The four bedrooms are elegantly furnished and ensure restful sleep. In the master bedroom, you'll enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The other bedrooms are equipped with queen-size or twin beds and share a modern bathroom. Another bathroom with a toilet and sink is accessible from the pool area. The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the outdoor area: The large, south-facing saltwater pool is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It's essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a whirlpool, you can enjoy sunny days and balmy evenings here. There's no shortage of technological amenities either: Wi-Fi throughout the house, smart TVs in several rooms, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage for guests are all included. The large glass fronts always offer a view of the water.

A boat rental is recommended! No boat license is required in Florida. Explore Sanibel and Captiva, among other places, and discover dolphins. Unfortunately, boats cannot be delivered to the villa at this time because there is no boat dock, but we are happy to offer you a replacement dock if you still wish to rent a boat.
