In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outdoors.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat!! There is no boating license necessary in Florida to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed.
