Beschreibung
Der Name der Luxusvilla steht für Wohlfühlambiente und Lebensgenuss pur.
Ein separates Office für die "tägliche" Arbeit ist vorhanden. Internet steht Ihnen in der Villa kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Im großen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine moderne Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar sowie ein großzügiger Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit großem Flatscreen-TV und Stereoanlage. Der TV ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet, damit können Sie auch deutsche Programme schauen.
Die außergewöhnlich großzügige Küche ist mit allem Komfort und technischen Geräten ausgestattet, die Sie für Ihren Urlaub und Ihre Kochevents benötigen und sogar eine Nespressomaschine wartet auf Sie (Kapseln bitte mitbringen).
Für Gäste gibt es ein separates WC, welches sowohl vom Wohnbereich als auch vom Poolbereich zugänglich ist.
Im Poolbereich stehen Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und eine Außendusche zur Verfügung.
Die Villa ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Böden sind in den Schlafzimmern mit Holz und im Wohnbereich mit Fliesen ausgestattet. Sie verleihen dem Haus ein warmes Ambiente.
Die Sea Ray SPX 230, die zur Carpe Diem gehört sowie weitere Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. Sie können direkt die Sea Ray SPX 230 oder auch ein anderes Boot auswählen.
Der Bootslift steht für die Sea Ray SPX 230 zur Verfügung. Für andere Boote kann das Bootsdock genutzt werden.

Spacious, clean, quiet. Pool area stands out. View of the canal excellent. We had exactly zero issues so there was little need to communicate with hosts while at the place. We did use their boat recommended company. Guy named Clyde gave me solid instructions. He rocked. Again, to Andreas and his wife…thanks for very professional treatment.
Beautiful Modern Villa!
Great stay at CoralVilla! We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental! Great location and the Villa was very very nice! Pool area was perfect. Lots of boats to watch. Don’t hesitate to rent, this is a real gem 💎 looking forward to returning.

Everything was smooth with our check in and our Host Andy was very helpful throughout our stay. The only downside to our trip was the pool was having issues with heating. Overall would recommend this place, 10/10.

Die Carpe Diem ist eine wunderschöne und sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa in perfekter Lage insbesondere für Bootsfahrer. Die Betreuung sowohl von Deutschland aus als auch vor Ort ist herausragend gut so das man CoralVilla nur weiter empfehlen kann!
Alles war Perfekt
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Villa war Super .Es Fehlt an nichts Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad plus WC und die Aufteilung von Küche _Wohnzimmer -Flur -Teasse-Pool ist einfach perfekt alles offen und super schön eingerichtet alles hell und freundlich .Beim Blick auf den Pool hat man das Gefühl das gar kein Mückengitter vorhanden ist und man von dort gleich in den Kanal springen kann ,Traumhaft .Auch die beiden Verwalter die für uns zuständig waren sind super freundlich und waren bei jedem auch noch so kleinem Problem sofort zur Stelle und immer für uns da .Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder alles war perfekt auch dass das Boot direkt zum Haus gebracht wird ist spitze .

Fantastisch
Nach unserem Roadtrip an der Ostküste der USA entlang, ließen wir unseren Urlaub noch 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Cape Coral ausklingen. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll konzipiert, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Poolbereich ein Traum!!! Vielen Dank an das Team von CoralVilla für den reibungslosen Ablauf von der Buchung des Hauses über den Bootsverleih bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe bei An-und Abreise! Toller Kundenservice! A very high spec Villa in a lovely, quiet location. The Villa was consistently clean throughout and was very well equipped. Andreas and Vanessa (property management) meeting us at the villa on arrival was a very lovely touch and kept great communication throughout our stay. We also hired a boat which made a fun packed 2 days.

Schon zum 2. Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht, und für nächstes Jahr ist sie schon wieder reserviert. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus in super Lage (vor allem für Bootfahrer). Noch schöner als beim ersten Mal. Super Service vor Ort durch Patricia und Heiko, die wir schon viele Jahre kennen und sehr schätzen. Die Abwicklung durch CoralVilla ist spitze und der nette Kontakt mit Frau Schommer zeugt davon, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Kunden am Herzen liegt. Wir können CoralVilla nur jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen seit 1991 nach Cape Coral und können uns daher ein Urteil erlauben.

Right on the water very spacious and up to date decor. The host was very accommodating and made my stay in Cape Coral amazing. Very close to downtown and restaurants as well. Very well deserved 5 stars

July 2022 Family Trip
The house was beautiful! We had a great week stay at the property. Sonja was very friendly and prompt with responses to our questions. Due to a thunderstorm that blew in part of the screen from the lanai broke open which allowed bugs to enter. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed for the remainder of our trip but we made due. Location was great, Short 20 minute to the beach with tons of beach accessories which was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.
This house was wonderful for my family!
The layout is nice and allows for a great amount of privacy. The pool was perfect and the house has many pool toys to use which was great for my son. The location was wonderful and close to so many places to eat. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wow what a perfect vacay home. This house has the wow factor! It was great for our family of 8 adults. We had the best time and did not want to leave. 4 large bedroom suites, huge kitchen-4 different coffee makers & well stocked, large family room, den and beautiful pool area. We were outside all day long enjoying the pool/spa. Management was extremely helpful with any questions. Thank you for renting out your beautiful home. We will be back again.

It was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all of the beach towels and beach chairs, umbrellas, and welcome champagne! Neighbors were very nice. We would definitely come back! Amazing location and views. Being able to rent a pack n play was appreciated. The boat service to the house dock was awesome as well, Florian was great and gave wonderful recommendations.

The house was spacious. The boat lift was perfect for keeping our boat on the property. The hot tub was a hit for the cooler weather. FYI: The location does not have bikes.

Durfte hier 8 Tage im November mit meinen 3 Kollegen vebringen.Die Tage in diesem Haus waren ein absoluter Traum.Top Betreuung vor Ort durch 2 sehr nette Mitarbeitetinnen.Geht nicht gibts nicht! 5 Sterne reichen nicht.Sauberkeit innen und aussen perfekt.Ausblick nach vorne und hinten traumhaft. Danke dass wir in Ihrem Haus Urlaub machen durften. Grüsse an Eigentümer u.coralvilla-florida.Und ihre beiden Kolleginnen Vorort. Hammer noch an den letzten 2 Tagen mit einem Boot am Hauseigenen Steg.Über die Kollegin von Coralvilla gebucht.(beim Schweizer Bootsvermieter) Mehr geht nicht. Wir kommen wieder. Urlaub 15.11 bis 22.11.2021
Es gibt rein gar nichts zu meckern über diesen Urlaub. Von Anfang an netter Kontakt per Mail mit Frau Schommer von Deutschland aus. Frage hier Frage da wurden sofort beantwortet sodass nichts offen blieb. Das Haus hat eine Mega Lage am Kanal und an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Betreuung vor Ort von Patricia war sehr sehr nett und auch dort blieb keine Frage offen. Von A bis Z eine perfekte Woche . Die wir so nächstes Jahr Minimum einmal wiederholen wollen…..Thanks for a great week.

The house was amazing.
We loved how each bedroom had a full bathroom, the living room was so open and had so much space, and the pool area and boat dock were truly amazing. I had two complaints about the property and one was the beds in each room should be upgraded especially for the price you pay. Also, this one isn’t nearly as bad but the Comcast they only have 10 channels or so no sports channels or kids channels so if it rains you’re stuck watching local news or the cspann channel. They were smart TVs so you were able to watch Netflix or Hulu. But overall the place was spectacular and our family truly enjoyed our week at this property.
House was beautiful and outside pool area was perfect.
We ended every evening with dinner and drinks on the pool patio or under the tiki bar. Plenty of space for large family to be together, but also go off into their own corners for some quiet time. Lots of rafts, beach toys, etc for kids to use. Kayaks were also a great plus. Property managers were very responsive. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
Villa Carpe Diem was everything you could ever want and more for your stay in Cape Coral!
The residence was clean, spacious and has wonderful views. Pool/hot tub was amazing. Right in the heart of all the Cape Coral restaurants and nightlife and a short drive to Fort Myers. You can’t go wrong booking a stay here. Truly a wonderful place!

This property was perfect. Plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the property manager was on it. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Wonderful and tranquil house
Our 7 night stay at CoralVilla Carpe Diem was everything we needed and more! The home and outdoor space were absolutely gorgeous. So beautiful and tranquil being able to swim and see the boats go by. Amazing! Exactly what we needed for a week away. The location is super convenient to restaurants and shopping and we even went on a kayak tour in Bonita Springs which was so enjoyable. From start to finish the communication from Patricia (property manager) was stellar. We look forward to staying at this or another CoralVilla property in the future. Loved it!!
Relaxing
We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful, clean and the pool and spa area was also excellent. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed our evening’s out on the patio. It is a quiet area so perfect for relaxation. We will definitely be back to this property.
Vacation home
We have been renting vacation homes in Cape Coral for the past 18 + years. This house was simply awesome.. Perfect bedrooms each having their own in suite bathroom. The kitchen is very nice and spacious. The tvs were great including having one in each room. The onky issue there was the channel selection were very minimal. No CNN, FOX or any other news outlets. The two kayaks were nice. Bicycles would have been a nice touch... The location is also a plus... Price was fare.. I was sad to hear that it will not be available for us again next year.

This place was great for us.
This place was perfect for two families with a couple young kids. We loved the saltwater pool and the hot tub, sound system and the big kitchen with all the appliances we needed. We rented a boat and it was so easy with the use of the boat lift. We really appreciated all the floaties, beach chairs, and lots of beach towels. Everything was very clean and matched the described perfectly. Patricia was very helpful with all our questions. We really loved this place and would have no hesitation to stay here in the future.

The property was better than the pictures, bigger than we expected. It was fully stocked with items we would normally have to pack or buy going to other homes. The pool and jacuzzi were not heated but it is being fixed. We rented a boat, which was lots of fun as first time boaters. The property manager was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

I must admit that our expectations of Villa Carpe Diem were unreasonably high based on the profile and beautiful photography. Would it really live up to those expectations? The answer: absolutely. The villa itself is extremely spacious, clean, and well lit at all times of day. Though it looks out onto the water, it feels very private. The kitchen has everything you need - three types of coffee maker, blenders, pots and pans... enough to allow us to cook every day. For entertainment - the combination of the TV, Apple TV, and speaker setup made me envious I don't have the same back home. The pool with infinity edge and hot tub is a dream. So too the seating around the edge of the pool and speakers for outdoor music. Outside of the main pool area is a dock with covered seating - an idyllic spot first thing in the morning and during sunset. Two kayaks are available for use: launched from the dock, you can travel up and down the canals, from which we saw rays and dolphins most days. Throughout our stay, CoralVilla were available at all times for questions and local recommendations. Though a review like this will likely make future bookings a little harder, this Cape Coral gem should be experienced by everyone. We can't wait to go back.

Awesome Family Vacation!
Coralvilla was the perfect choice for our family vacation this year. The owner and management team were very responsive, the property was beautiful and my mom was in awe of how prepared the home was, i.e. towels, coffee maker, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, spices, fishing poles... you name it, they had it! This is going to be our new go-to for family get.

My husband and I recently spent 6 wks. living in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and updated. We have stayed in other CoralVilla homes and would recommend any one of them for your vacation. This is close to town and restaurants. All the updated supplies you would need for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and over looking a large canal. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home.
Cape Coral Villa Carpe Diem
This is a beautiful home with many amenities and lots of space. The whole house was spotless. The location was good for day trips and exploring. The outdoor area was our favorite - hot tub and pool - grill - lounge chairs - outdoor seating - kayaks - and tiki hut.
Wir kommen gerne wieder
Tolle Villa, die mit wirklich allem ausgestattet ist, was benötigt wird. Publix Market und auch Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Von der Anfrage bis zur Buchung und darüber hinaus wirklich vorbildlicher Kundenservice, erstklassig !!!! Aufgrund der herausragenden Lage unbedingt ein Boot mieten. Der Einrichtungsstandard und die Ausstattung in der Villa lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man wirklich einen Kritikpunkt erwähnen müsste, dann ist das der Liegekomfort in den Betten; hier sind statt der sehr verbreiteten US-typischen Boxspringbauweise "normale" Lattenroste und Matratzen eingerichtet, die ggf. als etwas hart empfunden werden. Insgesamt aber volle 5 Sterne und Daumen hoch, auch für eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft und so steht einem wirklich megamäßigen Urlaub nichts im Weg, einfach zum Genießen und Wohlfühlen!!!
New Years Eve
Wir waren über Silvester mit 8 Erwachsenen in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Abwicklung durch Frau Schommer bis zur Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort hat alles gut und superschnell geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend - nahe zur Brücke und am Hauptkanal. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Infinity Pool mit Blick auf den Kanal ist das Highlight. Wir haben die Morgensonne und Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Alle 4 Räume haben den gleichen Standard. Prima waren auch die Fahrten mit den vorhandenen Kanus. Oft haben wir abends am Pool gesessen und den Grill benutzt. Wir hatten in dem tollen Haus einen schönen Jahresübergang 2020!

Villa Carpe Diem Mai 2019
Wir waren im Mai 2019 mit 6 Personen in diesem Haus. Selten aber haben wir ein Haus so komplett ausgestattet vorgefunden, kein Wunsch blieb offen. Platz innen wie aussen so großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass jeder seinen eigenen Platz finden konnte und zwei erholsame, zufriedene Wochen erleben konnte. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, besonders wenn ein Boot zur Verfügung ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe hervorragend, ebenso wie die Angebote der Gastronomie. Sehr empfehlenswerte Betreuung im Vorfeld der Reise durch Frau Schommer und Ihr Team ist hervorragend, dafür einen recht herzlichen Dank
Nice home and location.
Home was clean and comfortable. The pool was big with plenty of seating. The location was great on a larger canal with boat traffic and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. The only small complaint is that the beds are on platform frames with no box springs. So they were low to the ground. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable so we had to go purchase pillows for our stay. Both are minor items. We've been renting homes in Cape Coral for the past 10 years and this is one of the more comfortable homes we've rented. Check in and check out was quick and friendly. I hope to be back again some time.

Wonderful vacation in a great home!
We had a great time in this lovely home. They had everything that We could possibly need there including pool toys and two kayaks! Canal was nice and wide and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out. Patricia was on top of everything. She was quick to help with any minor problem or question. A delight to work with. Plenty of towels and linens. And kitchen was equipped with great pots and pans, utensils and tableware. Do not hesitate to make your reservation. We look forward to visiting again.
Unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer Traumvilla
Eine Woche verbrachte ich einen Urlaub in einer Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt, sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer individuell eingerichtet und mit eigenem Bad. Die Verwaltung/Betreuung vor Ort war, als käme man zu Freunden, einfach perfekt. Mein Highlight war der große Pool, indem man nicht nur plantschen sondern tatsächlich schwimmen kann.

We stayed here for the first time, it was beautiful with a fantastic view and close to everything. We also rented the boat and went to Sanibel Island that was fantastic. Could not have has a better vacation. Patricia and Heiko are also fantastic people and so nice, they go above and beyond. This was our second stay with them and we will certainly be back:)

What a great experience in Cape Coral! We had never been to the area so this was all new for us. We loved Villa Carpe Diem! It is modern and super clean. They thought of every detail when preparing the house for renters. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at the house but tons of great restaurants are close by. Our favorites were Rum Runners, The Boathouse, and the Bimini Bait Shack. The pool is amazing and the view is great. The house is on one of the wider channels which is nice. We also rented the Hurricane boat and had A wonderful time exploring the area by water. We are amateur boaters and it was very easy to navigate the area and operate the boat. We ventured to Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva by boat. Nico was so helpful with the boat instructions and the owner Monja was so responsive and helpful when arranging the rental. We HIGHLY recommended Villa Carpe Diem! Cant wait to come here again!
This house was beautiful.
This house was great. 3 king bedroom and 1 queen, all with on suites. Great location on the canal. We also took advantage of renting the boat. Went to sanibel island and Fort Myers beach by boat. The house is located very close to the golf. Definitely recommend it.

First time Cape Coral
I have been visiting Florida since 1987, I have lost count of how many times I have visited in all of those years but it was our first time in Cape Coral. Villa Carpe Diem is one if the nicest if not the best we have stayed in. Its refreshing not to stay in one of those 'chintzy; Florida houses. Everything was just great and the boat was an added bonus. Patricia & Heiko were most helpful.
Erholsame Tage in bester Unterkunft
Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Kanal und auf der Sonnenseite. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem waren Supermärkte etc. super schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir uns nicht mehr zu Hause sonnen wollten konnten wir, die Sonne auch anders genießen. Mit dem Boot konnten wir die zahlreichen umliegenden menschenleeren Strände befahren. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ließ uns keine Wünsche offen. Besonders angenehm ist, das jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt und es daher auch für Gruppen besonders komfortabel ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und werden jederzeit wiederkommen um uns in Floridas Sonne zu erholen!!
URLAUB IN DER CARPE DIEM
9 Tage lang hatte ich das Vergnügen gemeinsam mit meinen Freunden in der Villa Carpe Diem zu wohnen. Ich hatte einen sehr entspannten, angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Villa, die ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde. Die Einrichtung des Hauses gefiel mir sehr gut, die Ausstattung war toll. Die Lage der Villa der ist super, liegt direkt am Kanal und lädt zu Bootsausflügen ein. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool gefiel mir sehr gut. Die Villa ist in einem top Zustand und ich würde jederzeit wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Das Haus hat mir und meiner Frau sehr gefallen! Ein paar Highlights: Es war sehr sauber, das Haus war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Service war sehr lobenswert und die Lage ist 1A mit perfekter Anbindung zum offenen Meer. Heißer tipp von mir: Man sollte sich für den Aufenthalt definitiv ein Boot holen, um die schönen Strände zu entdecken!

es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen, Ihnen Feedback zu unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem wundervollen Haus in Cape Coral zu geben.
Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche dort und das Haus war einfach genial! Tolle Lage, sehr gelungenes Ambiente und eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Was uns aber am allermeisten beeindruckt hat, war der Gesamtzustand des Hauses, super gepflegt und TOP SAUBER! Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen in den USA gemietet (10 +), aber Ihr Haus wird wohl immer die Nummer 1 sein. Von der Einrichtung über die Wahl der Farben bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, einfach perfekt! Und ich denke, Sie wissen, was Sie an Ihrer Hausverwaltung haben Besser geht es nicht!

Great place!
Perfectly squared-away, very spacious house. Extremely relaxing pool/spa setting for watching the boats go by. Everything was fresh and seemed new, from the dock and outdoor furniture, to the appliances and furnishings. Just really well cared for. Vanessa and Andreas were responsive and friendly—they made sure to figure out what was important to us for our vacation (as much chilling as possible) and helped make sure all our questions were answered. We’d go back, with another couple next time. That would still leave two extra huge beds/baths.
