The home’s corner peninsula location provides beautiful open-water views from multiple directions, while the private dock puts Cape Coral’s famous waterways right outside your door. Take one of the provided kayaks out for a peaceful paddle, relax beside the water, watch the boats go by or simply enjoy the changing colors of the Florida sky. Guests interested in boating can also explore the waterways leading toward some of Southwest Florida’s most famous destinations, including Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.
YOUR PRIVATE HEATED POOL & OUTDOOR RETREAT
This is where you’ll probably spend most of your vacation. The large screened pool area combines a pool (which can be electrically heated and a modern, skin-friendly saltwater purification system means no harsh chlorine experience or irritated eyes), covered outdoor living area, comfortable lounge seating, sun loungers, BBQ and spectacular waterfront views into one private outdoor retreat.

The spacious, light-filled interior features high ceilings and comfortable furnishings with plenty of room for family and friends to relax together. Enjoy your own music throughout the villa and pool area with the Sonos sound system, or settle in for a movie using Apple TV.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The open kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to a family dinner while remaining connected to the living areas. You’ll find stainless-steel appliances, attractive quartz countertops, a full selection of cooking and dining essentials and a Nespresso machine. And when you’d rather cook outdoors, the BBQ is waiting beside the pool.

Villa Sunset Cove comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. With approximately 2,368 square feet (220 m²) of living space, there’s plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück. Besonders nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Der Blick ist rund herum durch die Lage wunderschön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und groß, der Wohnbereich auch. Besonders hat uns der große Esstisch draußen, der Sitzplatz am Wasser und vor allem der zusätzliche Weinkühlschrank gefallen. Wir haben vier Wochen hier verbracht. Danke an das CoralVilla Team, Rukiye und Tobias, Heiko und Patricia. Wie immer haben wir uns super betreut gefühlt. HW und Keren

The house sits on a large property. It is wonderfully quiet, especially at night. Thanks to its location, the surrounding views are beautiful from every angle. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped—as is the living area. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor dining table, the seating area by the water, and, above all, the extra wine fridge. The house was clean and spacious, the kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool, view of the canal was beautiful and they were quick to respond to any questions.

Great location close to the park and good walking along Surfside. The AC wasn't working but they were quick to respond and have it fixed. All in all we had a great time!
Super Schöne Villa
Wir haben zum zweiten mal eine Villa über CoralVilla gebucht. Zum zweiten mal eine Villa mit Sonnenuntergang. Diese Villa war etwas älter als die erste aber super schön gelegen und hatte alles, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Die Villa lag am Ende einer Strasse mit Kreisverkehr und es gab keinen Durchgangsverkehr von Autos. Die Lage war traumhaft ruhig und die Sonnenuntergänge unbeschreiblich. Der Pool in dieser Villa war von der Größe her perfekt und mit dem überdachten Bereich zum sitzen einfach traumhaft. Das Haus hatte unglaublich viel an Ausstattung um auch mal einen ganzen Tag im Haus zu verbringen. Es gab die Tischtennisplatte, ein Beilspiel, Sandsack, Poker und Spieletisch, ein Dartspiel und 3 Fahrräder... Waschmaschine, Trockner und Sonos Ausstattung waren wie neu. Wir haben uns superwohl in der Villa gefühlt und werden beim nächsten mal wieder über CoralVilla buchen.

This is the second time we've booked a villa through CoralVilla. This is the second time we've booked a villa with a sunset view. This villa was a bit older than the first but beautifully situated and had everything we'd hoped for. The villa was at the end of a road with a roundabout, and there was no through traffic. The location was wonderfully quiet, and the sunsets were indescribable. The pool in this villa was the perfect size, and with the covered seating area, it was simply gorgeous. The house had so many amenities you could spend a whole day indoors. There was a ping-pong table, a game table, a punching bag, a poker table, a games table, a dartboard, and three bicycles... The washing machine, dryer, and Sonos equipment were like new. We felt incredibly comfortable in the villa and will book again through CoralVilla next time.

großartige Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung (u.a. super Sonos Anlage, Küche etc.). Auch die tolle Betreuung aus Deutschland, sowie auch vor Ort, hat dazu geführt, dass wir einen fantastischen Urlaub verbringen konnten!
Our stay at Sunset Cove was fantastic!
Shortly after arriving we met with Anja (Property Management Team) and found her to be incredibly welcoming, charming, and helpful in answering our questions while providing excellent suggestions for dining and shopping. Both house and property were very clean and well stocked. The Sonos system was a huge hit with our young adult children! We basically lived in the lanai space; when not in the pool we were playing ping pong, axe throwing (!!) or relaxing around the table. This location felt very private while only a short drive (to Publix, Walmart, Aldi’s, Farmer Joe’s) if we needed anything, and it’s always a treat to see the burrowing owls on their perches when driving through the area. We made two trips to Bowman’s Beach on Sanibel Island and on the first trip a dolphin came in to the area where we were swimming - close enough to have touched!! Cape Coral is our family vaca destination and I would highly recommend CoralVilla and Sunset Cove!!

We stayed here for a week and loved every second! The pool/outdoor space is very private and is everything you could want for a peaceful retreat.
Beautiful location
From the point of pre-booking to our final departure, CoralVilla was outstanding. They were responsive, had someone meet us for any additional questions, and provided a beautiful location for our family vacation. The extra amenities (kayaks, pool toys, and ping pong) were an added bonus. Plus CoralVilla has a no hassle boat rental company that was more than a top notch experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sunset Cove. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terasse und Pool. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war da. Auch die Kommunikation mit sowie Organisation durch Coral Villas war super! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Abschied fiel uns wirklich schwer.We had the most amazing and relaxing time here!

Beautiful surroundings and quiet. The outdoor patio space was a great flow from the indoor space. Kayaking was amazing, pool was warm and had awesome lighting at night. Ping Pong was going nonstop. Having access to park the car in the garage was a bonus. All and all a terrific home with all the amenities. Would love to return to this place again.

Traumvilla
Wir haben zu fünft zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Villa Sunset Cove ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Alles funktionierte! Die Lage der Villa ist ein Traum, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren perfekt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sonja und Anja war sehr gut, die Buchung der Villa sowie unsere Zusatzbuchungen wurden von der Agentur in Sulzbach hervorragend und professionell abgewickelt. So wurde der Aufenthalt für uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Wir haben zum zweiten Mal bei CoralVilla gebucht und werden es wieder tun.

One of the most beautiful homes we’ve stayed in.
The pictures don’t do it justice. From beautiful sunrises by the water to watching the sunset at the pool, to all the lovely shops and restaurants in the area, it’s one of the best vacations we’ve had. Everyone in the area is just so friendly, beautiful quiet beaches were only 33 minutes away, lovely nature walks, unique shops and finds, I could write so much about our stay. I would love to come again one day!
Happy in Cape Coral
We had a wonderful experience at Villa Sunset Cove. The location was fantastic in that it was very quiet, safe. Miles of easy walking or biking right out side your door. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with cooking and dining utensils. The pool was excellent with Sunshine all day and plenty of comfortable seating with beautiful sunsets. Property manager was easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

A gorgeous, modern, Florida escape
Everything in the rental is as described. The house is gorgeous. We loved the open feel of it and the space in the kitchen where you could cook and talk at the same time. We had an issue with a couple of lights going out and the property manager ran over while we were out and they replaced a bulb and even put in a brand new light in the bathroom. Very friendly, very nice space. Pro tip: renting a boat from CoralVilla and having it delivered and picked up saves you a TON of time. For those like us that didn't do that, you may have as much as 1.5-2.5 hours to deliver your boat to/from a marina one way. Also it is good to know it takes about an hour to the lock, and another 30 minutes to the sound or river by boat. It's pretty through the canals and you can look at all the mansions as you head out. Just plan accordingly and enjoy the slow pace of boat life.

This is in a beautiful location.
The outside area was where we spent most of our time. The beach and fishing amenities was a plus. The fishing was okay, mostly catfish were caught. Have your cameras ready because the sunsets were stunning! They do come and check you in and out. It was nice to have questions answered. Overall, it was a great, relaxing week.
