Description
This newly built villa is located on the water and convinces with a modern, yet cozy style.
All bedrooms have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, two of the bedrooms have glass doors that lead directly to the pool.
The living room offers plenty of space. Adjacent is the open plan and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules).
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The TV in the living room is also equipped with streaming services.
Another highlight is the pool table for great game nights.
The pool area offers everything your heart desires. From a large pool, pool loungers, another dining area to the BBQ grill. The pool facing south can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Non-smoking villa - smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Villa Palms in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist auf dem neuesten Stand, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die moderne, bestens ausgestattete Küche hat uns begeistert. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Komfort. Ein echtes Highlight ist der wunderschöne Poolbereich mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Kanal – der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Ein Walmart ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass Einkäufe schnell erledigt werden können. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls erstklassig – freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Billardtisch rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab und sorgt für zusätzliche Unterhaltung. Wir können die Villa Palms uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Aufenthalt!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Palms in Cape Coral. The house is state-of-the-art, features high-quality furnishings, and leaves nothing to be desired. We were particularly impressed by the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. A real highlight is the beautiful pool area with a stunning view of the canal—the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, too: a Walmart is within easy walking distance, making it convenient to run errands. On-site service was also top-notch—friendly, reliable, and always helpful. The pool table rounds off the experience perfectly, providing extra entertainment. We can highly recommend Villa Palms and would love to return anytime. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We LOVED the house and the location.
This house was pristine and quiet. My daughter and I enjoyed all the amenities (pool/hot tub, bikes, beach equipment, rainfall shower, comfy beds). We were pleasantly surprised to find burrowing owls nesting around the neighborhood. The house was the ideal space to come back to after our daily adventures. We had a hard time leaving!

The house is new, very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you need to start your vacation. We had one maintenance question, and it was answered very quickly. The outdoor space is amazing and the location on the water is very quiet. We liked the location overall within Cape Coral. Close to downtown and the Marinas. The neighborhood seems safe and quiet although very close to Skyline which is a busy road. You didn't hear much noise other than the occasional burn out or loud truck flying by on Skyline. Didn't really bother us. The house is an open floor plan - beautiful finishes and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes and cookware. Garage was clean and accessible, and we used the laundry every day. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Modern Home
Beautiful home, quiet area, walking distance to groceries, neighbors are super sweet and social. Speaker system in the home is top notch, sounded so good listening to music and movies. Everything was clean, beds and pillows are incredibly comfy.
Traumhaus
Die Villa Palms ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll. Es fehlte in diesem Haus wirklich an nichts. Ausstattung der Küche hervorragend, ausreichend Handtücher/Pooltücher vorhanden und in der Garage findet man alle wichtigen Utensilien (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox) für einen entspannten Strandtag. Der Pool nebst Terrasse und Gasgrill ist ein absoluter Traum. Tolle zentrale Lage, die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, der Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Große Begeisterung löste natürlich auch der Billardtisch aus. Jederzeit würden wir die Villa Palms wieder buchen. Danke an Andi für die tolle und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort!

Villa Palms is a beautiful house. The interior design is extremely tasteful. There was really nothing missing in this house. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there are plenty of towels/pool towels and the garage has all the essentials (beach chairs, parasol and cool box) for a relaxing day at the beach. The pool, terrace and gas barbecue are an absolute dream. Great central location, the neighborhood very quiet, the supermarket within walking distance and restaurants in the area. Of course, the pool table was also a big hit. We would book Villa Palms again at any time. Thanks to Andi for the great and friendly service on site!

We stayed here for a “staycation” and it was perfect! The pool and spa are amazing and the outdoor “living room” with tv made it easy to spend our days lounging poolside. The layout is great with 2 master bedrooms plus an additional guest room. Thank you for being so helpful and answering any questions we had!
Beautiful Home
We recently stayed at Villa Palms and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect from inside to out. Many nights were spent in the hot tub viewing the moon in the night sky. The bedrooms and bathrooms and very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect for all restaurants and other attractions. Would recommend staying at this home as we will be back for sure.Moderne Villa

Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön! Möbel, Bilder, Küche, Textilien, alles sehr stimmig und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr schönes großes Pooldeck, klasse Sonnenlage. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Lage insgesamt ist superzentral zum Einkaufen und Ausgehen in CC. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Betreuung durch Vanessa und Andreas Spitzenklasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, modern und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und die gesamte Aufteilung der Räume ist wirklich hervorragend durchdacht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große, moderne und bestens ausgestattete Küche – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der superschön gestaltete Poolbereich direkt am Kanal. Die Lage am Wasser verleiht der Villa eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und lädt dazu ein, einfach abzuschalten, zu entspannen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Ein Walmart befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, sodass man alles für den täglichen Bedarf schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die Hausverwaltung: unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und gleichzeitig absolut professionell. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und wirklich keine Wünsche offenbleiben. Die Villa Palms lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – von der Ausstattung über die Einrichtung bis hin zur Lage und dem tollen Service war alles perfekt.
