Die Süd-West Lage dieses Hauses garantiert Ihnen den ganzen Tag lang genügend Sonne und jeden Abend die besten Sonnenuntergänge Floridas mit Blick über die Mangroven. Hervorzuheben ist auch die erstklassige Lage der Villa - Fußläufig liegt der Sands Park mit kostenlosen Plätzen für Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Golf Putting green und Cornhole. Außerdem auch BBQ Stationen/Pavillons und einem schönen Spielplatz.
Genießen Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit viel Komfort. Im ganzen Haus ist hochwertiger Fliesenboden und Holzboden verlegt, sodass die Villa ohne Teppich bestens für Allergiker geeignet ist.
Mit ausreichend Platz auf zwei Etagen verfügt das Haus über vier große Schlafzimmer und dazu hochwertig ausgestattete Bäder. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind als Master Suiten mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Im Master-Schlafzimmer steht ein 85 Zoll-Fernseher zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich ist offen gestaltet, hier befinden sich eine Essecke und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für Musik- und Film-Fans ist ein Soundsystem mit sehr hoher Qualität installiert. Kinder können sich die Zeit mit der XBox und den vorhandenen Spielen vertreiben.
Der gesamte Poolbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und mit Naturstein verlegt. Hier finden Sie Relax-Liegen zum Entspannen, sowie den BBQ Grill für echtes Grillvergnügen. Der Pool (sowie Whirlpool) ist beheizbar. Er wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Mit etwas Glück entdecken Sie Delphine. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Regency the last week of January. The home is spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub and canal views are bonus features of the home. We felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, but Frank and Daniela were prompt in working to resolve them. I highly recommend this home for your Southwest Florida vacation.Absolutely beautiful home,

This property was absolutely stunning.
We enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day in Fort Myers and the surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood and close to a plethora of restaurants. Daniela and Frank greeted us the first day and were very responsive to our needs. Great Home!!
Staying in this house was like a dream!
It is GORGEOUS and even better in person than in the photos. The neighborhood is stunning, very elegant, and high-end, like mansion row! The saltwater pool and spa are private, plenty big, and wonderful! We spent quite a lot of time out there! The sun decks and outdoor dining areas were fantastic as well! There are 4 large and well-appointed bedrooms and all of the beds were very comfortable. We had lots of blankets and pillows to use. The kitchen, indoor dining, and living room are a great open concept design to allow for fun and family time. We can't wait to return to this area and stay here again sometime!

This is a beautiful home.
It is very easy to enjoy. Though there were a few maintenance issues, the staff was very nice and responsive when informed. Checking in and out was very smooth. The house had everything needed to be comfortable. The host provided some beer and sodas and water in the refrigerator. The pool is fabulous.

The villa is gorgeous and offers an elite living experience. The pool area is exquisite, and you will spend much of your time relaxing, swimming, enjoying a coffee or chilled drink. The owners seem to have anticipated everything that we would need, and they have spared no expense in providing top-of-the-line furnishings, appliances, and media centers. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs are phenomenal. Location is fantastic. Grocery stores only 5 minutes away, as well as pharmacies, beverage stores, and restaurants. Very easy area to explore and navigate.

We loved our stay. The house was amazing, and our group enjoyed all the amenities, which were a very good quality. Pool, spa , and the house was very clean. My husband fished from the boat deck, kids played in the pool. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. We love Cape Coral and we will definitely come back next year!

This home is beautiful, spacious and just perfect for any family! It was by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The pool and spa were incredible and our 4 kids ages 3, 6, 8, and 11 loved it. They said it was the best vacation of their life! The home is stocked with everything you would ever need. It was as comfortable as being in my own home. Nicole was so sweet and accommodating with communication and check in and out procedures. It is close to great restaurants, beaches and places to visit. Thank you for everything!

We cannot say enough about this property! We started a 21 day trip spending the first 9 days at this location...all others we've stayed at before and from now on will be compared to Coral Villa. The absolutely gorgeous home is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities expected and then some. The home has truly been cared for. The large patio, lanai, pool and spa was perfect. The 2nd floor master suite and bath gave us a view we couldn't absorb enough. The other sleeping quarters gave everyone their privacy and own space to relax which was the perfect situation for our group. As we will be visiting Cape Coral in the future, we only hope this property is available when we plan our next trip.
The home was absolutely gorgeous in a wonderful neighborhood with such stately homes. The privacy within the home between the separate sleeping areas was perfect allowing everyone their own space. The upstairs master suite & bath were seriously stunning. The patio, lanai, pool and spa were where we spent the majority of our time and was the perfect addition to our extended stay. (The pool salt filters failed during our stay, however the maintenance folks ensured to treat the water so we could continue to enjoy it...there were two of the three tile stools IN the pool that appeared to have the seats broken off when we arrived...they were covered in red tape, however there were several sharp corners that could've caused injury...we just stayed away from them) Overall...I would say that this changed my entire opinion of this type of vacation rental and all future rentals will be gauged against our stay here from now on. We started our trip here and headed to Miami, Key West, then St. Pete's (at a resort) and none of the locations we stayed were even in the same class (even those with more expensive daily rates) When we return to Cape Coral...we hope that your home is available so we can stay again. Beautiful Home!
This house is beautiful well equipped. Although it was just my husband and I, it would be a perfect house for families or several couples because of the two master suites. CoralVilla homes are all great! We have now rented from them 5+ times.
We had a great stay! One of our favorite places in Florida
It’s the PERFECT place for 2-3 couples/families with giant bedrooms that all could feel like a separate suite with privacy. Pool/outdoor area was amazing and relaxing. Channel view was very nice, low traffic, the property felt very private. Outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable. TV was easy to use. Property manager was friendly and communicated well. For those that love walking/running - it’s a quiet neighborhood with a few miles of sidewalk that’s peaceful and low traffic down the channel right out the front door without having to cross roads. And there’s a plaza 2-3 min away that has a great steakhouse, Asian food, seafood, and ice cream. Grocery store was the same distance. The property itself and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. Thank you for hosting us!!
