Die brandneue Villa „Seven Oceans“ liegt direkt am Courtney-Kanal im angesagten Südwesten Cape Corals.
Das stilvoll und modern eingerichtete Haus mit über 200 m² verfügt über einen Bootszugang zum Golf von Mexiko, drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei King-Size Betten und einmal Queen sowie drei jeweils eigenen Badezimmern, einem großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Nespresso Maschine. Die Villa ist klimatisiert und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Im Masterbad erwartet Sie eine freistehende Badewanne, eine raffinierte Walk-In-Dusche und zwei separate Waschtische mit viel Ablagefläche und Stauraum. Der Wohnraum ist sehr großzügig mit angrenzender, voll ausgestatteter Küche und verfügt über einen großen TV mit Apple TV, damit können sie auch deutsche Programme schauen.
Für Musik-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im gesamten Haus hören.
Der traumhafte Outdoorbereich ist durch einen großen Screen geschützt und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Freuen Sie sich auf einen extragroßen beheizbaren Pool, Sunledge sowie luxuriösen Outdoor-Spa und entspannen Sie sich auf den gemütlichen Sonnenliegen oder in der bequemen Loungeecke mit Fernseher und LED-Wandkamin! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die spezielle Poolwasseraufbereitungsanlage. Es wird kein flüssiges Chlor verwendet, sondern über eine Salzelektrolyseanlage Chlorgas erzeugt, das über ein spezielles System dem Poolwasser je nach Bedarf zugefügt wird. Das führt dazu, dass das Wasser wesentlich hautverträglicher ist und in der Regel keine Hautirritationen hervorruft.
Selbstverständlich können Sie alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse im einladenden Essbereich genießen. Vielleicht veranstalten Sie ein Barbecue? Mit unserem praktischen Gasgrill kein Problem!
Mit dem Farbwechselspiel des Pool- und Spabereichs wird der Sonnenuntergang zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
Supermärkte und viele Restaurants erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Das Ferienhaus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten. Wie wäre es mit einem Ausflug zu einem der bekannten Strände in der Umgebung? Es stehen auch zwei Kayaks zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie die Gegend vom Wasser aus erkunden können.

Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Unsere Gäste werden von unserer deutschen Hausverwaltung betreut. Sie wird Ihnen bei eventuellen Fragen und Problemen jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Nach Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie in das Haus eingewiesen. In der Villa werden Sie außerdem eine Mappe mit wertvollen Informationen über Ihren Urlaubsort finden.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

Traumhaft schöne Villa genauso wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte an nichts und alles war total einfach (Buchung,Kontakt, Übernahme, Abreise usw.) Wir hatten sogar zweimal Delfine in Kanal am Haus (eher ungewöhnlich soweit innerhalb Cape Coral) So muss Urlaub sein… alles erfüllt !!!Such an AMAZING place!
Everything is clean and neat. Home is accommodating! Has everything you might need and it’s just like Your at your own home! Peaceful & relaxing vacation for sure! Would definitely book again!!

Die Villa Seven Oceans ist ein sehr schönes und geschmacksvolles Haus. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Jeanette und Mike hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können CoralVilla nur weiter empfehlen.

Short trip to Florida but our house was very top notch and very relaxing. I wish we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

The house is better than the pictures shown and comes with everything you could want with a stay in Florida (including plenty of pool toys)! The home is in great condition and easily transforms to a home away from home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again!We had a good time there.

This is house is exactly as pictured. It's beautiful! The pool and spa and outdoor living room were bigs hits with our group. And the pool toys! The house is well appointed. It had everything we needed. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The Sonos and big TV's were great! And the burrowing owls across the street were so cute and interesting! We want to book this property again!
Perfekter Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben noch kein Ferienhaus bezogen, bei dem die Fotos des Objekts identisch waren mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Es war einfach umwerfend und rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Seven Oceans villa. There were all the amenities needed to have a relaxing week. Having all the beach equipment and pool floats was a nice added bonus! The home was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was a breeze. The pool and spa very nice as well. There are grocery stores very close by and Fort Myers beach is about 25 minutes along with most of everywhere else is about 25 minutes.
House was perfect!
First time staying in a holiday home- will never stay in a hotel again! This house is beautiful and had everything to make it feel like home for the week we were there. Host was great and made sure to answer any questions we had. Pool and spa are both amazing and the access to the canal was a great place to enjoy the sunset and do a little fishing. Beds are very comfortable and house had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay. Saw a couple manatees swimming in the canal, and the boys caught quite a few fish. We didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back!
This house is just as perfect as the pictures!
The amenities were excellent, including all beach and pool necessities! We spent most of our time at the pool but did rent a boat to explore Sanibel and Captiva, which I highly recommend. There are some great public beaches nearby but be sure you arrive early! This was one of the best vacations we’ve had and would definitely stay here again!

Our second visit to 7 Oceans did not disappoint, even better than the first! We will book this house again, without hesitation.
Beautiful home
The home was just as advertised. Beautiful open concept, beautiful pool and outdoor space, dock for a boat, comfortable beds, fully equipped chef's kitchen, very nicely decorated. Location is close to Ft Myers, Sanibel, local restaurants, etc...We would visit again.
This is a Wow property
By far this was one of the best properties we have rented. The house was beautiful, clean and beautifully furnished. Just a few improvements in the kitchen would be good such as fry pans that don’t stick and more plasticware to use outside. Other than that it was perfection. Would have loved to rent it again next year if our dates had been available.

This was a wonderful retreat! Quiet, private and the pool/hot tub had a beautiful view of the sky and canal. The house was magnificent with a clean modern decor.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was truly the best vacation we have ever had. The house was extremely clean, and more beautiful than we imagined. I cannot put into words how it feels when you first enter this home, we were simply in awe. The property manager Patricia was very kind and helpful. We did not want to leave, and we cannot wait to come back!

It's a brand new home in a quite neighborhood in a great location near everything. Cape Coral is beautiful and so many restaurants in the area. The house is was so relaxing and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub with outdoor tv everyday. We can't wait to go back to the property when we are in the area agian.

Amazing place!
It had everything you need to make a vacation spot feel like home moved into paradise. It was an amazing experience. You have put together a beautiful and luxurious property. The styling was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was phenomenal. Loved the complete Nespresso set, the oven, and the wide variety of kitchen equipment. Recommend making a plan for which beach you want to hit up the day before you will want to leave before 8:30 to get a good spot at the popular beaches. Did not get a boat and that is the only regret I had for this trip. The team was nice and very responsive to our requests. They also have a lot of cool things to enjoy their pool, they have some great beach equipment as well so no need to worry about packing umbrellas or chairs! Awesome spot and would highly recommend!
Everything was amazing!
The pictures don’t even do this house justice. It was absolutely spotless. Our family was so comfortable here. The house was designed to give everyone their own space and also create a shared space to gather. The pool and spa were wonderful. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t already there for use. The neighborhood is peaceful and seems to be family oriented. I would highly recommend this property! We did not want to leave.
House is gorgeous & clean
Drive to all beaches about 30-45 minutes, but we like to explore different areas anyway. We did mostly avoid the destin beach traffic. Great family vacation!
Amazing home
We absolutely loved this house and the pictures are exactly as the home appears. The house was amazingly clean, the refrigerator was stocked with a few essentials and house is stocked with absolutely everything. The quality of this rental home is unbelievable no the management is the best I have ever seen. They are fast with responses and couldn’t have been easier to work with. We will be back here for sure and have recommended the house to friends and family!
Excellent Property
We had a terrific time and loved this property! It is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool and patio are fabulous! The location is quiet yet close to stores and restaurants. It was also convenient to get to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva. We had a great time!

The pictures on the website are accurate as far as showing off the house but they don’t do justice to the overall feeling when you arrive and walk in the front door. It is a very special place. It is well furnished in a mid-century style which is consistent throughout and decorated with a minimalist restraint. Although the neighbors are close, being right on the canal gave a sense of separation. Everything we wanted to do was relatively easy to get to and being from a large urban area we were used to the sometimes busy roads. The enclosed pool and spa gave us a place to unwind at the end of the day. We were sorry when our time there came to an end.

An amazing property. Extremely clean and modern, while still feeling cozy. Beds and bedding were especially comfortable. Decor/styling very well done. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was just fine with us! About a 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery store.
