The villa captivates with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located on a wide canal with direct access to the gulf. Enjoy your vacation with the comfort and equipment of this marvelous villa. Also worth highlighting is the villa's prime location - within walking distance is Sands Park with free courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Golf Putting green and cornhole. There are also BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.
The whole house is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy sufferers.
The living area is the perfect place to relax. A 60-inch flat-screen TV is available for your entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The master bedroom features sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge rain shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom, as well as a TV. The third bedroom, also with a TV, is located next to it. The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. Play a round of pool in the game room area.
Energy efficiency is of great importance to us. That's why we equipped the villa with two new air-conditioning systems with one separate unit for the bedrooms. This saves energy. The whole villa is equipped with LED lighting. If you tend to forget your travel plugs, we have USB sockets in the whole villa to charge your devices.
The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ grill. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants and a supermarket, ice cream parlor and shops, and Camelot Park with a children's playground, BBQ stations and tennis courts are only a stone's throw away.
There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wunderschöne Villa, traumhaft am Kanal gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Essecke oder vom Pool auf de Kanal ist einfach umwerfend. Wir haben gefühlt 100 Fotos gemacht. Besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, so das auch Selbstverpflegung problemlos möglich ist. Haben bereits mehr als 10 Häuser in Florida angemietet. Dieses gehört zu den Besten Vor Ort Betreuung ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Buchungsablauf reibungslos.Traumurlaub
Wir durften 14 Tage in der Villa "Blue Pearl" unseren Urlaub verbringen. Tolles Haus, super sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Aussicht vom Pool sensationell. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wonderful house and location. Spent a lot of time on the pool deck absolutely loving the view of the canal. Well-stocked, clean, and spacious house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay here again someday!
This house is absolutely beautiful.
As soon as you walk in the view of the canal is gorgeous and there are large windows and sliding glass doors everywhere….every room has a great view. The house was clean and had everything you need, from kitchen appliances, cook wear, pots, pans, knives, etc. it was easy to settle right in a cook meals and enjoy the pool and deck. We fished from the back and caught a tarpon, redfish, and snook. The pool table was greatly enjoyed, though the cues are a little worn out and could use some chalk. The grill was great and we had plenty of tools to grill dinner. There was plenty of bedding available, pool towels, and extra blankets. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the smart TV was a plus for our teenaged son. We felt right at home and comfortable and would definitely stay again!

This house is a jewel on a canal!
The house was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could require. We had a couple of very minor issues which the host dealt with efficiently. The location is ideal in a very quiet neighbourhood but with beautful views over the canal. There are a couple of very minor cosmetic touches needed in the kitchen but in no way did this take away from the charm of the property. We liked it so much we are already planning our return.

Alles Perfekt
Wir hatten durch Covid leider unseren Aufenthalt verschieben müssen. Hier kam uns Heiko überaus Dankbar entgegen. Völlig unkompliziert wurde unser Aufenthalt zum möglichen Zeitpunkt umgebucht, Danke noch einmal. Das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen es ist alles so wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Gerne kommen auch wir wieder nach Cape Coral in die Villa Blue Pearl.

We had a wonderful stay here at the villa. The view from the pool area is amazing and we loved watching the sunsets from the dock. Everything is as described and the villa was immaculate with everything that you could possibly need for a stay both in the villa and at the beach.
Vacation !
From the moment you walk through the front door of this beautiful property you cannot help but be impressed. The view out through the back directly onto the water is fantastic. It also, helps that the property itself is in fantastic condition with all amenities as specfied in the listing. Having owned property in Florida and having stayed multiple times on Cape Coral, this is without doubt our favourite so far. We have already booked to return later in the year.

Patricia and Heiko are wonderful Host. They were very professional and responsive to every questions that we had before and during our stay. We would highly recommend and can't wait to come back. Naples Beach is fantastic and not crowded. Just an hour away from Cape Coral.

My family of 5 stayed at this beautiful property over spring break.
The house was very clean and it was bigger than what I imagined looking at the photos. The check-in process was flawless. Patricia was very friendly. We wanted to turn up the temperature of the pool and she patiently walked us though the process. My husband and I went for a run every morning and also went on a walk most evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we did see, were very friendly and said hi.
The house sits in a great location in Cape Coral. It is not too far from beaches, shopping, great restaurants. In the garage there were beach chairs and a cooler that we used almost every day. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much every kitchen utensil you would need. We grilled 3 nights we were there and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. Our kids, ages 10 and 11 were in the pool everyday and it was the highlight of the trip.
It was clean, warm and a great size with various depths. There were some pool toys there which was an added bonus. We were all sad to leave because we had so much fun.

We enjoyed our stay too much. Prolonged for 2 days and still didn’t wanna go home. Sunsets are beautiful and staying by the pool was so relaxing. Lots of golf courses nearby and shopping and restaurants around the corner. Quite neighborhood, nothing for party animals but perfect for families and those who enjoy peace and quite. We highly recommend the villa blue pearl.
Excellent view and beautiful property
Heiko is a wonderful host! Communication was great from the time we booked months ago until after we checked out. The property is a gem, jewel of the Nile per say, boasting a great view at the end of the canal facing directly due West to view sunset from the pool! The amenities were superb - comfortable beds, lavish modern furniture and plenty of space for our group of 8. The only thing I would recommend but wasn’t a deal breaker would be to install a tv in the other two bedrooms. This would top it off! Definitely will recommend this property! Cheers!
Blue Pearl
We had a wonderful time at the villa during our vacation in July. We stayed for just short of three weeks. Heiko and Patricia were perfect hosts form initial booking, checking in and out. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for advice. The house has everything required for vacation and is spotlessly clean throughout. Pool table was well used by us during the evenings as was Apple TV and Netflix. Outdoor area with BBQ was also well used while we were on vacation, the pool was fantastic and was cleaned regularly while we were there.
There are beach essentials within the garage poor trips out, Sanibel, Naples and Fort Myers Beach also reasonably close by. Fishing rods in the garage to while away the hours on the boat dock, good luck, all I seem to catch is Catfish! Although lots of fish visible from the dock.
All that's missing from the house is bicycles and a couple of kayaks which we had at previous bookings and is good for exploring the canals. Heiko can also arrange boat hire if required, although we didn't make use of this. This was our fourth year in a row to Cape Coral and as a vacation location it is fantastic. The house is in a very quiet neighbour hood with grocery stores and restaurants close by, but rental car is essential. We would highly recommend this villa for a vacation rental.

Amazing sunsets
Absolutely enjoyed our weekend. Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was relaxing and that view of canal was amazing. Loved the jumping fish. My husband went out fishing every morning. We will recommend this property to our friends. We will be be planning our trip next year at this home
Tolle Villa, wie im Paradies
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Villa Blue Pearl. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand. Alles tip top sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Steg hinter dem Haus kann man sehr schön den Fischen beim Springen zu schauen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir würden sofort wieder hier Urlaub machen und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.
Beautiful stay in Cape Coral
We stayed 8 days at this beautiful home. The sunsets are amazing!! The home is large, clean and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The outdoor area was extremely nice too. Renting the boat was a great option!! Heiko was very attentive, efficient and friendly.Great location, very comfortable and clean.
What a sharp home..
Wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything you could want especially in kitchen. Very comfortable beds and the decor is superb.
Beautiful sunsets looking down a wide and long canal. Very nice pool. Electric is extra but worth it to have the pool heated. Three of us really enjoyed our two week stay there. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Amazing
Our stay at the Villa Blue Pearl to escape the frigid, snowy winter in Iowa was everything we had hoped it would be. Definitely 5-stars!!! !! Heiko and Patricia were so helpful; even making a couple stops to help out with the TVs as Im technically challenged at times. Any Questions we had were always answered quickly; The check in and out process was very easy. The house is very clean, bright, open and inviting; exactly as pictured. Furniture and beds very comfy; pool and lanai area were awesome and was where we spent most of our time. Our fav way to end each day was to watch the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine in the comfy chairs by the canal. We enjoyed it so much , we already booked for 2020 and 2021!! Definitely recommend booking the Villa Blue Pearl with Heiko and Patricia

This property is a diamond! The location on the water is so quiet and peaceful with great sunsets. The view is fantastic from any room in the house or patio. The pool was nice to relax in. The home is well maintained with a very clean contemporary style. Although, Sanibel was an hours drive, it was nice to come home to the pool and serene view. Only negative was the additional cost of the electric used - suggest it be included in the cost of the package. Overall, great vacation home!

Schon der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hauses war überwältigend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis werden lässt.
Auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses war hervorragend. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und möchten uns bei unserem Vermieter nochmals ganz herzlich für die wunderbare Betreuung bedanken.

The Villa was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the month of Feb. 2018. The pool area and view of the canal was spectacular. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the pool area. The area of the neighborhood was very quiet. Our overall experience was excellent. We would have rented the house again next year but our dates were not available.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Vila Blue Pearl in Cape Coral und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war einfach ein Traum. Alles was man braucht, war vor Ort. The Perfect Holiday
We stayed at the Villa Blue Pearl for a total of 19 nights.
Everything was as we had hoped for and the pictures on Homeaway did not disappoint...
The home very spacious and clean and everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels for both shover and pool, all you can think of in the kitchen and a big washer and drier.
The area was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Cape Coral is a nice place with things to do for everyone. There are nice restaurants and beaches and the canals is really something special.
Heiko and Patricia are very professional and kind people and everything about the rental of the house went smooth.
We would recommend Villa Blue Pearl to everyone and would gladly stay there again.

A Piece Of Paradise!
My Best Friend and I recently stayed at the Villa Blue Pearl for a Girls Gateway Weekend. This Luxury Villa was PERFECT, from the Amazing Views, Gorgeous Décor, and Heated Pool the Villa by far outreached our expectations. The Villa looked even more Incredible in person, it was everything that we had imagined and more! Heiko and Patricia are spectacular owners. They were so welcoming, friendly and extremely attentive to all our questions and concerns. They made sure to make us feel at home and that's exactly what it felt like once we came through the doors. I look forward to renting from them again in the future!
Hammer Villa, Luxus Pur!
Fotos beschreiben nicht ganz die Villa, es ist alles noch viel schöner! Wunderschöne Einrichtung, top modern, alles vorhanden, was man so zum Ferien machen braucht - sogar Kühlbox inkl. Kühlsteine, Poolnudeln (;-)), Kaffeemaschine, Nespressomaschine, Milchschäumer, Mixer...
Pool ist toll, Nachbarn sind sehr wenige zu sehen...Privatsphäre top! Dachten zuerst, wir würden Fahrräder vermissen, erkunden aber die Gegend jeden Morgen joggend...und finden 'unsere' Villa immer wieder die schönste ;-)
Toller Sonnenuntergang, schöner Blick über den Kanal inkl. fliegenden Fischen. Sehr ruhige Gegend, top zum Abschalten....
Ferienfeeling pur!
Das Haus ist der HAMMER! Wunderschön hell und freundlich eingerichtet, grosse Küche mit allem vorhanden, cooler Grill direkt draussen neben Pool, Billardtisch und abends traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge direkt vor der Nase! Unser kleiner Sohn wollte gerade für immer einziehen :)
Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns Infos für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Nächstes Mal noch länger!
Beautiful House and Wonderful Sunsets
I recently stayed 4 days at the Blue Pearl. The house is beautiful, spotless, modern, spacious. Looks just like the pictures but even better. Well equipped with everything you need. I did not miss a sunset on the outside deck each evening. The pool was very nice and when swimming and looking out over the canal, it felt like an infinity pool. Highly recommend. I will be back. Thank you Heiko and Patricia for a very pleasant, relaxing stay.
Super Relaxurlaub
Wir waren im November fast die ersten Mieter der neu renovierten Villa. Die Angaben im Inserat waren mehr als zutreffend und das in jeder Hinsicht. Wenn es an irgendetwas gefehlt hat, hat sich der Vermieter sofort darum gekümmert und uns mehr als zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Egal zu welcher Zeit, hatte der Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und hat uns auch gerne weitergeholfen. Er ist bei allen sich ergebenen Lagen sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit sehr freundlich. Ich würde dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir das Haus auch selbst wieder mieten werden. Wir hatten auch ein Boot über unseren Vermieter angemietet, was ich jedem empfehlen kann. Die Tage auf dem Meer waren ganz besondere. Wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die vorgefundene Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken.
Paradies in Cape Coral
Die Villa Blue Pearl ist wahrhaftig eine Perle. Sie ist auf den Fotos schon wunderschön, übertraf aber unsere Erwartungen (2 Erwachsene 1 Kind) als wir ankamen noch einmal. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Kanal, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und hochwertig in modernem, geschmackvollen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.
In den beiden Bädern mit ebenerdigen Duschen stehen eine rechhaltige Anzahl an Handtücher sowie Seife, Fön etc. zur Verfügung.
Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders der Milchaufschäumer und die Nespresso-Maschine haben unser Herz höher schlagen lassen. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer amerikanischer Gasgrill, den wir häufig genutzt haben. Besonders praktisch ist die Herausreiche von Küche zur Terrasse.
Vom großen Pool ist man in wenigen Schritten direkt am Bootsanleger, von welchem aus man wundervoll den Sonnenauf-/untergang und die fliegenden Fische bei einem Kaffee auf den vorhanden Liegen genießen kann.
Patricia und Heiko haben uns persönlich willkommen geheißen und sind unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommen. Eine Mappe mit Ausflugszielen, Restaurantvorschlägen etc. liegt im Haus bereit.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr freundlicher Nachbarschaft. In Minuten erreicht man Restaurants, Shops und Supermärkte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus, als auch die Vermieter, nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier.
Traumhafte, stilvolle Villa
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Blue Pearl mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Frisch renoviert, äusserst stilvoll eingerichtet, traumhafte Lage, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber - schlicht perfekte Tage in Cape Coral! Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen sehr, eines Tages an diesen Ort zurück kehren zu können.
Villa Blue Pearl
Die Villa Blue Pearl ist bereits das 3. Objekt, welches wir über CoralVilla gebucht haben und auch diesmal haben wir es nicht bereut. Die Villa ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Kanal. Die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön. Die Bilder der Villa sind absolut real, genau das was angeboten wird, wird auch eingehalten. Die Villa befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend, Partygeräusche findet man hier nicht, was uns sehr gefallen und zum entspannen beigetragen hat. Wir genießen nun noch unsere letzten 3 Tage, ehe wir wieder zurück ins Kalte müssen. Jedoch planen wir schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in einer der CoralVilla Objekte, vermutlich sogar wieder in der Blue Pearl.
