Wir waren bereits im Frühjahr in der Villa MAJADAMA und hatten gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden einen rundum perfekten Urlaub. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa MAJADAMA sehr genossen. Das Haus war super sauber, gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Jedes der 4 Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sehr bequem und das jeweils eigene Badezimmer war mit Pflegeprodukten und flauschigen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich mit der übergrossen Terasse wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt, abends wurde gegrillt und der Sonnenuntergang bewundert. Vom hauseigenen Steg konnten wir das gemietete Boot besteigen und die Kanäle bis zum offenen Golf von Mexiko/Amerika befahren. Die Lage ist ideal: absolut ruhig und dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Anja war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!Gerne wieder!
Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Majadama in Cape Coral verbracht und waren auch diesmal rundum begeistert. Von der Buchung über die Anreise bis hin zur Abreise verlief alles reibungslos und professionell. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft wieder sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Alltag und einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an wohl. Besonders schön war, dass auch unsere Kinder viel Freude hatten und sich in der Majadama sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung, die angenehme Atmosphäre und die liebevolle Pflege des Hauses haben erneut dazu beigetragen, dass wir drei wunderbare Wochen verbringen konnten. Für uns steht bereits fest, dass wir wiederkommen werden – unsere dritte Buchung ist bereits geplant. Das spricht wohl für sich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in die Majadama und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen erneut großartigen Urlaub!

We spent our vacation at Majadama in Cape Coral for the second time, and once again, we were absolutely delighted. Everything—from booking and arrival to departure—went smoothly and professionally. Upon our arrival, the house was once again spotless and well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing daily routine and a successful vacation; you feel at home from the very first day. It was especially wonderful that our children enjoyed themselves so much and felt right at home at Majadama immediately. The amenities, the pleasant atmosphere, and the loving care put into the house once again contributed to a wonderful three-week stay. We have already decided to return—our third booking is already in the works. That speaks for itself. We love coming back to Majadama and can recommend this house without reservation. Wir haben als Geschwister gut 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Das Haus ist extrem geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bietet selbst für eine große Anzahl an Gästen perfekten Komfort und jede Menge Privatsphäre. Der riesige Pool und der Whirlpool waren das absolute Highlight, alles war blitzsauber und perfekt gepflegt. Zudem liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen, sicheren Nachbarschaft direkt an einem der typischen Kanäle – die Aussicht am Morgen ist unbezahlbar. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über die komfortablen Betten bis hin zu den Strandutensilien (Stühle, Kühlbox) war einfach alles vorhanden. Dank Waschmaschine und Trockner hatten wir immer frische Wäsche! Dieses Haus hat unseren Florida-Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

We spent a good 10 days in this beautiful house as a group of siblings and were absolutely thrilled! The house is extremely spacious, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. It offers perfect comfort and plenty of privacy, even for a large group. The huge pool and the hot tub were the absolute highlights; everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. Plus, the house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood right on one of the typical canals—the morning view is priceless. Everything was provided, from the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds to beach gear (chairs, cooler). Thanks to the washer and dryer, we always had fresh laundry! This house made our Florida vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
Was sollen wir sagen – wir hatten bei euch einfach einen Traumurlaub!
Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in eurem wunderschönen Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die liebevollen Details und die tolle Ausstattung haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder natürlich das absolute Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Aber auch wir Erwachsenen haben die entspannte Atmosphäre und die vielen gemütlichen Stunden dort sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach einzigartig. Besonders schön war es, mit dem gemieteten Boot direkt vom eigenen Steg aus loszufahren und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wieder "nach Hause" zu kommen. Gemeinsam haben wir geangelt, gegrillt, gelacht und viele unvergessliche Momente als Familie erlebt. Genau so haben wir uns einen perfekten Urlaub vorgestellt. Vielen Dank, dass wir diese wunderschöne Zeit bei euch verbringen durften. Wir nehmen viele tolle Erinnerungen mit nach Hause und sind uns sicher: Wir kommen wieder! Ganz liebe Grüße Familie K. From the very first moment, we felt completely at ease in your beautiful house. The tasteful décor, thoughtful details, and excellent amenities left nothing to be desired; we truly lacked for nothing. The pool was, of course, the absolute highlight for our children and saw plenty of use. But we adults also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the many cozy hours spent there. The waterfront location is simply unique. It was especially wonderful to set off in our rented boat right from the private dock and return "home" after an eventful day. We fished, barbecued, laughed, and shared many unforgettable family moments together. This is exactly how we imagined a perfect vacation. Majadama ist eine neue moderne Villa mit einer qualitativ überaus hochwertigen Ausstattung und tollem View auf der Poolseite. Per Auto und per Boot kommt man gut an die gewünschten Orte. Besonders bleibt uns der riesige Pool in Erinnerung als auch die Innenbeschattung mit vertikalen Rollos. Utensilien wie Kühlbox und Paddelboote/Kajaks zählten ebenfalls zum tollen Set des Hauses. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts und wir fühlten uns vor Ort top betreut (Anja). Ein kleiner Wunsch zum Schluss: Mehrweg-Kaffeebecher ToGo wären Klasse. Klare Empfehlung zum buchen.

Majadama is a new, modern villa featuring top-quality amenities and a fantastic view from the pool area. It is conveniently located for getting around by both car and boat. We particularly remember the huge pool and the interior shading provided by vertical blinds. The house also came with great extras like a cooler and paddle boats/kayaks. We truly lacked nothing and felt incredibly well looked after during our stay (Anja). One small suggestion for the future: reusable to-go coffee cups would be great. Highly recommended.
