Beschreibung
Die Lage dieser Villa ist vor allem für Bootsfahrer exklusiv, nur einen Straßenblock vom River entfernt. Der Strand mit dem Boat House of Cape Coral ist gleich um die Ecke; über die Brücke erreichen Sie auch schnell Fort Myers.
Im Haus sind hochwertige, polierte Feinstein Fliesen verlegt und in allen Schlafräumen Echtholzböden. Das moderne Design und die Qualität der Einrichtung und der Dekoration ziehen sich durch das ganze Haus.
Der Wohnraum ist offen gestaltet und durch die große Glasschiebetür gelangt man zum Pool Deck. Für Entertainment und Unterhaltung steht ein 75 Zoll TV und auch Apple TV zur Verfügung. Ein Billardtisch ist für tolle Spieleabende ebenso vorhanden.
Für Musik-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät hören.
Die Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich bietet viel Platz und alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Alle Geräte sind neuester Standard und auch eine Nespresso Maschine (Kapseln bitte mitbringen) ist vorhanden.
Alle Schlafzimmer bieten ein King Size Bett, sowie einen TV.
Das Masterschlafzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang hat ein angrenzendes Bad mit Badewanne, großer Dusche und einem Doppelwaschtisch. Es ist sehr geräumig. Alle anderen Schlafzimmer haben je ein eigenes, angrenzendes Bad.
Der Poolbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Hier finden Sie Relax Liegen, eine Lounge Ecke zum Entspannen, sowie eine Outdoor Küche mit großem Edelstahlgrill für echtes Grillvergnügen.
Der Salzwasser Pool mit Whirlpool wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr. Genießen Sie vom Pool Deck oder Bootsdeck aus die tollen Sonnenuntergänge. Es stehen auch zwei Kayaks zu Verfügung, mit denen Sie die Gegend vom Wasser aus erkunden können.
Die Westausrichtung dieser Villa bringt Ihnen den ganzen Tag lang genügend Sonne und jeden Abend die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Floridas.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.

Wir haben das Haus für knapp drei Wochen nach Weihnachten gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle, ruhige Lage, großzügige Räume, freundliche Betreuung vor Ort, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Selbst eine Poolabzäunung (für Kinder) stand in der Garage bereit. Vom Bootsdeck ist man in ein paar Minuten auf dem River, wir haben ein paar tolle Ausflüge mit dem Boot gemacht. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowohl für den täglichen Bedarf als auch die Outlets sind gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!Great villa!

Did not disappoint
We came down to Cape Coral for a week long family vacation - our family of 3 boys (ages 10 to 18), myself, my wife and my wife's parents all stayed at this excellent vacation house. The house is clean, smartly decorated and offers a great location and an awesome lanai/pool area. Everything was in working order and the kitchen and outdoor grill gave us plenty of opportunities to cook when we felt like it. The property manager was responsive when we had questions or needed something. We did have to pick up a few household items that they didn't have or were running low on (dishwasher detergent, etc), but that is to be expected. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. The extra space in the house and its multiple bathrooms was another nice perk. Would stay here again with a similar sized group.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was great… perfect location! We loved hanging out by the pool and playing pool! The kitchen had all the necessities. They had beach chairs and coolers that we were able to use when we went to the beach. The house came with a book that provided helpful information regarding our surrounding. They literally thought of everything!

Tolle Unterkunft!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienvilla nach 2 Wochen Rundreise sehr genossen. Das Haus war toll und die Lage hervorragend - insbesondere für Ausfahrten mit dem Boot!
Ein Träumchen unter blauem Himmel.
Schon der erste Blick von der Eingangshalle durch das Wohnzimmer über den wunderbaren Pool auf den Kanal lässt ein „Wow“ zurück. Tolles Haus. Wunderschöne Zimmer und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig, so dass sowohl viel Platz in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten vorhanden ist. Wir sind allesamt sehr begeistert gewesen und würden auf jeden Fall diese Villa empfehlen und wieder buchen. Insbesondere war die Betreuung vor Ort durch Anja warmherzig und hervorragend. Wunderbare moderne Villa an bester Lage
Die Villa Pure Elegance ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück. Modern, mit allem was man sich wünscht und noch mehr. Hier passt alles, wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Der Pool der Villa ist natürlich das absolute Highlight, was gibt es schöneres als am Morgen direkt aus dem Bett eine runde zu schwimmen. Einiges an Poolspielzeug (z. B. Schwimmringe) ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top, alles da was man braucht: Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Waage und so weiter, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es hat auch Gewürze, Zucker, Öl usw. so dass man direkt loslegen kann wenn man selbst kochen will. Der Grill draussen ist natürlich auch toll. Wenn man ein Boot mietet ist die Lage genial, da man nach fünf Minuten schon draussen auf dem Fluss ist, und nicht stundenlang durch die Kanäle kurven muss. Bis Sanibel Island mit dem Schiff haben wir 40 Minuten benötigt. Und wer möchte kann auch mal mit den zwei Kanus die Kanäle erforschen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen!

The house was amazing, clean, and comfortable! We have no complaints. The pool and hot tub was fabulous! We will definitely book again!!
Never Disappoints!
This was my family’s second vacation stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first! Such a quiet and relaxing neighborhood, but still so close to everything. Anja is always so friendly and helpful, and the house is both comfortable and user friendly. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home had everything we needed
This home is absolutely beautiful. When we arrived the kids ran all over the house so happy with everything. When they saw the infinity pool they were in heaven! Texts from Anja were timely and she responded very quickly to any questions. We had one issue with a stopped up toilet and the plumber was at the house within a few hours after we told Anja. Kitchen was one of the best equipped of all rental homes we've stayed in. Beautiful furnishings and decor. The canal is right outside, and my husband was able to catch some small fish from the dock. We found out late in our stay that early mornings you can see dolphins in the canal chasing fish. We had also rented a boat for the week which was docked at the house. The Captain that delivered it to the house, and gave the 2hour instructional trip was super-friendly and reviewed everything expertly. I was proud to end the week saying I learned to navigate inter-coastal waterways! I would definitely recommend this house if you want to spend the week in luxury. Wonderful home!!
Everything about our stay was perfect!
The house was beautifully decorated and maintained, with plenty of room for our party of six. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, with an amazing pool area, and beautiful view of the canal. We rented a boat, which made our stay all the more worthwhile, as the canal is located very closely to ocean access. We greatly enjoyed taking boat rides, and docking at the nearby restaurants for dinner - and were fortunate enough to see numerous dolphins and manatee! We would highly recommend renting this home for a relaxing vacation!

Amazing! That sums it up. If you are reading this and considering, stop. Book it! This property and the CoralVilla team represent what all vacation experiences should be. Simply fantastic all around. Clean, spacious, comfortable, nice location. All the amenities you will need and then some. Literally, you will need very little if anything. All quality items, beautiful upscale decor...Sigh...Miss it already. The pool, hot tub, BBQ, and lanai area were the highlight of the trip and we spent most our time enjoying the outdoor space. Exceeded all expectations and the pics are great, but to experience in person was way better. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. 5 stars. We will certainly be back for another CoralVilla experience ASAP. Already planning on it. BOOK IT!

This place exceeded all expectations. The place is exactly as described in the photos. Communication with Monja and Patricia was excellent. Monja handled the booking and Patricia was always just a text away. Both were very responsive. We had no problems with the property. It was ready when we arrived. We are avid boaters and the location was excellent. We were out on the river in about "one cocktail". We are booked with another property through them in 2023.Perfect house
Beautiful home
A truly outstanding home. Very lovely and ample bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the large pool deck. Like other posters, we too had the grumpy next door neighbor engage us negatively a few times as we ate dinner outside a few nights, laughing. Perhaps he doesn't enjoy laughter. That did not detour from the trip and we'd re-rent if it was available. Only true negative was the pool could not heat up to 80 (cool nights) so we never really used it. The hot tub though was killer and enjoyed every night. The bedroom tile floors were outstanding and beautiful. The place was immaculate.Beautiful home with everything you need.

Wonderful Place!
The home looks unassuming when you drive up to it but when you open the front door...wow! What a beautiful home! The beds were very comfortable, the pool/spa was great for the kids as well as the adults. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Only little issue was with the grumpy old neighbor who apparently doesn't like hearing 4 and 6 year old kids laughing and playing in the pool at 6 pm but not a knock to this property at all. We rented a boat through CoralVilla as well and that was a blast. It only take s a few minutes to drive out to the river and from there beautiful beaches, islands and restaurants await. All in all a great place to stay!Thank you for a lovely stay

This place is awesome! Pictures exactly like the space. It was so nice having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Owner left beach chairs and umbrella for use which was thoughtful. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry items. Hot tub was amazing! Owner was so quick to respond and accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Lovely Vacation
We stayed for a week in mid-Cotober. The villa is beautiful and spacious, just as pictures show. The house is very well-stocked with all the items you might need. We loved the outdoor pool area! The villa is beautiful - exactly as advertised. We stayed here for a month during quarantine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa has everything you need and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions.

I can't recommend this place enough! The pictures don't even do this property justice... It is even nicer in person! The house is extremely stylish, functional, and SUPER clean. The backyard is paradise. Plenty of space for activities and a spacious infinity pool and hot-tub with a spectacular view of the water. We decided to cook all of our meals at the home since the kitchen had top of the line appliances and the outdoor grill was a great bonus. The home comes with everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation. I couldn't be happier with my stay and will definitely be back.

The Saltwater Pool is everything!! We spent 10 days at this beautiful home and a majority of our time was spent on the Lanai and in the pool. The house is lovely and there are such cool features throughout (ie. the headboard and bathroom in the master bedroom, the fireplace in the living area). The kitchen is well-stocked and it was lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine. Although this house has a modern flare, it quickly felt like home to us!

This house is exactly as pictured. It is tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and has superb outdoor space with the patio and pool that open to the main living space! We sometimes dislike Airbnb for the generally uncomfortable beds, but these are all brand new king size beds that are very comfortable. That is a huge win for us! We had a washing machine issue that was addressed right away and they did everything possible to help to fix it. Lovely week away!

Beautiful house, pictures are very accurate. House was spotless and welcoming. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes/cookware/etc. you could possibly need. Hosts were quick and responsive to any questions we had. Great location in Cape Coral's Yacht Club neighborhood. If you are doing any boating this is an excellent location to get out to the gulf quickly. We rented a boat from the property management, which was quite a bit older then pictured, but it served it's purpose, and we enjoyed 3 days out on the gulf. I would definitely book again with CoralVilla if we get back to this area.

En helt fantastisk upplevelse att bo i villa pure elegance. All lyx som man kan tänka sig. Läget är fantastiskt. Vi fick besök av Patricia vår husvärd dagen efter vi anlänt som gick snabbt och smidigt igenom huset. Hon var hjälpsam, mkt trevlig och fick oss att känna att vi var varmt välkomna. Hit vill vi komma åter. Bra område att bo i och nära till det mesta. Vi hade bil under vistelsen och det är väl att föredra. Längtar redan åter.
En helt fantastisk vistelse. Patricia vår husvärd kom dagen efter vi anlänt och gick igenom uppvärmning av spa och pool. Hon var oerhört smidig, trevlig och hjälpsam. Allt var så rent och fräscht, vi bodde så lyxigt under vår vecka. Finns inget att klaga på. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus som jag och mitt sällskap gärna åker tillbaka till.
Stunning, Awesome, Beautiful....
We arrived early January and were just the 2nd Guests in this really modern and brand new luxurious villa. We saw it in December when it was just being furnished, and were very impressed so we asked to book our 4 weeks before it was marketed. Result. You can see from the pictures how beautiful the villa is. It really is fabulous. Spectacular kitchen, beds so comfortable, just luxury all over. The pool is a great size and the heater gets it up to temperature in no time. Lovely to see all the boats go by. Renting a boat is easy, and it’s no time to the open water. Tie up at the bottom of the garden overnight. Shopping is close by, and a short drive to fabulous waterside dining in multiple locations. Luckily we don’t leave until February, so I’m going to gett back to the Pool. Would we book again? We did already!! This is a really great villa, the local team are very responsive, and you can have no worries.
