Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir haben im August 2023 und Juni 2024 jeweils drei Wochen in der Villa Sparkle Blue verbracht und waren schier begeistert. Das gesamte Ambiente macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Speziell die Außenanlage und das Pooldeck sind sehr sauber und in einem exzellenten Zustand. Die Räume im Haus sind funktional eingerichtet und wirken nicht kitschig und überladen, wie man das sonst schon einmal in anderen Miethäusern vorfindet. Neben dem üblichen regelmäßigen Greenkeeping und Poolservice schaute zu unserer Überraschung ein Herr vom Pestcontrol vorbei und sorgte dafür, einem eventuellen Schädlingsbefall vorzubeugen. Recht erfolgreich, wie sich herausstellte – wir haben in der gesamten Zeit kein Ungeziefer am und im Haus wahrgenommen. Selbst der Screener war nahezu „spinnennetzfrei“. Top Service! Vanessa und Andreas haben dazu ein Übriges getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die beiden sind so sympathisch und waren bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Beim herannahenden Hurricane im letzten Jahr haben sie sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Im Haus befindet sich eine liebevoll gestaltete Mappe mit lauter Hinweisen und Tipps zum Haus und zu allerlei Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten rund um die Umgebung. Da wir uns mittlerweile in Cape Coral und Fort Myers relativ gut auskennen war das jetzt nicht unbedingt etwas für uns - Erst-Urlaubern in der Region ist das aber sicherlich eine große Hilfe zur Orientierung. Die direkt angrenzenden Grundstücke der Nachbarn sind auch sehr gepflegt und das gesamte Viertel ist angenehm ruhig. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die blitzschnelle und korrekte Nebenkostenabrechnung. Die angefallenen Stromkosten wurden einfach mit der Kautionsleistung verrechnet. Noch während der Abreise erhielten wir die Aufstellung per Mail und innerhalb von drei Werktagen befand sich das restliche Guthaben aus der Kautionsleistung wieder auf unserem Konto. Besser und problemloser geht es nicht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne noch einmal zurück! Sabine & Jörg

We spent three weeks each in August 2023 and June 2024 at Villa Sparkle Blue and were thrilled. The overall ambiance makes a very well-maintained impression. The outdoor area and the pool deck, in particular, are very clean and in excellent condition. The rooms in the house are functionally furnished and don't appear kitschy or cluttered, as one might find in other rental properties. In addition to the usual regular greenkeeping and pool maintenance, we were surprised to be visited by a pest control specialist who took care of any potential pest infestations. Quite successfully, as it turned out – we didn't notice any vermin on or in the house the entire time. Even the screener was virtually "cobweb-free." Top-notch service! Vanessa and Andreas went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They are both so personable and were always readily available and helpful with any questions. They took excellent care of us during the approaching hurricane last year. The house contains a lovingly designed folder with lots of information and tips about the house and all sorts of shopping and leisure activities in the surrounding area. Since we're now relatively familiar with Cape Coral and Fort Myers, this wasn't exactly a good fit for us – but for first-time vacationers in the region, it's certainly a great help in getting your bearings. The neighboring properties directly adjacent to the house are also very well maintained, and the entire neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. I'd also like to highlight the lightning-fast and accurate utility billing. The electricity costs incurred were simply offset against the security deposit. We received the statement by email before we left, and within three business days, the remaining balance from the security deposit was back in our account. It couldn't be better or more hassle-free.
