Villa Incredible liegt in der beliebten SW Gegend an einem Kanal mit Golfzugang.
Eine hochwertige Umsetzung beim Bau und Ausstattung erwartet Sie. Die Wohnfläche beträgt etwa 230 qm und beinhaltet 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und einen großzügig gestalteten Wohnraum.
Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Pool bieten sehr viel Platz. Des Weiteren befinden sich noch ein Schafzimmer mit eigenem Bad im Haus. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Kingsize Bett ausgestattet.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Der TV im Wohnraum ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet, damit können Sie auch deutsche Programme schauen. Im Haus befindet sich ein iPad, womit Sie Pool oder Musik steuern können.
Die hochwertig ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und lädt zu ausgiebigen Kochevents ein. Nespressomaschine vorhanden (Kapseln bitte mitbringen).
Im Poolbereich stehen den Gästen Poolliegen mit Handtüchern und eine Außendusche zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich befindet sich auch ein BBQ Grill, womit Sie tolle Grillabende genießen können.
Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Ebenso vorhanden sind Strandhandtücher, Strandstühle & Kühlbox für Ihre Ausflüge.
Es stehen zwei Kajaks zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie die Gegend vom Wasser aus erkunden können.
Für unsere Gäste bei CoralVilla wurden von jedem Haus individuelle Infomappen erstellt, die Ihnen hilfreiche Tipps wie Einkaufsmärkte, Outlets, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr liefern werden.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

Lovely Villa, clean, spacious and with everything we needed for a great holiday. Kayaks were great fun. Added bonus having a burrowing owl (sometimes 2) perched above the side glass at the front door (so cute) :)Perfekt
Wir waren das erste Mal in Cape Coral und haben uns für die Incredible entschieden. Der Name ist Programm. Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem Raumwunder verbracht. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns wohl und „zuhause“ gefühlt. Alles tadellos, Sauberkeit, elektrische Geräte, Lüftung, Pool, Außenanlagen-perfect. Die Einrichtung modern, optisch sehr gut, alles da was man braucht und mehr. Aufgrund der vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man sich super selbst versorgen, in der Gegend aber auch ganz gut essen gehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Patricia war sehr gut, keine Frage auf die es nicht eine Antwort gab. Die Lage am Kanal war ebenfalls prima, wir hatten für ein paar Tage ein Boot gemietet. Es ist uns tatsächlich etwas schwer gefallen Abschied zu nehmen, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Liebes Team von CoralVilla - vielen herzlichen Dank. Kleiner Tip noch, der deutsche Bäcker Bread Pete im Del Prado Blvd ist eine Wucht.

It was our first time in Cape Coral and we decided for Villa Incredible. The name says it all. We spent 10 days in this miracle of space. From the first to the last minute we felt comfortable and “at home”. Everything was impeccable, cleanliness, electrical appliances, ventilation, pool, outdoor facilities-perfect. The furnishings are modern, visually very good, everything you need is there and more. Due to the many shopping facilities, you can cater for yourself, but you can also go out to eat quite well in the area. The on-site support from Patricia was very good, there was no question that didn't get an answer. The location on the canal was also great, we rented a boat for a few days. It was actually a bit hard for us to say goodbye, we will definitely be back. Dear CoralVilla team - thank you very much. A little tip: the German bakery Bread Pete on Del Prado Blvd is amazing.
Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage
Wir durften bereits zum zweiten Mal jeweils vier Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Cape Coral am Kanal verbringen. Die Erfahrung war erneut außergewöhnlich. Das Haus besticht durch seine hochwertige Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung und geschmackvolles Ambiente. Sämtliche Geräte und Annehmlichkeiten funktionieren tadellos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort sowie die reibungslose Kommunikation mit CoralVilla. Familie Schommer und Anja haben sich außerordentlich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Jede Anfrage, ob groß oder klein, wurde prompt und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeitet. Das Ferienhaus bietet den perfekten Rahmen für einen erholsamen Urlaub und übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Aufgrund dieser durchweg positiven Erfahrungen werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

This was the second time we were able to spend four weeks in this beautiful vacation home in Cape Coral on the canal. The experience was once again exceptional. The house impresses with its high-quality equipment, modern furnishings and tasteful ambience. All appliances and amenities work flawlessly. The excellent on-site support and smooth communication with CoralVilla deserve special mention. The Schommer family and Anja took exceptional care of our well-being. Every request, large or small, was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. The villa provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation and exceeded all expectations. As a result of this thoroughly positive experience, we will definitely be returning.

Zentral Gelegen und alles perfektWe loved the house!
My husband and I decided to visit the area and booked this villa and flight same day. The home is gorgeous, well outfitted, and very modern. The changeable colored LED lights were a fun addition to the bedroom and living room and it was cool to be able to custom color the space. The saltwater pool is absolutely amazing and this was one of the best built in hot tubs at any house we have stayed. It took a relatively short amount of time to heat up and stayed hot. We personally love the coverings around the pool patios in Florida and although this one has not been replaced yet, we really didn’t miss it. The pool overlooks the canal and it was quite a nice “waterfront” feel. We were actually surprised that we didn’t encounter any bugs being this close to the canal. Loved the outdoor tv and sofa! Would definitely stay again and totally recommend the stay. The pics don’t do this place justice. Really solid location too!
villa incredible
We have rented with Coral Villa for 7 yrs and each year a different home. This and all are lovely, clean and furnished with everything any person would want. This is one of the newest homes and very quiet area. I would not hesitate to recommend most of their homes.A beautiful home

Beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and spacious. This home is on the canal so you can go from the pool to the dock and back again. The master bathroom is incredible. Lots of room with double sinks. Gas grill outside so go to the store, buy some steaks and relax at home. No need to leave the house because everything is there.
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen
Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet, top modern und hat alles was man benötigt und noch mehr. Auch die Betreuung durch Patricia und Heiko war wieder 1A, grosses Lob an dieser Stelle auch an sie. Die Lage ist okay, etwas ruhiger, dafür auch etwas mehr entfernt vom Zentrum. Das weiss man jedoch wenn man die Villa bucht. Nächstes mal, werden wir allenfalls eine Villa buchen, die nach Westen gerichtet ist. Insbesondere wenn wir wieder im Winter reisen. Morgens hat man um 7 Uhr Sonne und am Nachmittag ist sie um 16 Uhr weg. Dafür kann aber weder das Haus, noch die Betreuung noch sonst jemand etwas dafür. Alles andere ist einfach fantastisch und grossartig. In diesem Sinne, herzlichen Dank, dass wir dort sein durften. Auch an CoralVilla herzlichen Dank, die Buchung, Abrechnung, etc. ist wie immer tadellos und einwandfrei!
The house was incredible and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.
This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was extremely clean when we arrived & had everything we needed from plates, cups and appliances to beach towels and kayaks. Patricia the property manager was also extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns! I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again!

Overall, great house. Everything was like new. Very clean and spacious house. You truly feel on vacation. Those huge windows and view of the canal were great. The pool area was very clean and screened in which made it very enjoyable, kept the bugs out. Those large screens with few separates kept the view great. The amenities such as grill, cookware, and jacuzzi were excellent.

Close to all amenities! Short drive to Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach! Absolute stunning home literally felt like home! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Amazing home!!
House was clean, airy and beautiful!! The sliders open up completely, which makes it completely open to the pool and view. The surround sound system, the lights in the pool made the ambience perfect to relax and enjoy. Also, hosts were responsive and helpful. They also had a bottle of wine ready to welcome us, which was a really thoughtful touch. Location was perfect, just 5 min drive to all stores, restaurants, etc. During our checkout we noticed a hole In the wall above the tub, we honestly had not noticed or had any idea how it got gente since we never used the tub and the area was not that easy to even reach. Host was understanding and did not charge us for this damage which was much appreciated! We hope to visit and stay here again soon! Thank you!!!!!
Beautiful New Modern Home on Cape Coral Canal
The house is even more stunning in person then it is in photos. The home is modern and loaded with high end finishes, features and amenities. Every bedroom has a tv as well as the outdoor patio and large open living room. The house was stocked with everything you could need and the kitchen was fully outfitted with dishes and high end appliances. There is also a separate wine fridge built into the dining room buffet which was very convenient for storing wine and waters. The pool is very cool and modern and overlooks the canal. The pool was heated and allowed for adjusting the temp. The hot tub was also controlled by an easy to use control panel so changing the temps was simple and we used the hot tub numerous evenings. There was an abundance of patio furniture and an outdoor dining table and sofa. The scale of the house is impressive and would work for a large group but was perfect as well for the two of us. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It was easy to rent a boat and take the canals out to the open water. The home also had kayaks which we used in the canal. There were also very nice Tommy Bahama lawn chairs if you planned to go to the beach. We loved the home and are looking forward to returning in the near future.
Fantastic Villa
My husband and I rented this villa for four weeks in February. It is very clean, bright, and well furnished. We heated the pool almost every day for swimming and enjoyed that very much. Patricia, the house manager, is very easy to work with and she answers calls quickly.
