Description
This new construction villa convinces with modern, yet cozy style.
The living room is generously designed and offers plenty of space. Adjacent is the open designed and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a Nespresso machine.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The TV in the living room is additionally equipped with streaming services.
All three bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, as well as private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer private pool access.
The pool area offers everything your heart desires. From a large pool with jacuzzi, pool loungers, another dining area to a BBQ grill. The salt water pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.
The first-class location of Villa Melody should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Die Villa ist einfach perfekt!!! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Betreuung vor Ort! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Tatsächlich ist die Villa noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden diese Unterkunft mit Sicherheit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank an CoralVilla für den tollen Urlaub!
Great place and location
Winter Getaway
Our stay at Villa Melody was Great! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Perfect layout for two couples. Loved the outdoor lanai and the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Excellent location.
Perfekte Villa !!!
Die Lage, Ausstattung, und Betreuung vor Ort lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen! Hatten Andy bzgl. ein, zwei Fragen angeschrieben und umgehend Antwort erhalten, kann man sich nicht besser wünschen. Die Villa an sich ist echt der Hammer. Waren schon mehrmals auch mit anderen Vermietern in Cape Coral, können aber tatsächlich behaupten dass dies die bisher schönste Villa war in welcher wir wohnten. Ist alles super geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig und beinhaltet alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf so braucht. Hand,- und Badetücher um den schönen Pool zu nutzen sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Und auch die Nachbarschaft ist wirklich sehr, sehr ruhig, man hat so gut wie nichts gehört ausser dem zwitschern der Vögel am Morgen :-) Was bleibt mir noch zu sagen, vielen Dank an Andy und das Team von CoralVilla für den tollen Urlaub, kommen sehr gerne wieder.
