Beschreibung
Die Villa 4Friends hat eine Südausrichtung und liegt am Ende eines Kanals in bevorzugter Wohnlage im schönen Südwesten von Cape Coral.
Genießen Sie die Ruhe und das Florida Feeling mit Sonne pur den ganzen Tag.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Platz auf 180 m² Wohnfläche und besticht durch die moderne, helle und freundliche Einrichtung. Im großen Wohnbereich befinden sich die Küche, der Essbereich sowie ein chilliges Wohnzimmer zum Verweilen nach einem langen Tag in der Sonne Floridas. Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im gesamten Haus hören.
Der große Master Schlafbereich hat durch die große Glastür auch direkten Zugang zum Pool. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Masterbad ist überdurchschnittlich groß und bietet eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Beide teilen sich ein Bad mit WC und Duschwanne. Dieses Bad ist auch vom Poolbereich zugänglich.
Der Poolbereich bietet Platz für alle Poolliegen und einen schattigen Essbereich für bis zu 6 Personen. Ein Grill steht auch hier unseren Gästen für Grillabende zur Verfügung. Den Pool können Sie auf Wunsch beheizen und er ist groß genug für ein paar Schwimmbahnen.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal für mehrere Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Ob der morgendliche Kaffee oder der sundowner am Abend immer mit traumhaftem Blick auf den kanal. Die Villa war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Danke an Heiko und Patrizia für die kompetente und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Was in town for a baseball tournament and couldn't have asked for a better setup to accommodate our stay. Our host, Vanessa, was very friendly and concise with all the details needed for a seemless check-in/out process. The house looked just like the pics, was fully stocked and everything was in great working order. For short-term or long-term stays, we would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 6 Wochen in der Villa 4Friends. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war super clean, stilvoll eingerichtet und in einer Top Lage. Die Buchung, Kommunikation und Bezahlung verlief absolut reibungslos. Danke auch an Patricia und Heiko vor Ort. Sie waren immer für uns da und sehr kompetent. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr weitere 6 Wochen gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr darauf.Thank you for everything!
This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable for me and my coworkers. The communication and checkin were fantastic! We had some technical issues with the door lock at the beginning of our stay and within minutes someone was out to the property to assist! We would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren im August 2022 dort. Tolles Haus, alles sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Kanal. CoralVilla ist ein perfekter Vermieter. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.
This house was amazing!
It is exactly what we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool. Our son loved fishing from the dock. Having our own boat dock was amazing, and being able to rent our own through the company was incredibly easy. They dropped off the boat and picked it up and gave us a great tutorial on how to use it. It takes about 35 minutes to sail through the canals to get out to the open water, but we found that ride to be very enjoyable as there are many gorgeous houses to look at along the way. The sunsets from our deck were amazing. Sailing to Sanibel Island from the house was very easy! The kitchen has everything that you need! They also provided a wonderful amount of towels. We loved the open layout of the living area which made the house very incredibly spacious. There is even an office if you need to do a little work on your trip. There are great restaurants and grocery stores only 5-10 minutes away. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We have rented several places in Cape Coral the last few years and really liked this Villa. House was very clean and well stocked. Loved the pool area and peaceful neighborhood. View of the house from the street Is ok but once inside it was very nice and loved our month stay Would definetly recommend.

Location was perfect and house was right size for our family of 5. Needed a bit of replacement of some things, but overall nice!

Clean & well organized. Pool was great. Convenient to grocery shopping etc. Patricia, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The beds are quite firm and could use toppers. We would rent this property again.

CoralVilla is a great place to enjoy everything Cape Coral has to offer. My wife and I spent 2 weeks in November 2021. Everything from checking-in to checking-out was great. Patricia our property manager was amazing to deal with. The pool area was clean and free of spiders and insects. We had bad experiences in the past and were afraid of it. This house has everything you need to have an unforgettable time in Cape Coral.
My stay was absolutely perfect!
It was a great value with tons of space and a HUGE master suite! We loved sitting out by the pool every morning and night as well as using the personal dock for the boat we rented through them. They even delivered it right to us!

Beautiful house, pool area and dock with nearly every amenity (just bring your own shampoo and body wash). Very modern, clean and comfortable and perfect place for families to gather. The kitchen opens up to the living room, lots of seating inside and outside. Fans in every room and on patio. The beds are a bit firm- but that’s just a personal thing.

Incredible villa
We had an amazing stay at the Villa4Friends! It was so clean when we arrived and has basically everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The pool was great and the pool toys were an added bonus! There was also a fishing pole in the garage! The neighborhood was super quiet! Would stay there again.

Great experience once again
This was my family's 2nd year in a row renting through CoralVilla and once again the entire experience was great inluding booking the stay, the house being everything as described (if not more), quick responses to a few questions we had while there, and checking out when it was unfortunately time to get back to reality at home. CoralVilla will once again be our go-to team for when we continue our new family tradition in Florida next winter again!

Villa 4Friends
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was sparkling clean, kitchen if fully stocked of ustensils to cook which was very helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet yet close to supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. The pool was great, with float pool chair, lounger, bigger than expected, there is everything you need for a trip at the beach as well. The pool screen is a big plus to avoid bugs/ mosquitos. Bed was very comfy. Large bathroom with great water pressure. Smart tv worked great. Note: the A/C unit is a bit small for the large house and take long time to cool down therefore we had to leave it on all day. We’ll come back

Great place! Kids loved the pool. Great for a big family or even a group of friend and couple kids like we had. There is everything you need in the kitchen and a grill as well. I suggest you go down the road to the Lobster Lady, grab some fish and steak and throw it on the grill out back! Very close to the Fort Meyer beach and many other fun places to explore. Nice quiet neighborhood.
