Diese fantastische Villa in einer ruhigen, schönen Wohnlage im Süden Cape Corals bietet Platz für bis zu zehn Gäste. Der Name ist Programm: hier finden Sie Ihr persönliches, modernes Urlaubsparadies und Entspannung pur.
Schon beim Eintreten in die Villa werden Sie von der außergewöhnlichen Einrichtung und Ausstattung begeistert sein. Der Wohn- und Essbereich bietet genügend Platz für alle. Das gemeinsame Kochen und Essen macht in der stilvollen, hochwertigen Küche besonders Spaß. Sie ist voll ausgestattet, sodass es Ihnen bei den gemeinsamen Kochabenden an nichts fehlen wird. Durch die großen Glasschiebetüren lässt sich der Wohnbereich nach außen zur Lanai öffnen.
Für Musik- und Film-Fans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr eigenes Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Verbringen Sie gemütliche Abende in der Sitzecke neben dem Pool, und bereiten ein leckeres Dinner auf dem BBQ Grill zu. An einem warmen Sommertag können Sie sich im (notfalls auch beheizbaren) Pool abkühlen. Die gemütlichen Liegen auf der großzügigen Lanai laden zum Verweilen und Relaxen ein.
In den vier komfortablen Schlafzimmern findet jeder seinen perfekten Rückzugsort. Das Master-Schlafzimmer und Junior-Schlafzimmer bieten ein Kingsize Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben je ein Queensize Bett und teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer sind zusätzlich mit TVs ausgestattet. Außerdem befindet sich noch ein Büroraum im Haus, wo Sie ungestört arbeiten können. Hier befindet sich auch ein Schlafsofa, wo noch zwei weitere Gäste Plätz finden.
Im Gameroom finden Sie eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Tischkicker, wo Sie und Ihre Familie spannende Stunden verbringen können. Sie bekommen also das ganze Urlaubsprogramm und müssten das Haus gar nicht verlassen. Dennoch ist die Lage perfekt, um aufregende Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu starten. Im Nu sind Sie in Fort Myers Downtown, mit tollen Restaurants, Bars und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Auch zu beliebten Attraktionen wie dem SunSplash Wasserpark sowie zahlreichen Golfclubs und Parks ist es nicht weit. Über die nahegelegene Pine Island Road gelangen Sie zu wunderschönen Stränden und Natur.

Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

We did a friends vacation in this beautiful home and would highly recommend as a great place to stay. The house was extremely clean and everything you could possibly need was provided.Safe neighborhood and easy to get around.Beautiful home away from home!
This property was perfect for our vacation. The house was super clean and everything you need was available. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, watch tv and enjoy the pool. The house is conveniently located within minutes to beaches, restaurants, bars, farmers market, and much more. We hope to visit this property again soon. This house is great! It’s beautiful, with plenty of room. It has a nice sized pool and outdoor area. The game room was wonderful, too! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for our family, was how long it took to get to most beaches. Had we rented this house maybe 8 years ago, it wouldn’t have been a problem because my kids would have played in the pool all day. Even though some beaches were only 12 miles or so away, the drive was an hour+ each way. One morning we left at 8:00 am, and it was a little better, but that’s an early vaycay day! Otherwise, really fantastic place!

This property was outstanding! Very clean at check, spacious with lots of amenities. Property manager was amazing, she checked in with us after check in and during the stay. We used it for a cousins golf trip, but this would be a great house for a family with 4 large bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and a great heated pool. The game room was a bonus!

Die Besitzer sind für ihre Villa wirklich zu beneiden. Wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und funktional. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Alles super sauber. Die Küche grandios eingerichtet. Der Pool tadellos. Ganz besonders bemerkenswert ist die Tatsache, dass tatsächlich alles funktioniert hat. Wir waren bereits in so vielen Ferienhäusern in Florida und immer hat etwas nicht funktioniert. Hier war alles perfekt. Stabiles und schnelles WLAN, funktionierende Poolheizung, super Grill, elektrische Abblenden etc. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine deutsche Hausverwaltung, die sich proaktiv um das Wohlbefinden kümmert und immer sofort antwortet. Einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!Absolutely amazing!
The place was absolutely gorgeous! They offered everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy with top quality furnishings. The pool area was beautiful. Very clean Great for husband and I to relax. Would love to go back with family plenty of room. 5 stars!!!

Amazing Florida Getaway
We just returned home from our FL vacation. We were blown away by how beautiful it was. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need and more. The house has plenty of room when you have a bigger crew to accommodate. The pool area has a ton of space to grill, play games and swim. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood; we enjoyed our walks in the morning. We had an amazing time and we would highly recommend.Villa Modern Paradise
My family stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful vacation home. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room to entertain, swim and enjoy the beautiful weather in the pool area. Everything we needed was available. It was very clean and neat with extra towels and bedding. It was quiet but not quiet enough that we could not have a fun time. This rental was amazing! It was centrally located to anything we needed, even Starbucks! It was very clean and smelled fresh. We stayed for 10 days and wish we could have stayed longer. Rental has more than we needed. Would highly recommend! Very private back yardFamily vacation excellent choice
The house was beautiful, clean and homey. The Decour was amazing. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the office has a pull out sofa if needed. TVs in every room. Patio has a TV which was awesome that we could play music. Pool was crystal clear & beautiful landscaping. I would definitely book this home again.
Einfach toll, modern, sauber und super ausgestattet
Das Haus ist bedingungslos zu empfehlen. Wir haben 9 Nächte zu 10. in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es gab genug Platz und Rückzugsorte, alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Gewürze, Mückenkerzen und andere Kleinigkeiten waren bereits vorhanden. Die Hausverwalterin Anja war sehr freundlich, bemüht und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.Wonderful stay.

Great Getaway
This house truly has everything! From being able to swim in the pool all day, cooking dinner on the grill, to playing games in the garage and then spending the rest of the night watching movies! The house was super clean upon arrival, good location, and ultimately would recommend this stay to everyone!Amazing stay and very clean!

Five Star House, Don’t Miss Out!
I don’t even know where to start other than this house is by far the best house that we’ve ever stayed at in Florida. Beautiful, modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay. We loved the outside as much as we did the inside, as the pool and outside landscaping were both AMAZING. Centrally located to anything you might need, including restaurants, bars, and shopping. No need to consider anywhere else, this is YOUR place to book your next stay! Definitely five stars all around.

We just spent nearly 2 weeks at Modern Paradise and the accommodations were truly wonderful. Spacious and clean. When we ran into some minor challenges, Anja was incredibly helpful and attentive. She also shared some wonderful tips on the best place to buy meats for grilling! We have rented though Coral Villa before and will do so again. Truly a wonderful group of folks to work with.Modern Paradies!
Ein Traum von einer Villa.Sehr faire Endabrechnung. Top Betreuung seitens Anja ( Hausverwalterin ). Obwohl Cape Coral und Umgebung heftigst durch den Hurrikan betroffen ist, hat diese Villa für gute Laune und klasse Laune gesorgt. Nachdem IAN unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft unbewohnbar machte, bekamen wir von der Agentur die Villa Modern Paradise angeboten. Und was soll ich sagen? Einfach alles perfekt, super sauber, riesig, moderne Einrichtung und eine tolle Hausbetreuung! Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder
Quiet retreat
We had a relaxing time on our holiday. The house was in a great location and it was also very quiet. The house did not have a screened in lanai, due to hurricane but that didn't hinder our stay at all. The backyard is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend. Inside of house was very clean. Would stay again.
It's all in the details
We were displaced after the hurricane and needed a short term stay. This house had everything we needed and more. The light switches were labeled, there were step stools for a young kids, and many many more. We came with nothing and the house blew us away that it was a rental. It was hard for us to leAve but our Fort Myers house was cleaned and we could return back. I will refer my friends and family to this rental. It was beautiful and very very cleaned, equipped with the essentials and much more.Great Vacation

Had a great time. No issues. Would return and recommend to others. Couldn’t beat the location.It was a great summer vacation for us in the house.
We enjoyed the large pool. A great quiet area with easy access to all necessary things. If there were any questions, we were able to clarify them quickly via phone.
Super Clean! Very Private
I was amazed as soon as we opened the front door. The house matched the pictures in the website, and it’s very rare that happens. The house was super clean and smelled clean. The pool was large and private. We used the pool area most of the time. The house was equipped with what we needed. We could access many restaurants and grocery stores within 1-2 miles. I would recommend to anyone. My kids didn’t want to leave. We will be back.

Ultimate Girls Trip
We had the best time on a girls trip. The rental comfortably fit 6 of us. The pool was spotless, where we spent most of our time. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. There were lots of nearby restaurants and bars that fit our various 6 personalities. We had a minor issue with a bike chain and the management company was very quick to fix it. It was a great price. Much cheaper than several hotel Rooms and we had our own private pool. Would definitely recommend. We will be back with our families as only kids would love it. My kids were jealous when we FaceTimed. The nighttime pool lighting was a nice touch.Great Holiday
-Very clean -Very private pool area- was our private oasis for the week -Great location- we did a few beach days but preferred the pool area of the house -Management company was great. -Linens were great -kitchen had great selection of hot beverage machines. Will be hard to beat this rental on holiday. Will book again for next holiday.
Home Run
We stayed for 10 nights and had the best time! The house was super clean. The location was very convenient. We took the owners advice and ate at Lobster Lady, which we ate at twice. The pool area was also very clean and the lighting around the pool and palm trees were a nice feature. The house had a great sound system. When we arrived to check in they had the sound system playing to welcome us. The rooms were very spacious with huge closets. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Place! Super Clean!
I was skeptical about staying here due to the limited reviews but the price was right so we (wife talked me into it) decided to. When we arrived we were very pleased with the appearance of the house and when we walked in the front door we were truly blown away. The house was very new and modern and looked amazing. We instantly went to the pool area knowing we would spend a lot of time out here during the week and everything we wanted was there. Lounge chairs, a covered bed, a grill, patio set and a TV. The outside pool area even lights up at night with some cool colors. The kids each picked out a bedroom and were happy to see that each one had its own TV as well. We spent the week going to the beach, shopping and eating at a lot of cool places. Hanging out in the garage playing games and of course in the pool! The kids favorite activity during the week was the nearby water park. All in all this was a great trip for us and we are already planning on coming back in 2023 to hit some of the places that we missed. Thanks for the great hospitality! MatthiasExceptional Stay! We were blown away by how clean/spotless this house was. Everything was like new and we didn’t want to leave! The house was stocked with all the essentials and then some! The inside was so beautiful we hated to be outside but the outside was just as wonderful as the inside. We lived by the pool all week. It rained one day so we made use of the game room in the garage and there were board games provided. The house was centrally located to gas stations and grocery stores. There were many close restaurants as well. I recommend lobster lady restaurant only a few miles away!! The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms. The office/ den area was a great space for my small kids to watch tv and chill while the adults cooked in the kitchen and grilled outside. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for kids. We can’t wait to go back! My kids didn’t want to leave. It is definitely Modern Paradise. The name fits the house! You won’t be disappointed!
