Description
This new built villa is a design villa with high standards. It is located in one the most beautiful areas in Cape Coral, very convenient also for boaters! South exposure and water basin views are another highlight. With 4,400 sqft on 2 floors the villa offers plenty of space for a dream vacation!
The high class villa offers two living rooms, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Enough space even for two or more families. The many areas inside and outside ensure that everyone enjoys their private retreat! Only high quality materials were used during construction and also in the furnishing and decoration the high quality design was continued.
The pool area is second to none: the infinity saltwater pool in great design is an eye catcher with the waterline directly on pool deck level. Large enough to swim some laps with turquoise blue water make the pool a unique experience. The adjoining large whirlpool is an additional invitation to relax.
The generously designed terrace with plenty of sun loungers and lounge furniture offers lots of space to relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. You can also play some games at the outdoor pool table. Due to the south-west orientation of the pool you can enjoy the sun for a long time. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is at your disposal. Also from the balcony on the second floor you have a beautiful view and guaranteed gorgeous sunsets!
The large living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find an 75 inch TV with Apple TV. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker) in the house and outside so you can listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The master bath is large and brightly designed and also features an outdoor shower.
Upstairs is a second living room and a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here too is a luxury bathroom with all the details.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjacent dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances and a Nespresso machine await you (please bring your own capsules)!
Energy efficiency is important to us, so the villa's hot water is prepared with warm circulating air and there are variously adjustable air conditioning units in the house. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat!! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.

This house is a whole vibe!
We rented this house for a week for our summer vacation. Our 2 children + their spouses + our 4 month old granddaughter joined us. It took our breaths away when we walked in the front door. It was exactly as the photos portrayed it to be and was by far the best Airbnb I have ever rented. The modern, open floor plan and furnishings were so “us”. We trailered our boat from SC and were able to put it in very close by at Cape Harbour and tie it up in front of the house between the two docks. We ventured out to Captiva Island and Cayo Costa on our boat and both were easy to get to from the house. We enjoyed the amazing infinity pool and hot tub. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything you could ever need to prepare a meal. The extra island was amazing for gathering around, chatting and enjoying a meal. We grilled steaks on the outdoor grill and they were seared to perfection. Our son is a singer + songwriter and we are big music lovers so the Sonos wireless home sound system allowed us to stream music all through the house and by the pool and made the house even more “vibey”. Heiko was very responsive before and during our stay and checked on us to see if we were enjoying our stay. The property manager, also checked in with us a few times and was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cape Coral. It is an absolute dream! We cannot wait to come back!
