Description
This new villa captivates with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located on a wide canal with direct access to the gulf in the beautiful south west of Cape Coral. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with all modern conveniences.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The living area is the perfect place to relax and offers plenty of space. A 65-inch flat-screen TV (with Apple TV) is available for your entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The master bedroom features sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge shower and double sink. Two walk-in closets provide sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has sliding doors with direct pool access and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are located next to it. Three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and a TV. The villa also offers an office in case one needs to work from home.
The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with a stainless steel BBQ grill, sun loungers as well as an outdoor lounge area to relax. You can also end the evening there by the fireplace. The pool is operated without chlorine, using a skin-friendly salt technique - no more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or at the waterfront. The gorgeous south facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

This beautiful home has everything we needed and it is close to all amenities. We loved driving to all the beaches and then relaxing poolside afterwards. Everything was clean and well cared for. You can’t go wrong booking here!

Beautiful home on canal
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. All though the area was still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, our place was untouched and neighborhood quiet. We saw 10 burrowing owls every day on our walks around the area- a real treat! The pool/hot tub were perfect although a little difficult to operate- updated instructions in the guest book would have been helpful as well as instructions for the TV - overall a wonderful month long stay.
Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Villa Destiny. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in and with quality items, no Dollar Store stuff. The only thing I thought was missing was a garbage disposal, seemed odd for a modern house. Also provided several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. Loved it!!!

Check-in and check-out went smoothly And the property managers were friendly and helpful. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. The space was perfect for our large group and met all of our needs. This was our 3rd trip to Cape Coral and have not been disappointed. We will return again.

We have rented vacation homes for many years, and this house was one of the best! First, and most importantly, it was VERY clean, and I'm pretty picky about things like baseboards and floors. Next, the decor was beautiful, the layout was great, the beds were comfy, and this was just an overall great rental. Other things we loved about this rental were the awesome outdoor space with an awesome pool and spa, the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the excellent communication with the property manager. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next year.

Extremely clean, comfortable home and property. Pool was spotlessly maintained and house was clearly labeled for ease -light switches, spa controls etc. it’s a beautiful quiet relaxing spot and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Owners live close and are easy to work with.

My husband and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The house was very clean, location was near shopping and not too far from beautiful beaches. This place would be suitable for a larger crew, it just happened to be only two of us this time.

This house was perfect for our two families (4 adults + 4 kids) on our weeklong vacation. It was very close to food/shopping and a short drive to the beaches. We would consider staying here again.
Cape Coral Vacation
I came down to Cape Coral with 3 of my friends, the home was perfect. Along with the location, not far from a grocery store, beaches, Sanibel and Pine Island. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our meals. And the pool was such a big part of our relaxation on this trip.

Location was central to all of the beaches that we went to. Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island and Siesta Key. House pool and spa were perfect. Definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Winter Getaway
Absolutely perfect time (six weeks) to spend from the winter time in Wisconsin. The villa was in perfect preparation when we arrived, including everything one needs to feel at home. The kitchen supplies and towels/beach towels are top notch. The electrically heated pool and spa were fantastic and used daily. The villa was extremely clean and fresh. Property managers, Heiko and Patricia were always available for any questions and ready to help with whatever was needed. We enjoyed our time and hated to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top class villa.

House was FANTASTIC, we were a group of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone! Pool and canal were gorgeous and the house was fully equipped with everything you need if staying for a week or longer! Owner of house was very very friendly and he lives close by if we ever needed anything. Over all everything was great would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, lots of room in the kitchen, laundry facilities were great. We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed lounging on the lanai. Property managers were quick to respond to needs and very friendly. We stayed for three weeks. Great place!
