The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining area, featuring elegant interiors, high-speed Wi-Fi and a cozy sofa that invites you to relax and unwind in the evenings.

For music lovers, a Sonos wireless speaker system has been installed, allowing you to stream your favorite radio stations or personal playlists from your mobile device throughout the house and even in the pool area. The living room TV is additionally equipped with Apple TV for enhanced entertainment options.

Boat rental is highly recommended. In Florida, no boating license is required, and a boat rented through us can be conveniently docked at your private boat dock. Available boats can be found directly below the location map after the description, and you can easily select your preferred boat during the booking process.
