Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral.

Villa Lazy Days has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to seven people.

The living area is spacious and open and offers plenty of space with two seating areas for relaxing and cozy TV evenings.
The fully equipped, bright kitchen with professional appliances is integrated directly into the living room. There is a breakfast bar with four stools and a nice dining table for communal meals.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The sliding doors can be opened directly from the living room to the covered terrace. There is a dining area, a lounge area with a view over the water and pool loungers. A BBQ grill is also available for cozy barbecue evenings.

A dip in the beautiful south-facing pool provides refreshment - ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. This and the whirlpool are electrically heated. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and spend wonderful days with your family. Enjoy the wide view of the canal!

The master bedroom is spacious and has direct access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a double sink, shower and bathtub.
A second bedroom also has a view and access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom leads directly onto the lanai.
The third bedroom and a small room with a sofa bed share another bathroom.

Your private boat deck with boat lift (on request) awaits you directly on the canal. Start your exploration tours by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches directly from here.

In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach equipment for your trips in the garage.

The first-class location of Villa Lazy Days should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.

There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. If you're lucky, you will be accompanied by some dolphins! You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
