Located in a south facing position in the beautiful south west of Cape Coral this villa is equipped with everything you could need.
Tiles and wooden floors are laid throughout the house. No carpet, which is perfect for allergy sufferers.
The large master bedroom provides direct pool access, king size bed, walk-in closet, TV and a large bathroom with double sink, shower & toilet.
The second bedroom with king size bed and TV and third bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet share a bathroom with pool access, bath tub, shower and toilet.
The living area offers plenty of space for 6 people, flat screen TV, cable TV and cozy sofa areas.
The spacious kitchen with high quality granite countertops and stainless steel appliances provides all you need to prepare delicious meals.
Enjoy the pool area with a large, heated pool, chaise lounges, a barbecue grill and another dining table. Cape Harbor Marina with restaurants, shops and the marina is just around the corner.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Quality vacation
If you are looking for a very quiet neighborhood this place is for you! My husband and I just wanted a place to “hide out” and live in the pool away from crowds. This was the perfect place! The manager of the property was fabulous and very accommodating! I would highly recommend!

Clean house, great location, close to everything. Wood floors are very squeaky. Could use 2nd luggage stand! Over all nice place, would stay again!

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Villa verbracht und waren absolut vom Service und der Sauberkeit begeistert! Das ist nicht überall der Fall aber CoralVilla ist mehr als zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!The home was extremely nice.

We absolutely loved our stay!
The Villa provided all the amenities needed, including beach trip items, many towels and an informational binder that we loved to look through. This was our first trip to Florida and we look forward to many more. The house is very close to the grocery, restaurants and so many different beaches to explore.

The property is in a perfect location. House is VERY nice and clean. The pool is bigger than it shows in pictures and fun to play in !!! Pool and beach supplies were available. Property manager is super nice and was always available for any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and provided everything we would need. Our 3yr old granddaughter loved the pool and the steps across both ends of the pool made it more accessible for her as she learns to swim. We feel that this rental was a good value too!

The home was just beautiful! My husband and I had a wonderful week here. The pool was larger than we thought! The lawn was very well manicured and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for our get away! The check in and check out went very smooth and quick, Patricia and Anja worked around our schedule for the meetings and when we were unsure about how to use the grill Patricia’s husband came over to show us. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended!

We stayed at Villa Harmony for two weeks and had a wonderful time! The home is clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the TV in the pool area was a nice surprise. We were there for New Years Eve and could watch the countdown from the pool!! It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for morning walks. The managers were very helpful with recommendations for the area. They recommended Lakes Regional Park in Ft Myers, which was a hit for our small grandchildren. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home! We hope to stay again!
We would like to thank Patricia and Heiko for their prompt attention to the ghost ant problem that is very common in the Cape Coral area, and for their follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied and that the problem was solved. We would also like to thank Patricia for her recommendation to visit the Lakes Regional Park.....it was a great day with our small grandkids!

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla in einem wunderschönen Ort
Wir sind sehr froh, uns für die Villa Harmony in Cape Coral entschieden zu haben! Tolle Lage - sehr privat und ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sanibel/Captiva Island, Fort Myers, Everglade City etc. Die Villa war sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet und alles war in tadellosem Zustand. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Grill und der Pool waren unser Highlight. Wir hatten dank Fliegengittern keine Probleme mit Insekten. Das Check In und Out liefen reibungslos und sehr flexibel und für Fragen waren deutsche Ansprechpartner immer zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa Harmony uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Lovely place to relax in Cape Coral
We enjoyed our time staying in this lovely home. The house was very clean, and everything worked properly. The pictures on the listing represent the home well. We spent most of our time out in the patio area and pool. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet, great for early morning walks! We will definetely stay at this home again if we find ourselves back in Cape Coral.
A top-notch family house
We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the house.The house contained everything we needed for our vacation. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans, modern kitchen equipment, towels etc. We especially appreciated the refrigerator with a "clean water" filter, so you could enjoy tastefull water and ice cubes all the time. There were 2 very clean and modern bathrooms, linked to separate bedrooms with 1st class king size bed-mattresses.The house was well maintained, and very clean. The air-condition worked very nice, providing a even temprature through the whole house. We also used the garage a lot, to "cool" down the car on sunny days. The kids really enjoyed the big-size heated-swimming-pool. The owners were really serviced-minded giving fast feedback if there were any questions before and during the stay. We called the owner when we arrived the house. Within 30 minutes we met her in person, walking us through the instructions needed and telling us about the possibilities in the area. The nearest grocery story and fast-food restaurants were only 6 min away. The closest public beach was only 10-min away (Nearest outlet 20-min, Miami 2.0 hours, Orlando 2.5 hours,The Everglades 1.5 hours).
I would definitely recommend this vacation home to family and friends!

Sehr nette Hausverwaltung mit problemloser Hausübergabe / Abgabe. Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage und mit einem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
Traumurlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus
Wunderschöne Ferienvilla, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat und ist optimal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Der große gepflegte Pool ist rundherum bewachsen und sorgt für eine ungestörte Atmosphäre. Erholung pur!!!
Sehr nette Betreuung durch den deutschsprachigen Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war perfekt sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt vor allen war ausreichend Ausstattung vorhanden, was nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Was wir ganz toll fanden war die Informationsmappe, die Tipps von besuchswerten Ziele beinhaltete, die wir noch nicht kannten. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter, auch wegen des netten Kontaktes und der reibungslosen Abwicklung.
Wunderschöne Villa - alles vorhanden
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Harmony total genossen! Von der Kühltasche über Poolnudeln, Liegestühlen + Liegetücher, Navi, Waschmaschine + Trockner, komplette Küchenausstattung + nagelneuer Gasgrill war alles vorhanden. Riesig viel Platz für uns alle, Badewanne-warmer Pool. Alles super sauber. Freundlicher Kontakt im Voraus + netter Empfang (deutsschrachig) + sofortige Abhilfe bei Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Was will man mehr! Tolle Ausflüge z. B. Everglades, Edison&Ford Winter Estates, Sanibel Island, Sanibel Outlet, Venice Beach (Haifischzahn-Strand. Man muss wissen, dass man an der Brücke zwischen Fort Myers + Cape Coral 2$ Mautgebühren bezahlen muss (nur in einer Richtung).
Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!
Top Adresse + sehr schönes Objekt
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit komfortabler, geschmackvoller und sehr gepflegter - sauberer - Ausstattung. Die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung (deutsch) war ebenfalls super. Wir waren als Familie (4) eine Woche vor Ort, haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und bei bestem Wetter auch den schönen Pool häufig genutzt. Mit dem Auto ist Cape Coral auch ein guter Startpunkt für schöne Ausflüge. Bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Florida kommen wir gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
Traumurlaub in Florida im wunderschönen Haus
Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die ganze Abwicklung von Buchung bis zur Endabnahme ist vollkommen unkompliziert.Wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Cape Coral. Ganz toll waren auch die vielen sachen die man im Haus vorgefunden haben.(Strandstühle, Bade Spielsachen etc.) Das Haus selber liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles Heiko und Patricia.
Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung
Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir eine traumhaft schöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Das Haus ist nicht nur äußerst großzügig geschnitten, es ist auch erstklassig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Klimaanlage, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, diverse Fernseher inkl. DVD-Spieler, sämtliche Gewürze und Kochutensilien, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eismacher, etc. etc. . Die Liste ist bei Weitem nicht vollständig, es gab in jedem Fall nichts, was wir in diesem Haus vermisst haben.
3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer (inkl. Esszimmer ) und natürlich die fantastische Terrasse am Pool (mit BBQ-Grill und TV) bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Die Bilder lügen nicht, das Haus ist einfach großartig.
Das Haus war blitzblank sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, die deutschsprachigen Verwalter vor Ort waren supernett und im Bedarfsfall jederzeit erreichbar.
Der Mietpreis für dieses fantastische Ferienhaus ist in jedem Fall mehr als angemessen, der Stromverbrauch, der separat zu zahlen ist, war überschaubar. Die in bar hinterlegte Kaution wurde problemlos zurückgezahlt.
Wir können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen und werden, sofern wir noch mal nach Cape Coral fahren, in jedem Fall wieder dieses Domizil wählen.

Fantastic Holiday Rental
We stayed at this rental for 5weeks. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The electrics tripped out in the bathrooms but we emailed Heiko and it was sorted out straight away. From the booking of the property to arriving at night, getting key from secure place and meeting the owners was very smooth and without any problems. Would highly recommend this rental, there were only 2 of us but if definitely big enough for more people, lots of seating available. We did use the BBQ as well... Thanks very much Clare and Chris.
Traumurlaub im Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben das Haus dieses Jahr im Mai für drei Wochen gemietet. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und ist perfekt für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Wir waren zu viert, davon ein Kind.
Anreise war sehr gut organisiert und es gab bereits im Vorfeld alle nötigen Infos, wie Lage, Anfahrt und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe, somit war es egal um welche Zeit wir das Haus übernehmen. Wir sind erst spät am Abend in Fort Myers gelandet und haben nach etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt das schön beleuchtete und einladende Haus gefunden. Innen waren wir sofort überwältigt. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, wie auf den Fotos, sehr hochwertige und edel eingerichtet. Und das beste, keine Spur von irgendeinem Floridakitsch ;-). Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und besitzt ein direkt angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche. An das Badezimmer schließt sich eine Ankleide mit ausreichend Platz an. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind auch ausreichend groß und funktionell. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist modern und verfügt über alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und nimmt einen großen Teil des Hauses ein. Ein großes Ledersofa und riesen Fernseher laden zum DVD Abend. Vom Wohnzimmeraus gelangt man auf die große Terrasse mit Essecke, Gasgrill, TV, Liegen, ... und an den Pool. Der Pool ist schön groß, gepflegt und sauber. Der Gesamte Außenbereich ist mit einem Screen abgedeckt. Der Poolboy kommt einmal in der Woche.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage, wobei bereits ein Auto (vom Hausbesitzer) drin geparkt ist. Trotzdem genug Platz vorhanden. Die Vermietung des Hauses wurde von einem deutschen Ehepaar organisiert das selbst in der Nähe wohnt. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort eine optimale Betreuung. Das Haus kann von uns einfach zu 100% empfohlen werden. Es war einfach ein Traumhaus zu einem super Preis. Zum Mietpreis ist wie vorab ausgemacht nur noch die Kosten für den verbrauchten Strom gekommen. Die Kaution gab es ohne Probleme zurück.
Der Urlaub war einfach Toll, das super Haus und die tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter vor Ort haben hierzu einen großen Teil beigetragen. Vielen Dank !!!!
Urlaub 06.11 -15.112023 Villa Harmony
So, nachdem wir das vierte Male bei Monja gebucht haben, gibt es nach wie vor nichts auszusetzen 🥳 Von der Buchung und dem Mail Kontakt vorher bis zur Einweisung von Pati alles top ! Alle Häuser haben bisher das versprochen was auf den Fotos zu sehen war , leider woanders nicht so ! Alle Häuser bisher modern eingerichtet , sauber und top ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns jede Minute wohl gefühlt …… Auf das wir uns nächstes Jahr 2 x sehen Liebe Grüße Jens
