Description
Beautiful, bright and friendly new villa facing south in the west of Cape Coral. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
The living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable seating area, TV and a dining table. Adjacent is the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen with a large work island.
The house has 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites with king-size bed and TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth has 2 single beds. The spacious master bathroom has a shower and bath tub.
From one of the other bathrooms you have direct access to the terrace / pool.
In the house you will also find a beautiful, bright office with a desk and a view of the pool area.
On the beautiful terrace with a view of the water and a large heated pool you can enjoy the Florida sun all day long. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with TV, a BBQ grill and pool loungers. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated by a salt plant, which makes the water very pleasant and kind to the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.
Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are also available for your excursions.
For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.
Renting a boat is recommended!!! In Florida, no boat license is required and the boat you rent from us is located right next to your booked villa, for example to drive to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. When booking, you can then select the boat you want directly.
With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.

Wir sind jetzt seit einigen Jahren Stammkunden bei CoralVilla und mieten immer unterschiedliche Häuser, damit es abwechslungsreich bleibt. Das schöne ist, dass alle Häuser einen ähnlichen Standard bedienen. Damit sind unwillkommende Überraschungen ausgeschlossen. Die Buchungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung läuft immer total unkompliziert und sehr professionel ab, was durchaus keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Haben das bei anderen Anbietern schon anders erlebt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist besonders hervorzuheben, egal welcher Host gerade das Haus betreut. (Patricia, Vanessa oder Anja). Unsere Holiday Heroes bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt, in der sehr schönen Villa Breeze waren Anja und ihr Mann Carsten. Die Betreuung war sehr herzlich und weit über das normale Maß professionell. Danke dafür! Wir können CoralVilla jedem Floridaliebhaber nur empfehlen!
Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und hatten tolle zwei Wochen. Das einzige Manko ist die Preisgestaltung bei mehreren Personen, was aber nicht die Schuld des Vermieters ist, sondern auch unsere. Hätten wir vorher anfragen müssen, aber ich kannte es bisher nicht, dass Immobilien mit bis 8 Personen angeben sind und man trotzdem für jede Person mehr extra zahlen muss. Habe ich wieder was dazu gelernt
Definitely Book Here
I booked this for a week for a group of 5. Plenty of space to spread out and come together. Nice pool. Extremely well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed cooking and loved that we could park in the garage. I'm allergic to everything (mold, animals, dust, dander) and only had issue with the couch which is almost always inevitable when it's not leather; we threw a sheet on it and I was fine which I mention for fellow allergy sufferers and to help emphasize this is a testament to how clean the place is. Anja was incredibly fast to respond and super helpful. We came across a couple dead batteries and she was there the next morning to replace. I recommend checking out the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery. It's pretty close and a fun/educational visit. My only complaint would be the master bed -- it's a thin memory foam topper on a very hard mattress so by night three my back and hip were over it and had to add extra padding. I would absolutely book again though!!
War wieder sehr schön!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Breeze in Cape Coral vom 23. Mai bis 7. Juni 2025 war rundum hervorragend. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die stilsichere Einrichtung, die eine angenehme und zugleich elegante Atmosphäre schafft. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Betreuung durch Anja vor Ort. Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrem Engagement und ihrer Professionalität beispielhaft begleitet. Wir können die Villa Breeze uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
