Description
This extraordinary villa offers pure luxury on a high level. It impresses not only with its great location on the San Carlos Canal with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, but also with the extravagant furnishings and the diverse outdoor area.
On 3509 sqft the house offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the many highlights is, among others a private fitness room with water and palm tree views for your daily workout.
The outdoor area with view on the canal is your personal luxury oasis. Two waterfalls by the pool, a swim-up bar, tiki hut, whirlpool & numerous palm trees and plants conjure up a tropical feeling in the garden. The pool / hot tub is electrically heated. The villa has a professional insect spray system around the terrace.
On the covered pool deck you can use the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious dinner at the dining table.
The villa has 2 floors. Also from the balcony with a cosy fireplace you can enjoy the fantastic sunsets of Florida.
The living area is bright and offers a lot of space for each guest. Through the sliding doors you get directly to the pool area. The kitchen offers stainless steel electrical appliances, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar.
The ground level master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, sofa, TV, walk-in closet and door to the terrace. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, large bathtub, two washstands and toilet room.
The other bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The junior suite with its own bathroom also has a king-size bed, the 3. bedroom (kingsize bed) and 4. bedroom (queensize bed) share a bathroom.
By the canal in the backyard you'll find your private boat dock. Here you can watch dolphins, manatees, fish or boats. By boat you reach the Caloosahatchee River in just a few minutes and are in the fast driving zone to explore the Florida waters and the white sand beaches. Cape Coral Downtown and Fort Myers with a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping are only a few minutes away by car.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida no boat driving license is necessary and the boat rented from us is located directly at your villa, e.g. to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats for selection directly under the location map according to the description. In the booking you can choose the boat of your choice directly.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt und das Haus sowie die Hausverwaltung waren klasse. Das Gebiet ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Boot Fahren würde ich dringend empfehlen das hat echt einen Preis verdient und klappt spitze von der Location aus!

It was a great stay and the house and property management were great. The area is very quiet and you can get to restaurants and activities quickly by car. I would highly recommend boating which really deserves a price and works great from the location!
Amazing Rental!!! (A+++)
This host has done a superb job at furnishing the home like you would your own. Items like coffee filters, spices, hand soap at every sink, real cable tv for those rainy nights, access to use the garage was huge & matching dinnerware were just a few things we noticed here that you don't typically get with rentals. Truly makes you feel at home and stress free. The home has at least 3x A/C units and kept the interior temp nice and cold. Not one issue or concern from the moment we walked in to the time we had to leave. Fishing in the back yard off the private dock was great. We caught multiple species of fish and even a shark. We saw manatee and dolphin in the mornings. The home is so beautifully decorated and furnished, you’ll be so glad you made the choice to stay here. Also to add, the property manager “Anja” had so much joy in her voice when we spoke. She was just so nice and sincere. Book this home and enjoy.

Perfect family oasis for the outdoor and fitness enthusiasts! Backyard pool is amazing! Private, yet open to the sunsets. The Decor is cool and unique! The gym right off the kitchen is fully equipped, and then some. My family loved it. We worked out multiple times a day! Location is great! Near the Westin, Marina, Boat Club and plenty of grocery stores. Also, only a 5 to 7 minute drive to Fort Myers. We will definitely come back here to stay.Absolutely perfect!

Resort Atmosphere
We had a fantastic family vacation with seven adults. The house was spacious and was stocked with basic essentials. Most of our time was spent outside in the pool, hot tub or relaxing on the patio. Decor was unique and we felt like rockstars in this house. We would definitely rent again.

Pool and spa were great with heater but takes time to warm up so have to be patient. Amazing exercise room. Air conditioning worked great. Welcome package with wine and sodas was very pleasant.

This house and location are so beautiful.
The host was so prompt fixing the hot tub within hours of arrival. They have everything you need for a great trip. The location is perfect with great restaurants to your left and right. The grocery and liquor store is 2 minutes away. Sunsets are outstanding over the pool and water. We had a larger group and we were all very comfortable. Don’t let the strange furniture scare you away. It adds a fun layer to the trip!

Beautiful home
The property is located on the canal system in Cape Coral. The pool and outside area are beautiful and where we spent the majority of our time. Beaches are 30 minute drive or so. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels. Property manager easy to work with and stayed in contact.
Great place
Great pool without a cage so you get a totally different feel than most canal houses. Full professional gym was a great plus. The air conditioning had a few problems while we were there but the host dispatched a technician quickly to resolve. Would stay again.
Our family of five had a great stay!
The place was exactly as described and just as pretty as the photos. The back yard/pool/spa/dock was wonderful. We highly recommend renting a boat. We did a 3 day rental, and that was perfect for our stay. We were able to boat to beaches and swimming areas. We had dolphin sightings each day of our stay. One dolphin even made its way to our dock. We went on walks each evening. The area has many good restaurants. Some of our favorites: Two Meatballs In The Kitchen, Monarca's, Cape Harbour Oyster Bar & Grill, Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill, and Sidecar Treats for ice cream. All of our questions were answered quickly! The only minor complaint we had was the house was a little warm at the temperature it was requested we keep it, nothing major but noticeable for us. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation, and I have already recommended this place to others.
Amazing place to stay.
Super clean and just as described. The outside of this home was like staying at a resort. We felt so comfortable because of how clean everything was we almost never left the home.
Fabulous Vacation
The location was wonderful. We rented a boat for the week and we had quick and easy access to the open water. The house was spacious. My parents and my in-laws traveled with us. We are in our 40’s with 2 teenage girls. The backyard was perfect to relax watch the sunset.

Home was clean and had everything you need. It had plenty of extra towels and linens. We stayed for 2 weeks comfortably. Very responsive to questions. It was nice to stay in a home and not hotel. Was roomy for the family of 4 and if we were to have guests it would have accommodated. Recommend this home. Close to stores and Fort Myers area.

This trip and home made our vacation that much better, the house is extremely perfect and exactly as listed! The views from the backyard were to die for and the property manager had such great communication, we WILL stay here again!
This entire house was great.
Our family takes a trip down to Florida every year, and we have the benefits of staying at different houses. This place by far has been the best one. Soon as you walk into the residence, you will be truly amazed by the small touches done to the interior. Our family, especially the kids loved every part of the house. The pool was relaxing during those hot days, and the overall exterior was truly breath taking. The worst part of our vacation was the the day we had to check out. Looking forward to coming back.
Friends Fabulous Getaway
This property was nothing short of amazing! There was plenty of room for the six of us and so much fun to be had. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub (there were many pool floats there to enjoy), watching the gorgeous sunsets, working out in the amazing gym, and just relaxing! We did rent a boat from them as well and I would highly recommend that! The host communicated with us about our needs and was very informative, sweet, and helpful! We will stay here again!

Amazing place for a quiet vacation
The house and everything it has to offer was over the top. Renting the boat and seeing the different islands is definitely a must if you like that sort of thing. A big positive was access to the gym in the house. You pretty much can stay in and just enjoy having a quiet vacation as the house provides you anything you could want.

As advertised and the pool area is outstanding. We loved the shallow end for little kids and lounging. CoralVilla was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner to any inquires.

We enjoyed the home and outdoors so much we hardly left the rental. The whole space was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard are stunning in person and were perfect for our three families. Beautiful location and views, we will definitely return.

The house was beautiful and it was centrally located in Cape Coral. The furnishings were comfortable. The management team was very responsive to all our concerns and questions. Anja answered every time quickly and took care of all of our questions.

Great Place To Stay
My wife and I and another couple rented Villa Dolphins Surf for a week in January. The home is beautiful and the location on a canal is perfect for watching a few boats go by. Check in and out is easy with the property manager. The home has 1 master bedroom on the main floor, with ensuite, and three bedrooms on the second floor, one with an ensuite. There is an additional bathroom upstairs and a guest bathroom on the main floor off the kitchen. There is a very nice equipped gym off the kitchen/livingroom. We spent the majority of our time on the lenai, near the pool and spa. There is a book on the kitchen counter to help you with any questions. The furnishings in the home are not of our taste, but we didn't care as we spent most of the time outside. The bed we had was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The area has many things to offer. We love the area and the house was perfect.Thank you so much! We loved everything about your home !!

Great location and a fantastic setting. The gym is nicer than any hotel gym I have seen in years. The host is very attentive and available for any issues. Strong recommendation to stay here when in Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area.

Vacation of our dreams!
I can’t recommend CoralVilla enough, every question or slightest problem was taken care of incredibly quick. Anja was amazing and the house itself was a dream. The pool really was the highlight of our trip especially having small children and we appreciated having a home gym (the equipment was so nice my husband didn’t buy a weekly gym membership like he does everywhere else we stay). I highly suggest booking a boat while staying here because we were able to explore the true beauty of the surrounding area. Our family will be coming back yearly and telling everyone we know where to go to have the vacation of their dreams.

This villa was exactly as presented in the pictures. Absolutely gorgeous and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a small hiccup with the door code not working when we arrived but the property managers were quick to help us out. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
July Getaway
Beautiful home and management company is very responsive but beware that you will be paying for electricity. Master bedroom Mattress could use replacing. The house has a great setup for enjoyment.

Beautiful home, amazing pool and very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet but is still convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, all the kitchen necessities were available and there were plenty of towels and pool toys to use. The pool area was the highlight, loved the loungers and chairs. Perfect for relaxing by the pool all day. We appreciated the good communication with the Anja, she checked in on us.

Wonderful stay
The home was beautiful and everything we expected. The only complaint is it’s at least 45 minutes with traffic to the beach. Anja was amazing and helped with anything needed. We would definitely book with CoralVilla again!
Great stay!
The pool area is great, we had two young kids and the pool area was a great feature for them. Having two Master bedrooms with attached bathrooms was a great feature. Cape Coral is about a 30 minute drive to Ft. Meyers beach, and very close to many nice restaurants.
Awesome luxurious Home
Excellent rental home with added bonus of an industrial grade workout room. Pool and Spa area was beautiful with a stunning sunset view.

The pool area of this property is amazing and it's absolutely worth booking a stay here for that aspect alone, very private, incredible view of sunset, perfect amount of sun throughout the day and beautiful breeze. The interior decor is not our style and almost turned us off of booking here but was far less noticeable in person so don't let that stop you! The house was very clean and had all the necessary appliances, cookware and tableware. Master suite is secluded from the other rooms which was great. Close access to multiple grocery stores, liquor store and food delivery. Our property manager Anja was very helpful and flexible with our check in and check out, and quickly responded to any questions we had.

The accommodations were excellent for our group of 4 couples -
my husband and myself and our adult children and their significant others for a few days over New Year's Eve. We cooked every night in the kitchen, relaxed in the hot tub, and rented a pontoon boat for the day from our dock. Very close to a Publix grocery/liquor and even Costco is not too far away. Communication was fantastic and we had no problems.
