Description
This beautiful new villa on the water is bright and friendly. Enjoy the wonderful pool area and incomparable sunsets.
The spacious living room with wooden floor offers you plenty of space to relax.
The open-plan and fully equipped kitchen has a large cooking island and is integrated into the living room.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speaker).
This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The TV in the living room is also equipped with streaming services.
All bedrooms have a king-size bed and TV as well as a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool.
The terrace faces west and offers you a large pool, sun loungers, a dining area and a BBQ grill.
The pool can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin.
Basically, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Non-smoking villa - smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We are really enjoying our stay at Sunrays. Since we are the first to use the home apart from the owners, we are enjoying the newness. It is beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. It has all the amenities that you need. I am sure that over time folks will add their contributions to the little things like the pantry. We are here during the early summer storm season and can sit on the lanai and watch the spectacular lightning show almost every night. The lot across the canal is vacant with much vegetation so the view is not into someone’s home which is nice. It seems the neighborhood is very quiet with many homes not currently being lived in. It is hard to imagine that you would not love it here.
Perfection
Our family had so much fun staying here. The pool area, hot tub and lanai were enjoyed by all. The kitchen…chef’s kiss. Everything you could need was provided. Villa Sunrays is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. No review can truly do this place justice. We can’t say enough good things. To quote our children, “This is the nicest place we have ever stayed.”
