyone loved the home and wished we could have stayed longer. It was wonderful.
Paradise
We have rented many properties in Cape Coral over the years and this home is a superior rental! The living areas were bright, fresh and inviting with a wonderful kitchen and family room. The outdoor seating was fabulous with an outstanding view down a wide canal. The pool was perfect and the grill was great! We will definitely return in the future!

Peaceful and beautiful in a great location.

Ein phantastisches Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir haben es für vier Wochen bei viel Sonne und Wärme und manchmal auch mit niedrigen Nachttemperaturen genossen. Die Klimaanlage kühlt und - da es nötig war - heizt. Die exzellente Küchenausstattung und die guten Betten empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Zusätzlich funktionierte das Internet schnell und zuverlässig. Der perfekte Service von Patricia und Heiko, den wir wenige Male in Anspruch nehmen mussten, war schon toll ebenso wie der freundliche Kontakt (telefonisch oder per Email) hier in Deutschland. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, den weiten Blick zu genießen, die springenden Fische zu beobachten oder einfach nur im Pool zu schwimmen war für uns Erholung pur. Wir kommen zurück im Februar des kommenden Jahres.Wonderful first time in Cape Coral!

Super Haus in super Lage
Dieses Haus ist eines der schönsten Häuser die wir je in einem Urlaub in Cape Coral geniessen durften. Absolut geniale Lage, tolle exclusive Ausstattung und professionelle und sehr nette Hausverwaltung. Wir werden sicherlich hierher wiederkommen. Garantiert. Übrigens war auch der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern von Coralvilla-Florida äusserst angenehm. Alles in Allem: Sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für ALLES!
Perfekte Villa!
Drei wundervolle Wochen durften wir in dieser tollen Villa verbringen. Alles war einfach traumhaft schön! Die besonders schöne Sicht über den Kanal, die äusserst geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der Poolbereich mit unserer ‚Lieblingsecke‘ zum Kaffeetrinken... einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist genial. Sei es zu Joggen durchs Quartier, spazieren zum Harbour, Tennis spielen im angrenzenden Park oder auch zum Golfen (2 sehr schöne Golfplätze sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten erreichbar) Leider ist die Villa an unseren Daten schon besetzt, sonst hätten wir gleich wieder gebucht. Last but not least wurden wir von Patricia wie immer perfekt betreut.
Wundervolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderschön und modern eingerichtet und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Der Pool und der Blick über den Kanal sind traumhaft und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es einen schönen Park mit Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplätzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation vor und nach dem Urlaub, sowie vor Ort war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen, wenn Sie einen Urlaub in Cape Coral planen!
Great break from Winter !!!
Villa Sunshine Bay was exactly what we needed for a break from our Wisconsin winter for the month of February. The villa is fully equipped with anything needed, along with being clean and completely updated. The view down the wide canal is awesome as you relax in the beautiful heated pool. The property managers, Heiko and Patricia were very helpful with any questions. Would definitely consider this property for future stays !!!
Unser Aufenthalt
Wir können diese Villa vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Hier war alles genauso, wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Elektrogeräte (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc.) sind hochwertig. Selbst auf einen anständigen Kaffee muss man nicht verzichten, da es eine Nespressomaschine gibt und man kann seine eigene Musik auf Sonos Speaker wiedergeben. Die Lage ist toll, mit Blick auf den Kanal und ruhigen Nachbarn. Lediglich die Klimageräte an den Außenseiten der Nachbarhäuser sind gelegentlich etwas laut. Das ist aber in Florida so üblich. Das Team kümmert sich hervorragend. CoralVilla ist ein echter Geheimtipp bei moderaten Preisen.
Wunderschönes, modernes Ambiente mit viel Ruhe
Angekommen in einer Idylle von Ruhe und wunderschönem Ausblick den Kanal entlang. Absolut ruhige Nachbarschaft. Modern und neu eingerichtet. Durchweg gefliest. Masterroom-Schlafzimmer super schön mit Blick auf den Kanal vom Bett aus. Es ist alles vor Ort was man sich nur wünscht. Küche perfekt eingerichtet. An alles wurde für einen optimalen und erholsamen Urlaub gedacht. Patricia vor Ort sehr kompetent und nett. Jederzeit wieder dieses Haus oder auch ein anderes von CoralVilla. Super netter Kontakt mit Frau Schommer in Germany. Danke für die nette Begrüßung mit Wein. Check out auch passend. Da wir jedes Jahr nach Florida reisen, muss ich betonen, dass dies bisher das schönste und optimalste Haus für unsere Familie gewesen ist. Zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Nähe.

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist gut gelegen. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.. Wir würden sofort wieder die Villa für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sicher eine der schönsten Villen in Cape Coral!
Wir können nur Positives berichten, alles andere käme dem Suchen nach dem Haar in der Suppe gleich. Highlights: Top Lage an der Kopfseite eines Kanals mit beheizbarem Pool (zusätzliche Stromkosten waren kaum der Rede wert) in direkter Südlage. Sehr unkompliziertes Checkin auch spät abends durch zahlencodiertes Schloss ohne Schlüssel. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die deutschen Verwalter vor Ort mit guten Tips für Freizeit und Gastronomie. Moderne Einrichtung, neuwertiger Eindruck, schöne in das Wohnzimmer integrierte Küche, alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Der obligatorische große Gasgrill wurde on uns fleißig genutzt - die Steaks in den USA sind einfach um Längen besser als zu Hause. Equipment wie Poolspielzeug, Angeln, Strandstühle, etc. standen zur freien Nutzung in der Garage bereit. Wir empfehlen die Villa Sunshine Bay uneingeschränkt weiter und freuen uns, bald mal wieder zu kommen.
Top Villa, Top Lage!
Von der Buchung bis hin zu Abreise war alles bestens. Super Service, nette Verwaltung!
Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann wohl wieder in diese Villa.
Als kleiner Hinweis: Mit dem Boot bis zur Schleuse fährt man ca 40min. Braucht leider länger als gedacht. Aber auch dieser lange Weg lohnt sich :)
Wundervolle Villa für traute Zweisamkeit
Wir verbrachten fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Nach zwei vergangenen Florida-Aufenthalten war das das schönste Haus. Die Villa ist nicht allzu gross, deshalb optimal für zu Zweit oder zu Viert. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Tolle Besonnung, schöner Blick auf den ruhigen Kanal mit den immer wieder mal lustig springenden Fischen. Das Haus ist modern, hell und schlicht sowie technisch hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Mikro-Lage ist genial. Wo hat man in den USA schon eine perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeit, den Yachthafen mit Restaurants oder ein tolles Fischrestaurant nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt?

Traum Villa
Dieses neu renovierte Haus in Top Lage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants.
Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und konnten das Ambiente voll und ganz genießen. Das Haus ist genial durchdacht, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Der Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Kanal ist ein Traum.
Wir werden diese Zeit in bester Erinnerung behalten.

I highly recommend a boat, even though the lock is 40 minutes from the house, it's really nice to leave straight from the rental. And the beaches are worth it.
Traumhaft schönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Sunshine Bay verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus war gerade frisch renoviert und komplett neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist die atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Wasser, die man vom Wohnbereich, aus dem Masterschlafzimmer und natürlich von der Terasse aus genießen kann. Wir haben uns außerdem für drei Tage ein Boot direkt beim Hausverwalter Heiko (Florida Dream Services) dazu gemietet. Dieses wurde uns direkt an den eigenen Steg zum Haus gebraucht und dort auch wieder abgeholt. Das können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Manatis haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, dafür aber Delfine. Die Abstimmungen mit CoralVilla und dem Hausverwalter vor Ort waren vorbildlich. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Sunshine Bay. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
Gehalten, was versprochen wurde
Wir sind am 25.02.17 angereist. Das Haus wurde bis zur letzten Minute noch frisch umgebaut und renoviert und empfing uns in einem frischen Kleid. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier gearbeitet und viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt.
Die Lage übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Natürlich sprechen die Bilder für sich, aber wenn man dann endlich dort ist und alles mit eigenen Augen sieht, dann stellt man fest, dass es noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist.
Unsere Ankunft wurde von Patricia und Heiko super schön vorbereitet. Nach einer ziemlich langen Anfahrt fanden wir im Kühlschrank und auf dem Tresen Getränke vor, um unseren Urlaub beginnen lassen zu können. Das war ein wirklich schöner Willkommensgruß. Aber auch so war es möglich, jederzeit mit den Beiden in Kontakt zu treten und den ein oder anderen Insider-Tipp zu bekommen. Auch die E-Mails im Vorfeld unserer Reise haben diese zu etwas schönem werden lassen.
Und ja, ich würde JEDEM dieses Feriendomizil ans Herz legen, denn es ist super schön... von den Kindern heiß geliebt: der beheizte Pool
