The entire villa is beautifully refurbished and newly furnished. It captivates with its top location and the breathtaking view of the wide canal. Enjoy unforgettable sunshine hours and beautiful Florida sunsets in the spacious pool area.
The spacious living area is bright and offers an idyllic view on the water. Enjoy a game of pool with family or friends at the pool table! In the living area is equipped you will find a modern, large flat screen TV, a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual play list all over the house and the pool area.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has a fantastic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool. Both guest rooms (one also offers a TV) are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool. Tiles are laid throughout the house, which is ideal for allergy sufferers.
Enjoy your breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The sunbeds and the space by the large pool invite you to linger and relax. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a nice BBQ.
The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations, pavilions and a playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stone's throw away and always worth a visit. Publix market and several restaurants are in walking distance.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find in the garage beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your trips.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
The floor plans at the end of the photo series provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva or other destinations in the area. Dolphin sightings are guaranteed. You will find the selection of boats directly under the location map after the description. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wir ( 2EW und 1 Kind 12 Jahre) waren für 9 Tage Ende August/ Anfang September 2023 in diesem Haus. Es ist wirklich alles genauso, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und wird gut gepflegt. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, wo man sich sehr sicher fühlt und wir Abends sogar ein wenig spaziert sind. In der Garage ist alles, was man für einen Strandtag braucht... Stühle, Kühlbox, Luftmatratzen, Poolnudeln, Strandspielzeug etc. Das Beste im Haus ist tatsächlich der Billardtisch, eine wunderschöne Beschäftigung für den Abend :-) Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach ein Traum .. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Traumhaft
Das Haus ist absolut traumhaft, es ist alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten traumhafte 10 Tage und haben uns bestens erholt nachdem wir zuvor 10 Tage im restlichen Florida unterwegs waren. Im November 2022 waren wir das erste Mal in Florida - Cape Coral und sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von der Umgebung total begeistert. Die Villa liegt direkt am Kanal und bietet, sowohl per Boot als auch per Auto, eine tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und bot mit zwei Wohnflügeln genügend Platz für uns. Dank eines Gasgrills und einer toll ausgestatteten Küche konnte man sich hervorragend selber versorgen. Der Pool - mit Süßwasser - ermöglichte uns Abkühlung & die ruhige Lage garantierte uns Erholung. Die Abende konnten wir immer wunderbar draußen ausklingen lassen. Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!Great place

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter. Wir waren bereits Ende 2021/Anfang 2022 in der Villa Sunset Ave und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher zurück. Für uns ist es schon fast wie nachhause kommen. Es passt einfach.Fantastic

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus
Das Haus ist wunderbar sauber und gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar sauber, Die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt und das Haus sehr schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Der vorhandene Billardtisch ist ein Highlight. Die Betreuung durch Heiko war super. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub es hat alles gestimmt. The home provided a nice base, a lovely pool and view. The rooms were large and the showers wonderful. The closets were large with plenty of hangers. We purchased bar soap and laundry detergent and TP. Plenty of towels to go around. a Bright cheery home.
This place is a great place to relax.
Great location to see Cape Coral or even Sanibel. The boat rental is totally worth it once you get past the lock. Overall great stay we really enjoyed our time. Everyone was very kind and the boat guy was funny and very professional. Thank you.

Spotless and Great Location
Loved this neighborhood! Very clean house. Patricia checked us in and made sure everything was in order. One of the most active and beautiful canals I have seen with fish jumping everyday! We loved sitting out back watching the sunsets. Would definitely go back! Thank you!
A wonderful getaway
We were 2 couples looking to escape the cold and found a beautiful home to spend a week in lovely Cape Coral. The home is exactly as pictured and the canal setting was peaceful and beautiful. A great place for sunsets. Patricia, the property manager, was lovely to work with and easy to reach if we had questions. Perfect location for visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. The Edison Ford Winter Estates is a must visit. The home was well stocked and very clean. Thank you for opening your vacation home to us.
Urlaub/Aufenthalt Dezember 2022 in der Villa Sunset Ave
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Sunset Ave. Haus war extrem sauber. Manchen mag die Einrichtung etwas puristisch erscheinen - ich aber liebe es. Was die Ausstattung betrifft - und hier vor allem die Küche - war einfach genial und ich rede bzw. schreibe nicht von ungefährt, da mein Partner begeisterter Hobbykoch ist. Ein großer Dank geht an Patricia und ihren Mann (Hausverwaltung). Hatten wir Fragen oder es gab was zu klären, waren sie sofort zur Stelle. Auch von der Lage her optimal. Haus ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass einem zum Frühstück nicht gleich die Butter wegschmilzt, aber man am Abend die Sonne bis zum Untergang sehen kann. Nur kurzer Weg zum nächsten Publix. Alles in allem: wir haben gleich wieder für Nov./Dez. gebucht.Beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay

Love the location and the house was very comfortable!
This home was so clean and well appointed.
They had everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool, and even a cooler and chairs for the beach. They also had plenty of good quality towels and linens. I will definitely rent from Coral Villa for my future Cape Coral stays.

Superschön
Wir waren im November in der Villa. Ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles super neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch die erfahrenen Hausverwalter Heiko und Patricia war wie immer perfekt. Wir kennen dieses Team nun schon seit Jahren und freuen uns, sie bei CoralVilla wieder getroffen zu haben. Wir werden Euch weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
Traumvilla
Wir haben zu dritt zwei Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Von der Buchung in Deutschland, über den Aufenthalt vor Ort bis zur Endabrechnung hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig, in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als schon erhofft. Die Küche einfach nur perfekt ausgestattet so wie das ganze Haus. Genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Ein super TV (Apple TV) und Soundsystem (Sonos). Der Pool war sehr sauber und da ohne Chlor, einfach nur herrlich. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Es sind viele kleine Details, die das Haus so perfekt machen, z. B. ein Sonnenschutzrollo auf der Terrasse. So konnte man jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Das Highlight im Wohnzimmer - der Billardtisch - wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Patricia und Heiko war fabelhaft, unser Wunsch auf Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes wurde ganz unkompliziert gemanagt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! In die Villa Sunset Avenue oder in ein anderes Haus von diesem Team!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und richtig schön eingerichtet. Es ist hell und modern. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Es ist genau das was wir für unseren Aufenthalt in Cape Coral gesucht haben.
Excellent stay away
Our stay at Villa Sunset Avenue was very comfortable and relaxing. The location makes it easy to enjoy the neighborhood (the park, groceries), surrounding areas in Fl and as a bonus, to get out on the water. We took advantage of the partner boat rental, and enjoyed the canal and sound. My only regret is not having enough time to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer. Thank you for a wonderful get-away for our family.
