Der Name ist Programm - diese Villa ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk und bietet Luxus auf hohem Niveau. Sie überzeugt mit moderner Ausstattung in einmaligem Design und grandioser Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Kanal im Südwesten Cape Corals.
Die Designervilla ist eingerichtet in anspruchsvollem zeitlosem europäischem Design mit aufmerksamen Details. Eine große, offene Traumküche schließt direkt an den Wohnbereich an, der von bodenhohen Schiebefenstern umgeben ist. Diese offene Raumgestaltung verbindet die Innen- und Außenbereiche perfekt. Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im gesamten Haus hören.
Sie gelangen vom Wohnzimmer direkt zu dem extravaganten Salzwasser-Pool mit integriertem Whirlpool und Wasserfeatures - perfekt um sich an heißen Tagen abzukühlen. Genießen Sie den traumhaften Blick auf den breiten Skyline Kanal. Eine Außenküche lädt zu ausgedehnten BBQs mit Familie und Freunden ein.
Auf dem Kanal befindet sich ein riesiges Sonnendeck, auf dem Sie lange Sonnenstunden verbringen und mit einem Cocktail in der Hand entspannen können.
Es stehen zwei Kayaks zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie die Gegend vom Wasser aus erkunden können.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Das Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer, ein Gäste-WC, außerdem ein Büro und eine Garage.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die erstklassige Lage der Villa Perfection. Fußläufig liegt der Camelot Park mit kostenlosen Tennisplätzen, BBQ Stationen /Pavillons und einem schönen Spielplatz. Direkt in der Nähe liegt auch der Cape Harbour, der moderne und wunderschön angelegte Yachthafen mit mehreren Restaurants, einem Eiscafé, abendlicher Livemusik und vielem mehr. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert! Ein Supermarkt (Publix) und einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Property manager Patricia was right on time for check out and extremely helpful. We have stayed in many Cape Coral properties over the years but this definitely the best.
Perfection
This was a great property with everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with many items such as spices and plenty of dishes/utensils, as well as trash bags, coffee makers (3 types), toaster, blender, etc. There were also plenty of towels provided, as well as toilet paper and other basic essentials that we appreciated not having to purchase for our trip. The pool, dock and outdoor area & grill were lovely. We rented a boat as well, which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would recommend it!
Perefect Holidays
Das Haus war einfach perfekt! Wir waren über Ostern eine Woche in dem Haus und das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sehr sauber, der Pool mit der Whirlpoolfunktion ist beheizbar und im Haus gibt es alles, was man benötigt (sogar 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen). Wir möchten uns auch noch mal ganz herzlich bei Patricia für die Super Betreuung bedanken. Patricia hatte uns nicht nur mit Restaurantempfehlungen geholfen, sondern war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir werden definitiv wieder über CoralVilla im nächsten Jahr nach Florida kommen! The house was just perfect! We stayed in the house for a week over Eastern and the house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, the pool with the whirlpool function is heated and in the house there is everything you need (even 3 different coffee machines). We would also like to thank Patricia again for the great support during our stay. Patricia had not only helped us with restaurant recommendations, but was always available and helpful. We will definitely come back to Florida via CoralVilla next year!
House was perfect.
4 couples stayed and everything was great. Each bedroom having their own bathroom is definitely a plus. Also rented a boat for 5 days and that went well also. House had everything we needed.

Relaxing Family Getaway
Property was beautiful. Deck was a wonderful place to sit in the morning. There are two kayaks available for use that my kids loved. The on site manager Patricia was a pleasure to work with. Hated to leave but hope to be back soon!
Immaculate & Beautiful Villa
This is an absolutely new stunning home with very top end amenities! Extremely clean, beautiful location on canal & best dock to sit out on to enjoy sunrises, sunsets & watching fish jump. It was lovely to have an outdoor space outside the screened in pool area to enjoy. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking necessities with high end appliances, dishes & cutlery. Essential items were provided (toilet paper, towels, cleaning & laundry products, storage & garbage bags, etc) which was very much appreciated! Any questions or issues were handled immediately. We also rented a boat thru CoralVilla & had a great experience with drop off & pick up service along with the very informative orientation of boat & area. This villa is also within walking distance to shopping/restaurants area & grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend it!

Great place to stay.
Location was very close to the supermarket, pharmacy, McD's convenience stores. Beautiful home and loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. An ample amount of serve-ware, cookware, utensils, glassware and stemware, And NO shortage of toilette paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets or detergent either. Don't hesitate on this one or you'll miss out. Just book it already ;)
Absolute Perfection
We had the best vacation in this stunning home. It has everything you need and more. Beautiful furnishings, super comfortable beds + so many amazing extras included! The pool area was fantastic & easy to use and the dock is perfect for fishing and sunset watching. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back.

Our stay at Villa Perfection was exactly that - perfection
The home is absolutely beautiful, stocked with EVERYTHING you need for a beach getaway; beach cooler, chairs, towels, pool toys for kids, etc. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We stayed in often for dinner to enjoy the pool and sunsets, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare dinner and grill. We will absolutely be back!

Modern vacation home in nice neighborhood. Very clean and is staged with luxurious features. Family loved the pool and outdoor area. Patricia was great to work with and answered all questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this residence again.
