This beautiful villa captivates with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located at a wide canal with direct access to the gulf in the beautiful South West of Cape Coral. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with all modern conveniences. The whole house is equipped with high-quality travertine or wooden floor without rugs - which is ideal for allergy sufferers.
The living area is the perfect place to relax with flat-screen TV and Apple TV available for your entertainment. The master bedroom features slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are located next to it. Three bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules). The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ for sizzling steaks. Enjoy a cold beer from the outdoor fridge. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. The water is heated via an automated solar system. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. In addition you have a large Tiki Hut Area on the water and can also use the 2 kayaks to explore the area on the water.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Wow !!! What a beautiful property
We spent the week here and I cannot say enough. The property manager was helpful and super nice. The home was clean the pool was well maintained. This home exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use this property management group on our next trip. The check in and out process was so easy and not stressful. Weve stayed in a number of rentals in a number of States and this is definitely on the top of our list.

Dieses Haus hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich werde auf jeden Fall diese Hausverwaltung für unsere nächste Reise nutzen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war so einfach und nicht stressig. We had a lovely week in this property. The property had everything supplied including fishing equipment and kayaks which we used. The property is of a high specification with great views of the canal from the pool area and Tiki hut. The owners and management company were a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions we had. When back in the area we will look to book again.
Wonderful stay in Cape Coral
We rented the house for a family holiday and it accommodated our group of 8 perfectly. Everything we needed was provided. Our host was very helpful and overall we were very happy with the property. Our 2 Grandsons particularly enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time in it. The location of the house was stunning overlooking a wide waterway and the sunsets were spectacular.

Really nice villa in peaceful location with beautiful sunsets. Really worthwhile getting a boat and exploring the waterways and open sea. Had a fantastic time out on the water with schools of dolphins following our boat. Host company excellent also.

The property was awesome. Very clean. The kitchen had all the basics needed for your stay including cleaning supplies. Pool was awesome and pool towels and floaties were provided. Canal access was great and kayaks were provided. Overall a fabulous house with amazing sunset views daily.

You open the front door and take a breath because the house is amazing especially the outside pool area. So very clean, everything you need is pretty much available. Furniture is comfortable that’s a plus, TV in all bedrooms, washer, dryer and you can park your car in the garage. Plenty of tubes, floats and coolers to utilize. Stores and restaurants are close by. The house manager Patricia is readily available if needed. I loved everything about this house. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!
Great Vacation Home
My wife and I planned a family reunion for 8, including our children and grandchildren. From start to finish everything was perfect with this home. Dealing with the property manager was a pleasure. Any time I had a question I received a prompt response. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and spa. The home had all the amenities we needed. We were able to rent a boat directly through the property manager and it could not have been any easier. We would stay at this house again. It was a fantastic vacation.

Absolutely beautiful house
Just what we needed
Great Place!
This is a really nice vacation rental. We really enjoyed the solar heated pool as it was relatively large. The house is very nice and everything worked as expected. There were some aggravating things about this rental. We knew this going into the deal, and apparently, these are pretty consistent with the other Cape Coral rentals we considered. However, we haven't experienced these things with any of the other vacation rentals we've used, and we've stayed at many over the years. First, there was a separate charge for electricity. Second, we were charged extra for our daughter (the price listed is only for two people). Please keep in mind that we understand that this is common practice in the Cape Coral area, but not in any others in which we have stayed.

Beautiful home to get away
We had an amazing time, the house was beautiful and the sun sets were so amazing. It was nice to have a gorgeous place to stay at and we appreciate it so much. The house was clean and big and we grilled out almost every night. We didn't use the kayaks but they were a great feature to have if we did want to take them out. Beautiful clean home
This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and this home was everything and more. We loved how big the house was and the pool was amazing! Everything was top notch and the renter was so great. We would definitely go back! We were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pool was enjoyable during the sunny days and the property is located near shopping and restaurants.
Great family vacation
We were 6 adults and had a fantastic week. The house is beautiful and is well maintained and clean. I strongly recommend renting a boat for a few days through the home owner/management company. It was an easy process and there is nothing better than boating the open seas to Captiva or Sanibel. The boat rental included a two hour orientation and instruction to help anyone get comfortable with the area and the boat. It does take almost an hour to get through the channels and no wake manatee zone, but the open water boating is worth it. When were not boating we enjoyed sun filled days in the large sized pool that was more than big enough for our 6 adults. The management team was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. Over all it was a great week and we would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Gorgeous property and location with many amenities
My wife and I needed a get-a-way to relax and unwind. This place offered it and more. We were very pleased with the home and felt relaxed. Monja was a great host and is very good at communicating. We had a small issue with the hot tub by the pool not switching over to spa mode, but after calling the local staff, they came right out and had it resolved. I loved having the kayaks and got to explore the mangroves a bit. My wife and I loved waking up and eating breakfast on the dock under the cabana. It is such a quiet and peaceful area. I did have a little misunderstanding with the coffee maker and maybe it will help the next guests. I was under the impression that they only had a Nespresso machine so I bought some coffee capsules to use. I was disappointed that I bought capsules that were too large for a different machine. I was glad at least that they do have a regular coffee pot, so I just got what I needed for that. Overall though, my wife and I were very pleased and we highly recommend staying there. We would definitely return again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed it very much. We had a great time fishing from the dock. The Cape Coral area has so many great places to eat, and it is so close to Sanibel and Captiva. We thoroughly enjoyed this much needed, relaxing vacation.
Quiet and Comfortable
My wife and I found this gem of a property and stayed for one week looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. This was exactly the spot for us. The accommodations were ideal, the pool was fabulous, and the view was terrific. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hope to be back soon.

Enjoyed this house- has everything you need
Everything was great with this house - and I would definitely recommend it. Checkin process was easy, even when booking last minute. The house was clean and well-stocked and exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen had a small starter kit for the basics but you'll need your own if staying more than a few days. I brought my own bikes and they had 2 kyacks for use. It is close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and other restaurants. The owner and property manager were very responsive to requests, including extending the stay. Note that the pricing is based upon 2 people so additional adults are an extra cost. Overall it was a terrific place to stay and we'd certainly come back.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir kommen gerade heim von einer Woche Aufenthalt im Beach Estate. Es ist definitiv das schönste Haus, das wir bisher in CC gemietet haben. Es ist neu, hell, klasse ausgestattet und geht hinaus auf einen recht breiten Kanal/Ende eines Kanals. Es liegt recht weit im Westen von CC, was für unsere Radtouren sehr schön war. Es ist aber auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt zu einem der best ausgestatteten Publix. Für uns 2 war das Haus natürlich viel zu groß, aber es ist so fein und großzügig aufgeteilt, dass man mit 6 -8 Leuten auch keine Probleme bekommt. Wie auch bei unserer anderen Anmietung waren die Kontakte sowohl zu Frau Schommer in Deutschland als auch dem deutschen Verwalterehepaar sehr persönlich und zuverlässig.
Traumhafte Villa in Cape Coral
Wir eine vierköpfige Gruppe sind bereits zum dritten Mal in der Villa Beach Estate. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet, alles Top gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt am Kanal mit einem wundervollen Sunset ☀️ Die Anfragen zwecks Vermietung wurde immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Für uns kommt in Cape Coral keine andere Villa mehr in Frage, dies ist unsere absolute Traumvilla.
Villa Beach Estate
Die Villa Beach Estate besticht durch die moderne sowie umfassende Einrichtung und Ausstattung und den traumhaften Blick auf eine Kanalkreuzung Richtung Westen. Am Aussenbereich mit der Outdoor Kitchen und dem Pool samt Spa kann man ganze Tage verbringen. Innerhalb CC sind alle wichtigen Ziele in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Einzig die langen Kanalfahrten ,bis man mit dem Boot aus der Langsamfahrzone kommt, sind ein kleiner Nachteil für „Boater“. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war tip top in Schuss und sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Ansonsten können wir eine klare Empfehlung für das Haus aussprechen.
Perfect Vacation
The property is excellent in every way, from initial rental contact to the check out. Quick response to any questions. The home was spotless and well stocked upon arrival. Plenty of towels, blankets and cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable. Pool was crystal clear. The spa was relaxing in the evening. There are beach/pool towels, beach chairs and pool floats as well. The property managers (Patricia and Heiko) are a pleasure to work with. We rented a boat for a few days, and with a quick lesson from Heiko, we had a great time with no issues. The home is located near shopping, great restaurants and activities. Beautiful beaches in Ft. Myers and Sanibel and Captiva are within an 1/2 hr to 45 min ride. Not one complaint on this property. We will rent this home again for sure!

Die hochwertig eingerichtete und stilvolle Villa "Beach Estate" mit ihren 4 Schlafzimmern, im bevorzugten Südwesten von Cape Coral, steht in einer wirklich schön angelegten Straße (eher Allee) und bietet mit ihrer sehr großzügig gestalteten Terrasse, einen wunderbaren und freien Blick auf den sehr großen Kanal (Kreuzung). Wir (2 Personen) konnten Ende 2018 mit Hilfe von MONJA (Inhaberin Agentur) Dank ihrer unkomplizierten, zuverlässigen, hilfsbereiten sowie herzlichen Art, unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub in der Villa "Beach Estate" genießen. Hierfür noch einmal vielen Dank, liebe Monja! Wir konnten gar nicht glauben, dass die Hausverwaltungen, die wir in den letzten Jahren in Florida kennen lernen durften, noch einmal in Sachen Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Unterstützung und Sympathie um Längen übertroffen wurden: Patricia war einfach nur toll und eine wirklich besondere Werbung für eine (weitere) Buchung über die Agentur "CoralVilla". Noch einmal hierfür ein ganz große "Dankeschön"! Der Eigentümer hat die großzügige Villa "Beach Estate" mit viel Geschmack für sich und die Gäste entsprechend hochwertig eingerichtet. Allein die großzügige Terrassengestaltung sucht ihresgleichen in SW-Florida.!!! Dazu ein wunderbarer "Solarpool", der derart gestaltet ist, daß im flachen Bereich (Einstieg) eine kleine Vorrichtung angebracht wurde, die uns mit ihrem beruhigenden! und leisen Plätschern die Illusion gab, wir säßen in der Nähe eines Springbrunnens - eine gut durchdachte Kleinigkeit mit großer Wirkung! Eine absolut großzüge Küchengestaltung, in der es auch Spaß macht, einfach mal zu kochen! Eine Nespresso Maschine, inzwischen für uns unverzichtbar im Urlaub, ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden. Hochwertige Hand- und Badetücher gibt es auch hier in sehr großer Anzahl! Es fehlen lediglich für "Winterbesucher" wie uns, Bettbezüge, für die ein oder andere vorhandene Decke, um ein noch komfortableres Schlafen in den bequemen Betten zu ermöglichen. Fahrräder haben wir leider (für über $200 incl. Steuern für eine Woche!/ entsprechend der Sicherheit auf den Straßen sollten sie etwas hochwertiger sein / Bremsen etc.) mieten müssen. Bei der schönen und ruhigen Lage der Villa ist es viel zu schade, auf eine Radtour zu verzichten!!! Durch die Lage der Villa im SW von Cape Coral, konnten wir die Räder nutzen, um kleinere Einkäufe im "Publix" oder "Walmart" zu erledigen, den "Rotary Park" zu besuchen, gemütlich durch "Rose Garden" zu radeln und auch Manetees (mit viel Glück) zu beobachten oder um einfach ein Restaurant in Cape Harbour aufzusuchen. Wer eine hochwertige, großzügige und schön gelegene Villa sucht, gleichzeitig eine zuverlässige Vermietung und Betreuung für einen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte, der findet das alles mit der Villa " Beach Estate" und der Firma "CoralVilla" mit Monja und Patricia! Wir können in 2019 leider unseren geplanten Urlaub in der Villa nicht antreten, freuen uns aber, das wir in 2020 definitiv wieder zufriedene Gäste sein werden.

Wir waren im April/Mai 2019 für 10 Tage in dieser schönen Villa. Es ist sehr ruhig, Top Aussicht auf zwei Kanäle, schöne Sonnenuntergänge, Top Service über Internetseite sowie Betreuung vor Ort. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (4 und 6 Jahre).

Villa Beach Estate
Wir verbrachten 11 Traumtage über Sylvester in der Villa Beach Estate. Die Lage am Kanal, die Aussicht auf das Wasser, der Pool und Whirlpool, die Terrasse mit Grillstation sind einfach nur ein Traum. Zudem hatten wir für eine Woche unser eigenes Motorboot, das war die beste Idee ever! Wir haben mit dem Boot die Hotspots der Küste abgeklappert und obwohl wir keinen Bootsführerschein besitzen, hatten wir dank der tollen Einweisung keine Probleme. Allerdings ist es gut, wenn mehrere an Bord sind und unsere erwachsenen Kinder und unsere Freunde fanden es toll. Die Villa hat locker Platz für 8 Personen, ist super ausgestattet, bequem, gemütlich, großzügig, elegant, hell, einfach top! Wir haben uns auch total sicher gefühlt. Wunderschöne Villa Beach Estate
Sensationelle Villa Beach Estate !! Wir waren 2 Wochen im Januar in dieser wunderschönen Traumvilla in Cape Coral. Kaum zu glauben, aber noch schöner als auf den Fotos !! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt, luxuriös, großzügig und gemütlich. Der Poolbereich ist einfach klasse und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Die Aussicht auf den weitläufigen Kanal ist besonders zum Sonnenaufgang und zum Sunset unglaublich. Die Lage der Villa für Ausflüge in der Umgebung oder im südlichen Florida ist ideal. Nicht weit entfernt kann man die Inseln Sanibel Island und Captiva erkunden oder bei einer Bootstour Delphine beobachten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind in Cape Coral ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier, absolut zu empfehlen!!
Beautiful villa
Overall this is a stunning villa. Well located, great interior design, fantastically well equipped and with a fantastic pool and jacuzzi and lovely boat dock and tiki hut. In addition Patricia and Heiko who look after the villa are both lovely and incredibly helpful and responsive. We'd have definitely given the villa five stars if it wasn't for the air conditioning system and fans. The air con is one system for the whole house which sounds great. However it's not so great when it breaks down as it did as you've no air con at all, and the system is not well positioned as the large external unit powering the whole villa is situated on the wall next to the head of the bed in the main guest bedroom and very noisy for the two bedrooms on that side of the house. Really strange that given how well designed everything else is that you'd put the AC unit there. Pity as everything else in the villa and the service is 5 star.
Beautiful Vacation Home for our Family of 6
This home was absolutely everything we could have asked for and more for our summer vacation. We had our 4 teenage children, and they truly enjoyed the modern amenities. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and the pool and outdoor area is extraordinary! We really enjoyed that is was close driving distance to many great restaurants, Fort Myers beach, and Sanibel Island. We cannot wait to visit and hopefully rent this vacation home again!
Amazing home with sunset views
We could not have asked for a better home to stay in. Everything was exactly what the photos show. The location of the pool with the canal allows for the most beautiful sunsets. Will stay at the home again in the near future. LOVED IT.
Beautiful, clean, well maintained home!
The lay out of the house was perfect. Loved that the bedrooms were spread out allowing each couple/family (we had 3 families) a separate "wing" of the house. The manager was so kind and accommodating. Great property!
Cape Coral Villa Beach Wonderful
First let me start by saying Patricia is an amazing host. She responded in a timely fashion and helped make my stay seamless. Everything from my arrival to my overall stay was great. Communication with the host was extremely easy. The home was just as described, extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, spotless with all of the amenities, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, lots of "personal touches" which made me feel very cozy and welcome. The pool and view were just so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with me!!
I hope to find time so I can plan on staying again in the future. Would recommend!!!

Traumvilla in Cape Coral
Wir verbrachten im Oktober 2017 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer absoluten Traumvilla. Die Villa ist sehr gut an einem der Kanalarme gelegen. Man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den hauseigenen Pool und einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang. Durch den hauseigenen Bootsanleger konnten wir uns für drei Tage ein Motorboot mieten und zu den Inseln wie Sanibel Island und Captiva fahren. in der Nähe der Villa befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt kann die Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfohlen werden.
Fantastic Beautiful Home
Me and my husband stayed here for a week and it is even better than the photos. It was spotless and had more than we needed in every way.
Patricia and Heiko were there if we needed them and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
I highly recommend this property for couples or families. It was close to everything you could possibly need.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil !!
Wir -eine fünfköpfige Gruppe, zwischen 50 und 56 Jahren jung- sind zufällig bei einer Internetrecherche auf die Villa gestoßen. Die Bilderserie hat uns beeindruckt. Die Antwort auf unsere Reservierungsanfrage kam sehr zügig aus einer saarländischen Nachbarstadt. Das Haus haben wir Ende Oktober/Anfang November 2017 kurzentschlossen für 11 Tage gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat sich gezeigt, dass die Beschreibung der Villa und die Bilder nicht zuviel versprochen haben. Im Gegenteil: durch die enormen Tür- und Deckenhöhen wirkte das Haus noch großzügiger und beeindruckender. Die Aussicht auf den Kanal und die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung war vollständig, modern, gepflegt und tadellos sauber.
Wir erlebten einen fantastischen Wohlfühlurlaub in einer luxuriösen, voll ausgestatteten Villa im Ferienparadies Florida mit deutscher Hausverwaltung und Betreuung vor Ort. Sogar die die Anmietung eines fabelhaften Bootes mit deutsschprachiger Einweisung hat die Vermieterin für uns im Vorfeld geregelt.
Diese Villa rechtfertigt jederzeit eine Empfehlung.
Zudem bietet Cape Coral beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Geografisch ist Cape Coral ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für interessante Tagestouren im südlichen Florida mit Mietwagen oder Harley.
Traumurlaub 2024 in der Villa Beach Estate
Liebes CoralVilla-Team! Meine Frau und ich hatten wunderschöne drei Wochen in der Villa Beach Estate, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war so schön, dass wir weniger Ausflüge als geplant machten! Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage in angenehmer Nachbarschaft direkt am Kanal gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir zum Leben und zur Erholung benötigten. Die Villa besticht durch eine moderne aber nicht übertriebene sehr umfassende Einrichtung und Ausstattung und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf eine Kanalkreuzung Richtung Westen, somit sind spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge am Pool möglich, wir hatten davon einige! Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig mit einem sehr schönen Steinboden, einer praktischen Außenküche, Außendusche, Whirlpool, einem Pool Bad und komfortablen Liegen ausgestattet. Als besonders angenehm empfanden wir den „Salzwasserpool“. Im Gegensatz zu den oft anzutreffenden Poolanlagen mit Chlor, ist das Wasser hautschonend und herrlich angenehm für die Haare und Augen! Das Haus und die gesamte Pool Area war in einem supertollen Zustand, sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der äußerst großzügige Bootssteg mit Tiki Hut und Stühlen, der abendliche Tagesausklang sucht damit seines Gleichen. Im Haus findet man sich trotz seiner Größe sehr schnell zu recht. Es sind hochwertige Hand- und Badetücher in sehr großer Anzahl vorhanden.
Es gibt für uns rein Garnichts zu bemängeln und wir waren schon in mehr als ein Dutzend anderen Villen in Cape Coral, allerdings bei anderen Anbietern! Die Buchung verlief absolut unkompliziert. Rückfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Der Zugang zum Haus bei unserer Ankunft war reibungslos, wir bekamen per Mail alles Wichtige vorab zugeschickt. Monja Schommer und ihr Team lernten wir in kurzer Zeit als, zuverlässig, und extrem hilfsbereit kennen! Besonders zu erwähnen ist Patricia, die vor Ort völlig unkompliziert und mit einer besonders hervorzuhebenden Freundlichkeit die Gäste willkommen heißt! Wir würden dieses Haus oder auch jedes andere angebotene Haus bei CoralVilla sofort wieder buchen. Erwähnenswert ist auch die schnelle Endabrechnung. Wir waren am Flughafen RSW und warteten auf unseren Heimflug, da kam schon die Abrechnung unseres Stromverbrauchs. Die Verrechnung mit der Kaution, respektive das daraus resultierende Guthaben war keine drei Tage später auf unserem Konto gutgeschrieben! - CoralVilla hält was es verspricht! Dear CoralVilla team! My wife and I had a wonderful three weeks at Villa Beach Estate, we felt completely at home. It was so nice that we made fewer trips than planned! The house is in a quiet location in a pleasant neighborhood right on the canal. It had everything we needed to live and relax. The villa impresses with its modern but not exaggerated very comprehensive furnishings and equipment and has a fantastic view of a canal crossing to the west, spectacular sunsets by the pool, we had a few of them! The outdoor area is very spacious with a very nice stone floor, a practical outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, whirlpool, a pool bath and comfortable loungers. We found the "saltwater pool" particularly pleasant. In contrast to the pools with chlorine that are often found, the water is gentle on the skin and wonderfully pleasant for the hair and eyes! The house and the entire pool area were in super condition, very clean and well maintained. Special mention should also be made of the extremely spacious jetty with tiki hat and chairs, which makes for an unparalleled way to end the day in the evening. Despite its size, you will quickly find your way around the house. There are plenty of high-quality hand and bath towels available.
We have absolutely nothing to complain about and we have stayed in more than a dozen other villas in Cape Coral, albeit with other providers! The booking was absolutely uncomplicated. Any queries were answered very quickly. Access to the house on our arrival was smooth, we received everything we needed by email in advance. We quickly got to know Monja Schommer and her team as reliable and extremely helpful! Special mention should be made of Patricia, who welcomed the guests on site in a completely uncomplicated manner and with a friendliness that deserves special mention! We would book this house or any other house offered by CoralVilla again in a heartbeat. Also worth mentioning is the quick final settlement. We were at RSW airport waiting for our flight home when the bill for our electricity consumption arrived. The settlement with the deposit, respectively the resulting credit was credited to our account less than three days later! - CoralVilla keeps its promises! We would love to come back.
