The villa was newly built in 2017. It combines the most modern standard with tropical flair in the Bahama style of the Caribbean. It is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral, in a quiet residential area.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room radiates warmth and comfort, and the large windows make the rooms appear bright and friendly. The two ceiling fans with palm fronds convey a touch of the Caribbean.
Adjacent is a small office space with its own desk and armchair.
The dining room overlooks the villa's front garden. A beautiful table, stained in dark mahogany, accommodates all guests. Here you can spend nice evenings.
The kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances provides modern convenience to your Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee machine in addition to a regular coffee machine. Here you have a round glass table with upholstered rattan chairs.
The master suite offers comfortable luxury, with a king-size bed and a TV, as well as private access to the pool area. You'll love the en-suite bathroom with a shower, dual vanities and a deep, luxurious soaking tub!
The second guest bedroom at Villa Bahama Bay is also furnished with a king-size bed. This room also offers a TV and private access to the covered terrace and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This faces the front of the house.
The garden of the house is a private oasis with everything that makes a Florida vacation special. The crystal-clear pool with whirlpool forms the focal point. The covered terrace offers sun loungers and a dining area. From here you have beautiful views of the water. From the small dock with Tiki-Hut you can explore the canals and lakes around the villa with one of the two available kayaks. In total, you can navigate and explore over 60 km of connected canals.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
Your villa faces south and is situated on an oversized canal. The dock offers a fantastic view of the opening canal bend. Small sea turtles regularly swim curiously around the dock. This is the best place to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in hand.
Shops like Publix and Target are just minutes away. All golf courses in Cape Coral can be reached quickly and easily due to the villa's central location. Recreational activities such as mini golf, the 'Tropical Breeze Fun Park' or the water park 'Sun Splash' are also nearby. Do you want to eat-out? Then you have the choice of different restaurants in the area.
The central location, south orientation and the view over the canal offer everything that makes a relaxing and leisurely holiday so valuable.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outside.

I’m going to keep this very brief as I’ve reviewed this property several times before. This is our 4th time renting. My family has always been thrilled. All the outdoor/beach gear we need is thought of already. The property is super clean and well maintained. You won’t regret staying at Villa Bahama Bay! I did have one extra charge for electricity usage. Never had that before so be mindful. But overall 10/10, would stay here again!

Everything was exactly as it looked online and more. Anja, the property manager was awesome at communication and super sweet! The pool and spa were wonderful…
Fantastic Florida Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this spotless property with a perfect location central to everything. The house is modern and comfortable with everything you might need. We made good use of the pool and lanai- soaking up lots of Florida sunshine. Fun to fish off the dock by the tiki table! Lots of good restaurants nearby, Cape Coral is one of our favorite areas to visit. Highly recommended this rental!!

Rundum zu empfehlen
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, Ausstattung der Villa ist komplett, zusätzlich Kajaks und Golfbags👍 ebenfalls glaube ich (Wetter war leider nicht so, dass diese benötigt wurden. Sauberkeit des Hauses perfekt! Villa liegt wie beschrieben an einem Süßwasserkanal, also keine Möglichkeit mit einem Boot zum River zukommen (war uns so nicht bewusst, aber unser Fehler, da in Beschreibung vorhanden). Pool und Whirlpool für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend, zusätzlich ein Tiki Platz. - Wenn man etwas Anmerken kann: bei 4 Sonnenliegen, sollten auch 4 Auflagen vorhanden sein. Dies ist aber Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau;) hat den Aufenthalt NICHT getrübt.- Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hausverwaltung und die vor Ort Betreuung:). Bis auf die Corona-Jahre sind wir seid 20 Jahren Weihnachten in Cape Corel und haben es noch nie erlebt, das Abrechnung und Kaution wenige Tage nach Abreise erledigt waren. Betreuung vor Ort hatte vor Ankunft Alles erledigt, so dass nach kurzer Einweisung am nächsten Tag und zur Abnahme am Ende kein Kontakt notwendig war. Können wir als schade bezeichnen😂, zeigt aber Perfektion👍 (Temperatureinstellung des Pools wurde am gleichen Tag erledigt). Auch ein Begrüssungswein war vorhanden 🍷.JUST AWESOME

Fabelhafte Villa in toller Lage
Wir haben in der Villa 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Raumaufteilung mit dem zentralen Wohn/Essbereich. Durch die erhöhte Decke wirkt dieser Bereich noch großzügiger. Die ganze Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Betreten an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zusammenspiel von Farbgebung und passendem Mobiliar erzeugen sofort ein sehr angenehmes und wohnliches Ambiente. Auch der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, ob der große Pool, der beleuchtete Jacuzzi oder auch das Deck, auf dem wir den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben. Alles ist sehr stimmig und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Viele Dank Anja für deine guten Tips und deine liebevolle und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet haben. Zusammenfassend eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa, die zu weiteren Besuchen einlädt.
