Villa Seascape has been newly designed into a higher standard of modern style. Note all new furniture, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting and comfortable wood optic floors throughout the open floor plan. All three bedrooms provide king size beds and TVs - ample space for up to six guests. Both the primary suite and junior suite have direct access to the pool. The third bedroom has a full bathroom adjacent. The spacious primary suite offers a comfortable sitting area, walk-in closet, toilet room, two vanities, luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower with natural stone flooring and additional rain shower. There is even an office for remote work in paradise.
This upscale “8 Lakes” neighborhood is also favorable to boaters for it's quick gulf access through the beautiful Rose Garden area. By car you can explore downtown Cape within minutes. Enjoy lots of shopping and restaurants or just take a leisurely stroll to nearby Rotary Park. After a long day of vacation, perhaps spend a cozy evening preparing a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ area then enjoy your private dinner outdoors on the lanai with your favorite music and an unforgettable sunset panorama.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.

Wir können auf zwei Wochen in diesem super gelegenen und mit viel Geschmack eingerichteten Haus zurückblicken. Das Check-In/Out war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt! Der Blick über den Pool in den Sonnenaufgang werden wir wohl noch einige Zeit vermissen. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in einer Villa von CoralVilla!What a wonderful time my family and I had!

Seascape House
Property was exactly as advertised. The pool and spa temperature were perfect and the house AC unit controlled accurately to the setpoint. All spaces, including the garage were super clean and ample space for our needs. Satisfactory equipment in the kitchen (maybe add a coffee bean grinder). Location was convenient and easily accessible from Coral Blvd. Management company was easily accessible and check in and even came to answer questions as needed the following day. Well Done.
Best property on all the lakes!
We were just amazed at this property - gorgeous and truly deluxe! Exceeded expectations! We can’t wait to book again. Really incredible. We felt like we were millionaires! And outstanding hosts as well! Also it’s on a dead end so very quiet and private.
Amazing view!
The Villa was exactly as seen in the photos. It was a beautiful, bright and relaxing space with an amazing view. Spotlessly clean and well equiped. We had a truly relaxing time here, there isn't much in the immediate location but we used as a base to explore the Everglades and surrounding areas. Local waterpark was worth a visit.
Great Vacation get away!
We really enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub, and the overall house during our stay. Very relaxing and centralized location to stores and restaurants. We will be back!

Amazing properties!
This was our fourth time renting from Coral Villas, each time in a different property. We cannot emphasize enough that this company does it all right! Their properties are stunning and have everything you could possibly need for your stay. We highly recommend them! This particular property is one of their newer ones and one of the few that still has a cage on the pool after the hurricane (the others are being repaired soon). The view of the lake is beautiful and I watched the sunrise every morning with my coffee in hand. So peaceful and serene! Patricia is amazing and makes everything easy and has great recommendations for everything you might need. We love working with her!Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. Four adults with plenty of room and killer sunrise views! Just lovely and one of the nicest blocks in Cape Coral. This is our second CoralVilla stay and we were not disappointed!

This property was absolutely stunning. It was in immaculate condition and very inviting. Our contact, Patricia, was always helpful and available for any questions we had throughout the week and even stopped by quickly to help us understand how the pool and spa worked. My wife and I were in paradise the entire week. The infinity pool was our favorite place to hang out. We didn’t want to leave.

Schönes Remodel in Top Lage
Die Villa Seascape ist ein wunderschönes Remodel in bester Lage von Cape Coral. Der Ausblick über den großen See ist fantastisch und insbesondere Morgens nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Villa Seascape is perhaps the best villa we have ever rented, not just in Cape Coral but in Portugal and the UK. The minute you walk in you feel instantly at home, particularly helped by premium furnishings and top of the range white goods. It’s location in a quiet cul de sac and the lovely views make this a brilliant choice for a stay in lovely Cape Coral.
