Diese Villa bietet durch ihre spektakuläre Eck-Lage auf einer Halbinsel in der beliebten Surfside/Beach Pkwy Nachbarschaft im Süd-Westen Cape Corals nahe der wunderschönen Mangroven idyllische Ausblicke auf das Wasser. Die Lage in der ruhigen, geschmackvollen Nachbarschaft ermöglicht einen stressfreien, entspannenden Urlaub.
Hier finden Sie die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und Aktivitäten.
Fußläufig liegt der Sands Park mit kostenlosen Plätzen für Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball und Cornhole. Außerdem auch BBQ Stationen/Pavillons und einem schönen Spielplatz.
Vom Bootsanleger können Sie zu erlebnisreichen Ausflügen starten. Ob mit dem Boot zu den malerischen Stränden Sanibels oder Captivas, ein Tagesausflug nach Fort Myers Beach oder ein Trip mit den Kajaks durch die charmanten Kanäle Cape Corals, Sie haben die Wahl.
Nach Rückkehr Ihrer Entdeckungstour fordern Sie doch Freunde und Familie zu einem Tischtennis- oder "Cornhole"-Match heraus.
Zur Entspannung stehen für Sie Liegestühle direkt am Wasser oder am Pool bereit, um die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge zu betrachten. Für die entsprechende Stärkung bereiten Sie ein leckeres Essen mit dem typisch amerikanischen BBQ Grill zu, welches Sie am Esstisch neben dem Pool genießen können.
An heißen Sommertagen können Sie sich im (auch beheizbaren) Pool abkühlen. Die großen Schiebetüren zum Wohnbereich ermöglichen einen nahtlosen Übergang von Innen- zu Außenbereich, wodurch das Wohnzimmer in helles Licht getaucht wird. Liebevoll und neu eingerichtet, erwarten Sie u.a. bequeme Sofas, ein Flatscreen TV, Essbereich und Küche.
Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr eigenes Mobilgerät hören. Der TV im Wohnraum ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet.
Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie zur Zubereitung Ihrer Mahlzeiten benötigen, inkl. Nespresso Maschine und Haushaltsgeräten aus Edelstahl. Somit steht den gemeinsamen Kochabenden nichts mehr im Wege. Besonders hübsch ist die Arbeitsfläche aus Quarz in Marmoroptik.
Die Villa bietet drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer. In der Master-Suite nächtigen Sie in einem Kingsize Bett. Von hier haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Pooldeck. Das angrenzende Bad bietet eine Badewanne und ebenerdige Dusche. Die beiden weiteren Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

From the point of pre-booking to our final departure, CoralVilla was outstanding. They were responsive, had someone meet us for any additional questions, and provided a beautiful location for our family vacation. The extra amenities (kayaks, pool toys, and ping pong) were an added bonus. Plus CoralVilla has a no hassle boat rental company that was more than a top notch experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sunset Cove. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terasse und Pool. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war da. Auch die Kommunikation mit sowie Organisation durch Coral Villas war super! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Abschied fiel uns wirklich schwer.We had the most amazing and relaxing time here!

Beautiful surroundings and quiet. The outdoor patio space was a great flow from the indoor space. Kayaking was amazing, pool was warm and had awesome lighting at night. Ping Pong was going nonstop. Having access to park the car in the garage was a bonus. All and all a terrific home with all the amenities. Would love to return to this place again.

Wir haben zu fünft zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Villa Sunset Cove ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Alles funktionierte! Die Lage der Villa ist ein Traum, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren perfekt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sonja und Anja war sehr gut, die Buchung der Villa sowie unsere Zusatzbuchungen wurden von der Agentur in Sulzbach hervorragend und professionell abgewickelt. So wurde der Aufenthalt für uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Wir haben zum zweiten Mal bei CoralVilla gebucht und werden es wieder tun.

One of the most beautiful homes we’ve stayed in.
The pictures don’t do it justice. From beautiful sunrises by the water to watching the sunset at the pool, to all the lovely shops and restaurants in the area, it’s one of the best vacations we’ve had. Everyone in the area is just so friendly, beautiful quiet beaches were only 33 minutes away, lovely nature walks, unique shops and finds, I could write so much about our stay. I would love to come again one day!
Happy in Cape Coral
We had a wonderful experience at Villa Sunset Cove. The location was fantastic in that it was very quiet, safe. Miles of easy walking or biking right out side your door. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with cooking and dining utensils. The pool was excellent with Sunshine all day and plenty of comfortable seating with beautiful sunsets. Property manager was easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

A gorgeous, modern, Florida escape
Everything in the rental is as described. The house is gorgeous. We loved the open feel of it and the space in the kitchen where you could cook and talk at the same time. We had an issue with a couple of lights going out and the property manager ran over while we were out and they replaced a bulb and even put in a brand new light in the bathroom. Very friendly, very nice space. Pro tip: renting a boat from CoralVilla and having it delivered and picked up saves you a TON of time. For those like us that didn't do that, you may have as much as 1.5-2.5 hours to deliver your boat to/from a marina one way. Also it is good to know it takes about an hour to the lock, and another 30 minutes to the sound or river by boat. It's pretty through the canals and you can look at all the mansions as you head out. Just plan accordingly and enjoy the slow pace of boat life.
