Beschreibung
Die moderne Villa Destiny befindet sich in Südlage an einem breiten Kanal mit Golfzugang im schönen Südwesten von Cape Coral.
Genießen Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit viel Komfort in dieser großzügigen Villa.
Der Wohnraum lädt zum Relaxen ein, mit ausreichend Platz auf den Sofas. Für Entertainment und Unterhaltung steht hier ein 65 Zoll TV und auch Apple TV zur Verfügung.
Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.
Die Einrichtung und Dekoration im ganzen Haus wurde im modernen Design gewählt und hat dennoch einen warmen Charakter zum Wohlfühlen.
Die Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Kochen, sowie eine sehr gute Ausstattung inklusive neuer Edelstahlgeräte und Nespresso-Maschine (Kapseln bitte mitbringen).
Das Masterschlafzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang hat ein angrenzendes Bad mit Badewanne, eine große, von zwei Seiten begehbare Dusche und einen Doppelwaschtisch. Zwei begehbare Kleiderschränke bieten genügend Platz für Ihre Kleidung, Schuhe und sonstiges.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer, mit angrenzendem Bad, hat auch einen eigenen Poolzugang durch eine Glasschiebetür. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer liegen unmittelbar daneben und haben ein weiteres modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alle drei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten verfügen zudem noch über einen Fernseher. Zusätzlich befindet sich angrenzend an den Wohnraum noch ein Büro, falls man im Urlaub arbeiten muss.
Der Poolbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Hier finden Sie Liegen und auch eine Lounge-Ecke zum Entspannen. Den Abend können Sie auch dort an der Feuerstelle ausklingen lassen. Genießen Sie durch die Südausrichtung des Pools lange die Sonne Floridas. Ein Whirlpool, der separat beheizbar ist, steht auch für Sie zur Verfügung.
Der beheizbare Salzwasser Pool wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

This place was a rare find for 3 couples as it had 3 king beds and 3 full baths. Very nice, clean and the management team was great to work with.

House was perfect for two couples but would be perfect for a family as well! House was beautiful, clean and kitchen was well stocked and contained high quality items-everything we needed for our two week stay. Even had a frother for my coffee creamer! Pool, hottub and lanai were beautiful. The office was convenient when needed for work. The neighborhood was peaceful and looked out at a canal. We loved it so much, we are coming back with our two kids later this season.

The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, lots of room in the kitchen, laundry facilities were great. We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed lounging on the lanai. Property managers were quick to respond to needs and very friendly. We stayed for three weeks. Great place!
Beautiful Cape Coral stay
This beautiful home has everything we needed and it is close to all amenities. We loved driving to all the beaches and then relaxing poolside afterwards. Everything was clean and well cared for. You can’t go wrong booking here!

Beautiful home on canal
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. All though the area was still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, our place was untouched and neighborhood quiet. We saw 10 burrowing owls every day on our walks around the area- a real treat! The pool/hot tub were perfect although a little difficult to operate- updated instructions in the guest book would have been helpful as well as instructions for the TV - overall a wonderful month long stay.
Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Villa Destiny. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in and with quality items, no Dollar Store stuff. The only thing I thought was missing was a garbage disposal, seemed odd for a modern house. Also provided several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. Loved it!!!

beautiful vacation
We have rented vacation homes for many years, and this house was one of the best! First, and most importantly, it was VERY clean, and I'm pretty picky about things like baseboards and floors. Next, the decor was beautiful, the layout was great, the beds were comfy, and this was just an overall great rental. Other things we loved about this rental were the awesome outdoor space with an awesome pool and spa, the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the excellent communication with the property manager. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next year.

Extremely clean, comfortable home and property. Pool was spotlessly maintained and house was clearly labeled for ease -light switches, spa controls etc. it’s a beautiful quiet relaxing spot and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Owners live close and are easy to work with.

My husband and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The house was very clean, location was near shopping and not too far from beautiful beaches. This place would be suitable for a larger crew, it just happened to be only two of us this time.

This house was perfect for our two families (4 adults + 4 kids) on our weeklong vacation. It was very close to food/shopping and a short drive to the beaches. We would consider staying here again.
Cape Coral Vacation
I came down to Cape Coral with 3 of my friends, the home was perfect. Along with the location, not far from a grocery store, beaches, Sanibel and Pine Island. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our meals. And the pool was such a big part of our relaxation on this trip.

Location was central to all of the beaches that we went to. Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island and Siesta Key. House pool and spa were perfect. Definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Winter Getaway
Absolutely perfect time (six weeks) to spend from the winter time in Wisconsin. The villa was in perfect preparation when we arrived, including everything one needs to feel at home. The kitchen supplies and towels/beach towels are top notch. The electrically heated pool and spa were fantastic and used daily. The villa was extremely clean and fresh. Property managers, Heiko and Patricia were always available for any questions and ready to help with whatever was needed. We enjoyed our time and hated to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top class villa.

House was FANTASTIC, we were a group of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone! Pool and canal were gorgeous and the house was fully equipped with everything you need if staying for a week or longer! Owner of house was very very friendly and he lives close by if we ever needed anything. Over all everything was great would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
This property is in a great neighborhood, very peaceful. The pool and hot tub are amazing and my boys loved the big tub in the master. Check in was easy and everything is written out in a nice welcoming binder along with local recommendations. We loved watching the wildlife and fishing in the canal and meals by the pool. The property is clean and communication with management was pleasant and easy!
