Description
This beautiful, newly built waterfront villa is bright and welcoming. Enjoy the magnificent pool area and incomparable sunsets.
Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with warm furnishings and hardwood floors. This offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy cozy movie nights. The modern, open, and fully equipped kitchen features a large cooking island, perfect for entertaining. Here, you'll find all the essentials, including a ceramic hob and a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to a regular coffee machine. This ensures your morning coffee is good to go! Next to the entrance is an office area with a desk for working or reading.
For music fans, we've installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlists via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
All bedrooms have a king-size bed, closet, and TV, as well as an adjoining bathroom. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom have direct access to the terrace with pool.
The terrace faces west and, with its loungers, offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the sun. The BBQ grill guarantees optimal grilling fun and delicious meals, which you can enjoy with a beautiful view at the dining table or in the comfortable lounge area with TV.
The pool is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It is essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. Here you can cool off and relax after an adventurous day of exploring. A highlight for any vacation! The jacuzzi is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner cocktail in the evening.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Non-smoking villa - smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We are really enjoying our stay at Sunrays. Since we are the first to use the home apart from the owners, we are enjoying the newness. It is beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. It has all the amenities that you need. I am sure that over time folks will add their contributions to the little things like the pantry. We are here during the early summer storm season and can sit on the lanai and watch the spectacular lightning show almost every night. The lot across the canal is vacant with much vegetation so the view is not into someone’s home which is nice. It seems the neighborhood is very quiet with many homes not currently being lived in. It is hard to imagine that you would not love it here.
Perfection
Our family had so much fun staying here. The pool area, hot tub and lanai were enjoyed by all. The kitchen…chef’s kiss. Everything you could need was provided. Villa Sunrays is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. No review can truly do this place justice. We can’t say enough good things. To quote our children, “This is the nicest place we have ever stayed.”
