Atmen Sie durch und erleben Sie auf der großzügigen, nach Ost/Südost ausgerichteten Terrasse filmreife Sonnenaufgänge. Mit Blick auf die weitläufige Kanalkreuzung und den Pool werden Frühaufsteher mit atemberaubenden Farben über dem Wasser und im Wind raschelnden Palmenwipfeln begrüßt.
Bequeme Sonnenliegen sowie eine gemütliche Lounge laden ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Sonne auf diesem wundervollen Fleckchen Erde bis in den späten Nachmittag hinein zu genießen. Bei einem einem letzten Glas nach einem geselligen Grillabend können Sie den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen.
Tauchen Sie ein in den beheizbaren Pool, der mit einer haut- und haarschonenden Salzwassertechnik betrieben wird. Der Pool hat LED-Beleuchtung, die Sie je nach Stimmung in verschiedenen Farben einstellen können. Zahlreiches Poolspielzeug ist vorhanden.
Die offene, komplett eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnküche wird modernsten Ansprüchen gerecht. Mit einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine mit Milchaufschäumer zaubern sie sich den perfekten Kaffee zum Sonnenaufgang. Bringen Sie Ihre Lieblingskapseln von zu Hause mit!
Leistungsfähiges WLAN und deutschsprachige sowie internationale Fernsehprogramme sind über das Internet-TV frei verfügbar. Apple-TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Villa Blue Lagoon hat vier geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer (zwei davon mit TV) mit acht Schlafmöglichkeiten. Sie ist daher auch für größere Familien oder Freundeskreise geeignet. Der Master Bedroom und das erste Gästezimmer bieten direkten Poolzugang und einen überwältigenden Wasserblick. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.
Für Erkundungstouren der Umgebung stehen Ihnen zwei Kajaks mit Schwimmwesten zur Verfügung. Die Benutzung ist kostenfrei und geschieht auf eigene Verantwortung.
Falls Sie auch während der Ferien ihren Trainingsstatus halten oder verbessern wollen, können fitnessbegeisterte Gäste für ein kurzes Training zwischendurch das hauseigene Garage Gym benutzen. Dieses verfügt über verschiedene Ergometer (Concept2 Rower, Concept2 Bike, Air Bike), ein Klimmzug-Rig, Yoga-Matte und einen Medizinball, für ein schönes Ganzkörperworkout. Ein großzügiges Freibad ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
Die Villa Blue Lagoon verfügt zudem über eine Bootsanlegestelle für ein von Ihnen optional anzumietendes Motorboot. Entdecken Sie die vorgelagerten Inseln Sanibel und Captiva oder den Beach von Fort Myers mit einem einzigartigen Tagesausflug.
Sie haben es nicht weit zu einigen Hotspots. Der wunderschöne Cape Harbour mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés liegt weniger als fünf Autominuten entfernt von Ihrer Urlaubsresidenz. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und weitere beliebte Restaurants sind ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Eine freundliche deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung steht Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus, aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.

Great experience staying at this property. The house is well taken care of and has all you need to enjoy your time here. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water each morning and relaxing by the pool during the day! Definitely will be back

Loved having coffee every morning by the pool watching the Sun rise. Open spacious home with plenty of shopping and restaurants a few blocks away. Gorgeous spot.

Has to be one of the best rentals in Cape Coral. Beautiful house, beautiful location, close to great restaurants and groceries. A truly perfect experience. The pool was amazing! The bedrooms were comfortable and large.

Villa Blue Lagoon - eine perfekte Unterkunft
Von der Buchung über CoralVilla bis zum Aufenthalt hat alles wunderbar geklappt und war perfekt organisiert. Die Villa ist so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, vor allem genügend Geschirr, Handtücher und Badetücher. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht nochmal an das Team von CoralVilla in Deutschland, die uns bei der Buchung hervorragend unterstützt haben und an Frau Patricia Strauss, die uns in Cape Coral perfekt betreut hat.Wunderschöne Aussicht
Im Mai waren wir mit vier Erwachsenen für zehn Tage in Cape Coral in der Villa Blue Lagoon.
Dort haben wir uns gleich alle sehr wohl gefühlt aufgrund der Sauberkeit, der sehr guten Ausstattung sowie der großzügigen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Ein Highlight natürlich der schöne Pool und die Terrasse, geschützt durch einen neuen Screen. Die Aussicht einfach wunderschön auf den Kanal. Da nur wenige Nachbarn anwesend waren, hatten wir es überwiegend recht ruhig. Die zum Haus gehörenden Fahrräder waren in keinem guten Zustand, eins wurde nochmal ausgetauscht, ein anderes von uns repariert. Die Kanus haben wir nicht genutzt, es war sehr schwierig, sie zu Wasser zu lassen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur war zuverlässig und freundlich. Der nächste Supermarkt war sogar gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, die Traumstrände allerdings nur mit dem Auto. Also alles in allem eine wirklich hervorragende Adresse in Cape Coral!!
Luxus-Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick
Zunächst einmal hat die gesamte Kommunikation vorbildlich geklappt. Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch direkt vor Ort gab es eine hilfsbereite und freundliche Betreuung Die Villa selber ist wirklich traumhaft und entspricht absolut den Bildern. Wir waren hocherfreut, dass der Poolbereich und die Duschen vor kurzem neu und wunderschön gestaltet wurden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig, sauber und harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub!

We loved being on the canal watching the birds and fish and being able to kayak. The kayaks are pretty worn but they float fine. The pool was wonderful, warm and relaxing. A great place to relax. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The house is near some main roads and close to other houses.

Blue Lagoon is a beautiful oasis!
The pictures really did live up to the in person experience. The space was clean, beautiful, and VERY well stocked. From bikes and fishing poles to kayaks and even a bottle of wine, the space had everything. The management company stopped by to check us in and make sure we were all set. The only down side is that, due to traffic, it did take a while to get to the beach. So if you’re looking for a daily ocean side hang, this might be a little far or be prepared to stock up before heading out! P.S. You MUST stop by the local spot — Lobster Lady! It was the best meal we had all trip long and is right down the street.

This house is very nice and welcoming I liked the decor and space in the main room I came on a very windy week and the pool was a little cold and we were not able to use the kayaks, but overalla great experience. You have everything you need here. Patricia was a great host and helped us with the TV (it was a little complicated with all the remotes). I certainly would come back.

We had a great stay at Blue Lagoon
Location is great as you are only about a 5 min. drive from Publix, restaurants, etc. Plenty of towels, pool was gorgeous and location was great. We did have a minor setback in the morning as a plumber came and shut off water for 1-1/2 hrs due to an outside waterline fitting breaking. Also know that the electricity is extra. And the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. You need to clean that yourself at the end “new foil, clean grates”. But the pool area makes up for anything lacking. We enjoyed it every day during our stay. I would recommend booking this for your next vacation.

We had a wonderful two weeks in January "working from home" and being tourists in Cape Coral. This home was spotless and well equipped, nicely appointed and modern--but not overly luxurious. Our happy place was outdoors on the pool deck with nice big canal views, or down on the dock fishing in the evenings. We had 4 adults but could've fit more easily. Some details, because I always find it helpful to read these in reviews: Pool: We heated it to 82 degrees for a few days, but then it was too cold for swimming anyway, so we turned the pool heater off. Our electricity bill at the end of the stay was $138. Pool was well maintained with a pool service. Kitchen/Living area: Kitchen is spacious and well equipped enough. We never had to buy any kitchen tools, but did need to supply paper towels and aluminum foil. There are two coffee makers, regular drip and Nespresso. Filters provided. The living room has a great couch--lift the back all the way up and then ease it down so it locks in place. Nice quad sliding door so you can have a full outdoor feeling in nice weather. We often like to have a 2nd table for puzzles, there were only the 2 dining tables available, and we didn't want to puzzle outdoors. TV/Internet - The TV is basic cable, folks. So if you like to watch cable news or sports (think CNN, ESPN, etc.) you'll need to work out a streaming device. We brought a Roku and used YouTube TV. Internet seems fast enough for streaming, but probably not enough for gaming. Boat rental/Dock - We rented a deck boat from CoralVilla, and it was great. We spent 3 days cruising the canals, exploring the Caloosahatchee River, and heading out to Fort Myers Beach. Tons of fun, and we saw a few manatees in the canals. It does take about 40 minutes to get from the house to the lock to exit the canal system, but cruising is fun. :) Boat delivery and pickup were smooth & easy. House doesn't have fishing poles, but we picked up a couple at Walmart. Caught catfish, mangrove snapper, and striped mojarra from the concrete dock. Electricity -- be aware this is extra. We were checked in by Patricia and signed the meter reading at the beginning and end of the trip. During checkout we had to give the grill an extra clean--apparently you need to take out all the insides and clean those. Again, our bill was $138 for two weeks, and we heated the pool for about 3 days. Lovely home, we would stay there again!

What a great place and great view!
Beautiful views and extremely clean. Family spent a week here and would be fine not leaving. Lots of great supplies for a stay - stocked kitchen, countless sheets and towels, kayaks (highly recommend using), workout equipment, beach chairs, and pool rafts. Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood and close to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.

Wonderful, relaxing oasis! We loved our lazy days on the lanai and our easy access to the canal (and their kayaks)! The house was well-stocked with outdoor gear for fun (pool floats, beach gear, kayaks, fishing poles) and lots of kitchenware for cooking at home. We were dedicated to staying put in this dreamland, and were pleased we could get groceries delivered via Instacart and takeout from lots of great restaurants via DoorDash. We also liked the option to take a ten-minute walk for coffee, donuts, local restaurants and groceries. If you intend to use the pool, i suggest you confirm the pool will be heated to 82 degrees before you arrive. The pool was chilly (72) when we arrived and it took a few days to heat up. Still a magical stay! Highly recommend!

I was in town for an extended work trip and found this house with similar prices as a hotel. The house, pool, and extras make this a top notch place to stay. You have to pay for used electric at the end of your stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and would stay here again.

This was the classic Florida house of my dreams. Beautiful water view, pool, spacious, quiet, safe, and well equipped! The house comes with a ton of amenities, like glass grill, pool towels, beaches chairs and more! We "worked from home" during the week so we appreciated the strong wifi. Thanks for a great stay!

Wir durften über den 4.Juli in der Villa Blue Lagoon verweilen. Es war sooo gemütlich vom Pooldeck aus das Feuerwerk über dem Wasser zu sehen! Und am Tag unserer Abreise schwammen noch zwei Manatees direkt vorbei! Unsere Familie fühlte sich sehr wohl! Das Haus ist hell und modern , sehr stilvoll eingerichtet-nichts fehlt! Wer morgens gern bei einem Cappuccino den Sonnenaufgang genießt, hat hier einen schönen Platz gefunden.

Great rental experience. The property is well-maintained. The operator is experienced. Everything in the house is in good shape. However if you are renting a boat it takes about 40 minutes to get out of the canal.
Beautiful house
The house was beautiful, even after hurricane Ian. The only issue I found is that the blinds in the home are in need of replacement. They are missing panels and are very thin, which will allow every bits of sunlight in your bedroom. The cage is gone, but a new one will be installed in October. I did miss the screened in patio due to flies, etc. The house is really pretty and loved the pool. Patricia was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I would book this house again, and as always, look forward to returning to Cape Coral for our yearly family vacation spot.
