This villa is located in a prime boating location just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.
The open living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for up to eight people. The bright and modern furnishings will make you feel welcome right away. From here, the large glass doors lead directly to the beautiful pool area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge corner with TV and a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. The large pool is electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. Through the landscaped garden you reach your private boat deck with lift and seating area directly on the water. Here you can enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the sunrise as well as dolphins and fish swimming by. Start your explorations by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches right from here.
The master bedroom provides a king size bed, TV, direct access to the pool area and private adjoining bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct pool access, furthermore the villa offers a third and fourth bedroom as well as office with desk, chair and sleeping sofa.
In addition to the air conditioning, ceiling fans ensure a better air quality. Naturally, free high-speed WiFi is available in the whole house.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The TV is also equipped with Apple TV.
Cape Coral Beach and the famous islands Sanibel and Captiva are within easy reach by car or motor boat.
In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your holiday location.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat. The boat lift is only available for the Stingray 240 / Sarasota, which belongs to the villa. The boat dock can be used for other boats.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Our property managers Vanessa and Andy were outstanding. Vanessa greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly. Very easy to communicate with. She was extremely helpful with a lot of local recommendations. They were extremely responsive. For any questions or concerns we may have had Vanessa met us on as we were checking out. And again was extremely professional. Excellent customer service skills. She's got great communication skills Vanessa and her husband are a wonderful team it seems like. We really enjoyed our stay. And would not have any reservations coming back to one of your homes CoralVilla ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sarasota. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt und auch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beeindruckend war für uns der große Pool, der für eine willkommene Erfrischung an heißen Tagen sorgte. Wir können die Villa Sarasota wärmstens empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.Nice property

Traumzeit in Traumhaus?
Wir waren 2,5 Wochen in dieser tollen Villa. Wir haben selten so eine geschmacksvolle und technisch gut ausgestattetes Haus gehabt. Die Gespräche mit Sonja vom House Keeping waren sehr informativ und es waren sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt dabei, so dass wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt haben. Wir würden sowohl das Haus eben auch Sonja, sowie die Agentur weiterempfehlen.

The house has everything we needed, We enjoyed cooking dinner on the grill a Few nights. The house was very clean.
Exactly what we hoped for
Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. We used the grill to cook steaks one night and made breakfast in the kitchen each morning. The master suite is awesome, the 2nd bath is a little small, but met our needs. The pool is relaxing and the outdoor patio is exceptional. We rented a boat through CoralVilla as well and kept it on the lift, it was exactly what we hoped for also. This place gave us quick and easy access to the river in the ideal location. A stress-free rental with no surprises. We will do this again.
Beautiful and comfortable
This newly remodeled home was the perfect location for our family. The layout is open and very nicely decorated. Everything we could have wanted or needed was there. Sonja was a joy to work with. She made the check in and out process a breeze. This is our first time renting with Coral Villa, and we'll book with them again.

Traumurlaub in Cape Coral
Wir haben uns in der Villa Sarasota rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage und Nachbarschaft direkt am Kanal gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist neu, geschmackvoll und modern. Es war alles vorhanden was wir zum Leben benötigt haben und zu Hause auch haben. Der Pool ist beheizt und der Grillbereich ist großzügig gestaltet mit einem großen Gasgrill. Tagsüber scheint die Sonne auf den Pool/Garten und ab dem Nachmittag kann man sie vor dem Haus in den gemütlichen Sesseln genießen. Sonja und Ben haben sich um jeden Wunsch sofort gekümmert. Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir waren als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Juni zu unserer Florida Rundreise in der Villa Sarasota. Die Buchung verlief absolut unkompliziert. Rückfragen wurden in wenigen Minuten beantwortet. Der Zugang war reibungslos, hier bekamen wir per Mail alles wichtige vorab zugeschickt. Auch der Check in und Check out mit Andreas war sehr gut. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Umgebung war ruhig, man hat alles in der Umgebung und der Weg mit dem Boot aus dem Kanal war sehr kurz. Der Pool war sehr sauber in der "Salzwasser"pool sehr angenehm für uns und die Kinder. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
