Welcome to the dreamlike Villa Elements – a brand new, stylishly furnished vacation home right on a canal intersection in Cape Coral, Florida. This luxurious accommodation offers approximately 2260 sqft of space for up to 6 people and combines modern design with high-quality amenities for an unforgettable vacation by the water.
The open-plan living area is bright and inviting: large glass surfaces open onto the pool deck, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The couch with a large TV is perfect for exciting movie nights. Simply log in to your own account with the well-known streaming services. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: modern appliances, including an original Nespresso machine, generous work surfaces, and a cozy dining area make cooking a pleasure.
Each of the three bedrooms features a large double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The two master bedrooms have direct access to the pool area through glass sliding doors.
The outdoor area is the heart of the house:
Enjoy the large heated pool with hot tub and relax on the comfortable pool loungers. The pool can be electrically heated and a modern, skin-friendly saltwater purification system means no harsh chlorine experience or irritated eyes.
Make yourself comfortable in the lounge area with a TV or use the outdoor kitchen with a large stainless steel grill for a barbecue under the stars.
Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you can experience breathtaking sunsets over the water.
This villa is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to combine elegance, comfort, and the Florida lifestyle—whether for a family vacation, a trip with friends, or just to relax by the water.
In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions.

Unser Aufenthalt in der brandneuen Villa Elements war einfach nur WOW! Schon beim Eintreten waren wir überwältigt: ein großer heller Wohnraum mit vielen liebevollen Details und eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool und den Kanal. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Unser Highlight war der schöne, große Pool, wo man wunderbar schwimmen kann. Wir haben die Ruhe auf der Terrasse und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Abends kann man den Pool schön beleuchten, was uns besonders gut gefiel. Die Villa liegt ideal – kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zu Restaurants zum Harbour - alles ist in 10 min erreichbar. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
