Diese schöne Villa ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Boot vom River entfernt und somit perfekt für ereignisreiche Bootstouren in die Umgebung. Die Lage ist einzigartig, da man fußläufig schnell nach Downtown zu den Geschäften und Restaurants kommt. Außerdem stehen Ihnen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, um die Gegend zu erkunden oder zum Strand in Cape Coral zu fahren. Dieser befindet sich in der Gegend.
Der offen gestaltete Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und voll ausgestatteter Küche bietet genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Durch die gemütliche Einrichtung fühlen Sie sich gleich willkommen. Von hier aus gelangen Sie durch die großen Glastüren direkt zum wunderschön angelegten Poolbereich. Hier erwarten Sie eine bequeme Lounge-Ecke sowie ein BBQ Grill für gemütliche Grillabende. Der elektrisch beheizbare Pool befindet sich in Südlage, perfekt, um den ganzen Tag die Sonne zu genießen.
Direkt am Kanal erwartet Sie Ihr privates Bootsdeck mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Genießen Sie die Sonne und beobachten Sie vorbeischwimmende Delfine und Fische. Starten Sie Ihre Erkundungstouren mit dem Boot durch die Kanäle und zu den schönen Stränden direkt von hier aus.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Das Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize Bett, einen direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich sowie eigenes angrenzendes Badezimmer. Die beiden weiteren Schlafzimmer, je mit Queensize Bett, teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet auch einen direkten Poolzugang.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Unsere Gäste werden von unserer deutschen Hausverwaltung betreut. Sie wird Ihnen bei eventuellen Fragen und Problemen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite stehen. Nach Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie in das Haus eingewiesen. In der Villa werden Sie außerdem eine Mappe mit wertvollen Informationen über Ihren Urlaubsort finden.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrer gebuchten Villa, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

With a boat as you are just 10 min to the river.
3 week stay
Had a great 3 week stay in March, villa was lovely, equipped with everything you need. Pinball machine was fun, fishing off the dock, chilling by the pool. Nice that you could walk to bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.The pictures and descriptions were spot on!
We were having company for dinner on Saturday evening and didn’t have an extra large cooking pot; our hosts reacted and bought a new one for us within hours; they saved the day!

The place is beautiful and so comfortable. All the things one could ask for in a property. We have already rebooked for next year.

Stay for a little over 2 weeks. Enjoyed many things about this villa. The Tiki on the canal was a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. The pool and lanai had a nice sitting area for reading a book or watching the kids in the pool. Pool was on the smaller side but warmed up fast. Game room is a bonus for kids. One the most comfortable king size beds in master. The whole house was clean and inviting. 2 Bicycles provide with bike lane near the property. One of the big advantage to this place is location!! Very close to everything and less traffic to fight. Wanted to book for next year but already reserved. Very good experience with Coralvilla.Very beautiful home!
Such a peaceful atmosphere! We enjoyed our week exploring the area. This home is close to wonderful restaurants & shops. We very much enjoyed riding the provided bikes and exploring. The game room was literally a game changer! Mornings were spent sitting in the lanai, drinking coffee and watching the birds in and around the canal. We loved the option to rent a boat through the villa, even though we did not end up utilizing this option as we did so much land exploring! We would definitely rent from CoralVilla in the future!
Schöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, wenn auch etwas „in die Jahre gekommen“, es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt, die Lage des Hauses ist okay (Nachbarschaft) - der Blick vom Pool dafür aber überwältigend, die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit der Agentur ist hervorragend, ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gab es bezüglich der Sauberkeit im Aussenbereich und nicht funktionierendem oder kaputtem Mobiliar - hierauf wurde aber von der Hausverwaltung umgehend eingegangen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und buchen sehr gerne wieder über CoralVilla.

The house is in a very good condition, although a bit “outdated”, everything you need for a successful stay is available, the location of the house is okay (neighborhood) - but the view from the pool is overwhelming, the communication and handling with the agency is excellent, there were a few small points of criticism regarding the cleanliness in the outdoor area and non-functioning or broken furniture - but this was addressed immediately by the property management. We were very satisfied and would gladly book through CoralVilla again.

Wir haben jetzt schon das 2te mal bei CoralVilla Unterschlupf gefunden . Was soll ich sagen: Einfach Spitzenklasse 💪💪💪 Die Preise finden wir Top. Die Ausstattung der Häuser war bis jetzt immer mehr als ausreichend . Die Kommunikation ist sehr einfach (natürlich alles auf Deutsch 👍). Bis jetzt waren alle die wir kennengelernt haben super nett und extrem hilfbereit. Für die nächsten Jahre wissen wir das wir bei euch bestens aufgehoben sein werden . Es gibt ja Gott sei Dank noch genug Villen die wir testen können🤭🤭

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at CoralVilla. What can I say: simply top class 💪💪💪 We think the prices are great. The equipment of the houses has always been more than adequate. Communication is very easy (of course everything is in German 👍). So far, everyone we have met has been super nice and extremely helpful. We know that we will be in good hands with you for the next few years. Thank goodness there are still enough villas that we can test🤭🤭🤭
Urlaub Cape Coral
Tolles Haus, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Ruhige Lage, alles gut und schnell mit Auto, Bike, Boot, zu erreichen. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht zu helfen.

Wonderful home
Wonderful home in a fabulous location in SE Cape Coral. Easy access to restaurants etc. House was spotless when we arrived. Heated pool was so relaxing, and the neighborhood very quiet. The kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could ask for. I woud rent from this group again!
We had a wonderful stay.
My SIL and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation to the area. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was accessible to all points for day trips. We especially liked the lanai, pool, and the outdoor covered deck next to waterway surrounded by beautiful landscaping and palm trees. Our host was friendly, professional and communicated clearly. Highly recommend.
Schönes gemütliches Haus in recht ruhiger Umgebung
Die Firma ,Coral Villa' ist sehr umgänglich mit den Kunden. Das Verwalterehepaar vor Ort, Vanessa und Andreas sind unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und haben uns das Haus in einem sauberen und einwandfreien Zustand übergeben. Herzlichen Dank! Wir waren zeitweise vier Personen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für Poolgeniesser dürfte dieser grösser sein.

Nice cozy house in quite quiet surroundings. The company 'Coral Villa' is very sociable with the customers. The local manager couple, Vanessa and Andreas, are uncomplicated, helpful and handed over the house to us in a clean and perfect condition. Thank you very much! We were four people at times and felt very comfortable. The pool should be bigger for pool lovers.

This house worked great for our family of 4. Loved the pool and everything was nice! The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was a nice bonus!

Belle Isle
The house was in very good order, from beds to showers, no issues with white goods, internet, tv etc. The friendly management team greeted us on arrival, explained how everything worked and helped us plan our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The pool area was perfect, clean and well appointed. Lots of wildlife to admire from the cage, nothing dangerous! The location is so good, sitting on the dock enjoying the sunset is a wonderful experience. We also hired a speedboat for three days, the instruction for a first time hirer was very detailed and gave us confidence to go through the canal system to the river and on to the Gulf, would recommend it. The boat was immaculate and very well maintained. Deposit returned unbelievably quick. Thank you everyone for making our stay so good
