Description
Beautiful pool villa with golf access. The modern design and the quality of the furnishings and decoration run through the entire house.
The living room is open plan and the large sliding glass door leads to the pool deck. A 85 inch TV is available for entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed the speaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker). This means you can, among other things, listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device.
The kitchen with adjacent dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All devices are the latest standard and there is also a Nespresso machine.
All bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and television.
The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub, large shower and a double vanity.
The pool area is spacious and offers everything your heart desires. During the day there are sun loungers available for you to relax by the pool. At dusk, you can prepare a delicious dinner using the outdoor kitchen (including a large stainless steel grill for real barbecue fun), which you can enjoy at the outdoor dining table. End the perfect vacation day outside by the fireplace in the cozy lounge area with TV.
The heated salt water pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace.
In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler and beach equipment for your trips in the garage.
With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.
Renting a boat is recommended!!! A boating license is not required in Florida. With the boat you rent from us you can, for example, go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly under the location map. When booking you can then directly select the boat you want.

The house was the cleanest and most well appointed we have rented. So many thoughtful details, including a wine fridge, blender, grill tools, kabob stakes, pool floats, coffee and espresso makers, beach chairs and rolling cooler, Pyrex and storage containers, SONOS system to play music in the house and by the pool. So much storage and hangers in closets, tons of towels for bath and pool. Just amazing. Less than a mile to Publix for groceries. Anja (the property manager) was amazingly responsive to any questions we had. Only “improvement”feedback would be that the room closest to pool was very warm.

Wir haben zum 2. Mal bei CoralVilla gebucht und wurden wieder NICHT enttäuscht. Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Einrichtung und eine perfekte Lage. Selbst die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ein besonderes Lob nochmals an Anja! Fazit: Einfach sehr zu empfehlen!

Great vacation
The house was everything they advertised and then some. Absolutely loved the outdoor living space, we spent 90% of our time by the pool. Great neighborhood with everything you need nearby.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Villa Twenty Two und hatten eine ausgezeichnete Zeit. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war auch sehr sauber. Unsere Property Managerin Anja hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und Anliegen und hat umgehend alles erledigt. Ein super Service.

Villa Twenty Two - Immer wieder
Das Team von CoralVillas präsentiert die Villa super. Beim öffnen der Türe ist im Haus alles wunderbar bereit. Nicht nur sehr sauber sondern auch herzlich dekoriert. Es gibt alles was man braucht, genügend Badetücher und Duschtücher. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Da alles neu ist, ist auch qualitativ alles top. Anja als Ansprechsperson ist jederzeit verfügbar und antwortet sofort. Das Pool ist genial und die Lage cool. Einkaufen kann man in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto, auch leckere Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir würden dieses Haus jedem empfehlen. Preis/Leistung (neues Haus) gerade für die Miete im Mai bestens. Das Team von CoralVillas macht einen super Job.
