Beschreibung
Die Villa Sensation liegt in der beliebten SW Gegend an einem breiten Kanal mit tollem Wasserblick an einer Kanalkreuzung. Sie befindet sich in Südlage und ist in der Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig gelegen.
Eine hochwertige Umsetzung beim Bau und Ausstattung erwartet Sie. Die Wohnfläche beträgt etwa 210 qm und beinhaltet 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und einen Billardraum.
Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Kingsize Bett ausgestattet und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Eines der Bäder verfügt zudem über eine moderne Wanne, welche zum Entspannen einlädt. Die beiden anderen Bäder sind mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet.
Große Glasschiebetüren in der Villa sorgen für einen spektakulären Ausblick auf den breiten Kanal. Neben dem offen gestalteten Wohnraum befindet sich der Billardtisch, an dem Sie tolle Spieleabende verbringen können.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Der TV im Wohnraum ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet. Zudem können Sie mit einer eigenen TV Box alle deutschen TV Programme schauen.
Die hochwertig ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und lädt zu ausgiebigen Kochevents ein. Nespressomaschine vorhanden (Kapseln bitte mitbringen).
Der Poolbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Hier finden Sie Liegen und auch eine Lounge-Ecke zum Entspannen. Den Abend können Sie dort an der Feuerstelle ausklingen lassen. Auch eine Außendusche steht zur Verfügung. Der ganze Außenbereich ist mit hochwertigen Travertine (Naturstein) verlegt. In der Außenküche mit dem BBQ Grill können Sie tolle US Steaks grillen.
Ein weiteres Highlight der Villa ist der Infinity Pool, welcher den Eindruck vermittelt er sei grenzenlos und würde in den breiten Kanal übergehen. Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Ebenso vorhanden sind Strandhandtücher, Strandstühle & Kühlbox für Ihre Ausflüge.
Für sportliche Urlauber stehen zwei Kayaks zur kostenlosen Benutzung zur Verfügung - immer auf eigene Gefahr und Risiko.
Für unsere Gäste bei CoralVilla wurden von jedem Haus individuelle Infomappen erstellt, die Ihnen hilfreiche Tipps wie Einkaufsmärkte, Outlets, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr liefern werden.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Mit etwas Glück entdecken Sie Delphine. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und weist keine Makel auf. Der Check-In ist reibungslos gelaufen und wir hatten einen hervorragenden Kontakt vor Ort mit dem Host. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der in Cape Coral etwas sucht!

Absolutely amazing!
Villa Sensation is modern, very spacious, open with high ceilings. We stayed in the house for the second time and would love to come again. Pool is really big, hot tub is cozy. Kitchen equipment is perfect, plenty dishware, very good appliances. Enough leisure equipment: kayaks, fishing rods, folding chairs and a lot more - great! An extraordinary experience all round!
Everything was lovely and really easy to use.
The property was beautiful! The infinity pool was gorgeous looking out to the canal. It is a peaceful neighborhood. Not a lot of noise or commotion. Every now and then a boat would ride by. My husband enjoyed the pool table. And my girls loved the tray lighting in the living room and bedroom, so many colors to choose from. So many amazing features in this house. The entrance to the dock was serene. Kayaks were available to take out on the water. My little one just loved hanging by the pool. We would definitely come back here again!
Our stay at CoralVilla met all our expectations.
It is a beautiful house that matched the description and photos. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing location where we could enjoy family time and build memories due to our family situation. We all loved the house. The salt water pool and hot tub are the central features and they were a key part of each day for us. The house had everything we needed and the few items in the kitchen; spices, oil etc were helpful to get us started. Being along the canal was a lovely backdrop and the use of the kayaks was a bonus. Check in was easy and the property manager very helpful. If your looking to party and have late loud nights then this is not the location for you but if your looking for relaxation, peace and quiet and a fully equipped location to soak up the sun and float in water then this is the place. We highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing backyard pool area! Loved the pool table and the lay out of the home.. great neighborhood and close to awesome restaurants such as Prime 259, J P Asian fusion and also close to Publix.. The property manager was awesome! Very attentive and accommodating to our needs.. I would definitely rent and recommend this home!! 😃We have been to the Pelican area of Cape Coarl a few times.. it’s one of our favorite spots! 🌴🩷😎 Can’t wait for our next trip to the amazing state of sunny Florida! ☀️😎
Ultimate relaxation
We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Sensation. The house is lovely and has a great split floorplan for couples or friends travelling together. We did have one issue with wheelchair accessibility, but the property manager solved the issue very quickly. The pool is amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying the back yard and watching the boats go by. Everyone in our group was looking to relax and we found the perfect place to do that

Villa Sensation is just that, it is sensational! It is large, open, and still cozy...with the back yard being the best part! The kitchen is well stocked, beds comfy, huge TV, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. We visit the area at least once a year and love staying on canals and this one was by far the best to watch boat traffic go by from the pool deck or sitting on the dock. CoralVilla was so accommodating and managed to squeeze us in last minute when we had issues with another rental/company which we really appreciated. We would definitely consider this company and especially this house in the future. D&G

Absolutely beautiful home
Great location - quiet neighborhood, but close to great restaurants, shops and beaches. Perfect spot for our relaxing family vacation. Pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was the best! Friendly hosts, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
Beautiful villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We had a couple of issues that were promptly sorted by the team. The pool and lanai are very peaceful with a lovely view. The coralvilla team were very helpful.
Einfach ein Traum von Haus.
Hier fehlt es an nichts, ob Ausstattung für den Strand als auch allgemein. Rund um durchdacht. Alles top, wirklich! Sollte jemand Nespresso mögen, hier die Kapseln evtl. von daheim mitnehmen. So als Tipp :)
Rundumsorglosurlaub in "sensationellem" Haus
Vom Tag der ersten Anfrage bis zur Rückerstattung binnen 24h nach Checkout aus dem Haus der Kaution - einfach sensationell! Wir haben uns sehr sehr gut betreut gefüllt und buchen sicherlich wieder! Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist modern, großzügig und vor Ort ist alles vorhanden, was man bräuchte. Ob Kaffeemaschine oder Korkenzieher, Besteck, Teller...ich glaube wir hätten auch einen Kindergeburtstag veranstalten können, da es selbst zum backen alles vor Ort hat :-) Die Zimmer sind mit sehr guten Betten ausgestattet und genug Bäder gibt es auch :-) im Masterbad kann man sich verlaufen. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und wenn es nicht reicht, dann ist ein Waschmaschine und Trocker vorhanden. Zum Multimedia, es gibt TVs mit ausreichend Programmen, webfähig auch Netflix und co und eine Sonos Anlage, welche man per App dann mit seinem Handy verbinden kann und Musik draussen (dezent) oder drinnen oder beides zusammen laufen lässt - perfekt! also braucht man keine Boombox oder ähnliches im Gepäck - wobei ein kleiner Akkulautsprecher für den Strand ? Der Pool ist groß! Sehr groß und wunderschön! der Jacuzzi heizt schnell auf und man kann den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen. Eine kleine Loungeecke und ein Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, ausreichen Sonnenliegen runden das ganze ab! Von den Nachbar hört und sieht man nur bedingt, da jeder meist rücksichtsvoll umgeht mit dem Anderen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend! Aber zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es nicht wirklich weit, egal ob Walmart oder Publix, ansonsten gibt es ja Ubereats :-) Das Haus hat noch einen kleinen Steg, hier kann man schön die Sonne aufgehen sehen oder morgens und abends die Stille geniessen. Zu unserer Zeit wurde ein neues Bootsdock gebaut, sicherlich eine super Idee und wenn wir wieder kommen würden wir das gerne testen, da es bis zur Schleuse nicht wirklich weit ist und zum Meer. Das Haus war absolut sauber, innen wie außen, es fehlt an nichts. Alles funktionierte und einen Dank an die "Auswanderer" aus Deutschland, die uns vor Ort zur Verfügung standen zur Hauseinweisung, wir aber während der ganzen Zeit nicht einmal anrufen mussten :-) Vielen lieben Dank für eine supertolle Zeit - wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und es war ein Traum.

The Pool is sensational. Quiet and aafe neighborhood. Shops are just a minute drive away. Kitchen is complete and we did not miss a single thing.

This home fit our family perfectly.
This home is a modern paradise. My family stayed here for a week in the summer and it was simply amazing. The pool is awesome and we hung out around it most of the week. The dock is a great place to sit and watch the sunset. The beds were comfy, and the ceilings were so tall and the doors must be 8ft tall. All in all, a luxurious place. We loved our time here.

Great place right on the water! There are Kayaks in the garage and ever easy to use. The pool area is wonderful at all hours of the day, home is up to date. With all the kitchen gadgets.

We had a great time. Pool was best ever. Beds were comfortable, pool table was great. You could tell it was a newer home. You could control pool inside with digital Thermostat. Would highly recommend
Great Villa, Safe Neighborhood
Villa Sensation was perfect for a relaxing month. Time spent by the pool/spa and in the lanai was enjoyable with the southern exposure in the months of January & February. The Villa is modern, very clean, usable garage, the kitchen is well stocked with quality items with extras and the beds were comfortable. The management team are very helpful and respond quickly to your needs. Book quickly if your dates are available as we would have rented again next year but the Villa is already booked.

I had an incredible time!
I rented this home for two weeks, over the Christmas and New Years holiday, and it was fantastic. Modern, immaculate and well-appointed in a great location in Pelican (very close to shopping), with all the little extras that made it stand apart from others. What I always look for and appreciate the most in vacation homes is the smart design, thoughtful appointments, cleanliness, and value - did I get the experience I paid for. Villa Sensation did not disappoint. The laundry room is positioned away from the bedrooms so as not to disturb anyone sleeping. The spa attached to the pool is located in the best position to enjoy the famous Cape Coral sunsets. The master bedroom and one of the guest suites have TVs, which allowed for guests to relax privately if so desired. Blackout curtains in the suites with morning sun, comfortable linens, a well-appointed outdoor grilling area, modern appliances and decor, brand new dock, and absolutely immaculate saltwater infinity pool and spa...this home has it all. I also found the customer service provided by Coral Villas to be top notch. Communication was clear and timely, check-in was smooth and informative, but not fussy, the home was exactly as advertised, and the hosts/property owners were very welcoming, accommodating, and responsive. Over the last year I've rented 7 villas in Cape Coral and this home easily competes for the top spot. I highly recommend Villa Sensation and Coral Villas. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

We absolutely loved this place!
It is even better than the pics, and the owners even have kayaks, beach chairs etc ready for you to use. The house still smells new, and is very clean, and well appointed with modern decor. The pool was amazing, and we would suggest renting a boat! They bring it right to your dock, steps away from the back door, and we took it to Sanibel Island one day.

Beautiful home, beautiful view, and could feel the breeze throughout the entire house! Not too far from Sannibel beach to collect shells and snorkel. House was super clean and very welcoming. Perfect rental home from start to finish! Exactly as pictured - stunning in every way! Beautiful manicured neighborhood and yard. The outdoor pool space was AMAZING and the salt water infinity pool overlooking the canal - were new and beyond beautiful! Heavenly shower in the master room. Hands down the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Plenty to do, weather that’s swimming and relaxing or exploring around Cape Coral. Heated pool was our favorite feature. Recommend visiting ft Meyers beach while staying here.

Beautiful Getaway
We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we could need. Very clean as well. There were plenty of towels which really came in handy for enjoying the salt water pool and hot tub. Beds were super comfy as well. We really loved the sound system and lighting throughout the house. Also, the outdoor grill is a chef’s dream and equipped with a sear burner. Book your stay, you won’t regret it!

Hier ist der Name Programm ! Tolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Villa Sensation liegt an einer breiten Kanalkreuzung worauf man einen wunderbaren Ausblick hat. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben, auch die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns hier 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Lob auch an das CoralVilla Team und Patricia vor Ort. Hier fühlt man sich von Anfang an als Gast willkommen. Leider mussten wir auf Grund von Hurrikan Milton für 2 Tage Cape Coral verlassen, auch hier waren die Informationen und der Service perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
