Beschreibung
Die Villa Martinique befindet sich im beliebten Südwesten von Cape Coral.
Reichlich Platz für bis zu acht Personen bietet der Innenraum des Hauses sowie der große Poolbereich von über 130 m².
Der Wohnraum ist anliegend zur Küche und Ausgang zum Poolbereich. Die Musikanlage dort versorgt den Innen- und Außenbereich mit Musik - Sie können zusätzlich auch Ihr Mobilgerät damit verbinden und Ihre eigene Playlist hören.
Die Küche ist großzügig und bietet alles, was man an Geräten und Gewürzen benötigt. Alle Geräte sind Edelstahl, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Keurig- und eine Nespresso Maschine sind ebenso vorhanden.
Drei Schafzimmer sind mit großen Betten und TV ausgestattet, das vierte mit zwei Doppelstockbetten und TV. Insgesamt gibt es drei Bäder mit Duschen und im Masterbad zusätzlich eine Badewanne. Falls Sie im Urlaub mal arbeiten müssen, steht Ihnen ein kleiner Office Bereich zur Verfügung. Für den Spaßfaktor gibt es einen Kicker-Tisch.
Der Poolbereich bietet genügend Platz zum Entspannen. Dort finden Sie einen Essbereich, einen BBQ Grill, sowie Poolliegen zum Relaxen. Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, welche das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr. Zusätzlich hat der Bereich einen separaten Whirlpool.
Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge.
Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Die Boote zur Auswahl finden Sie direkt unter der Lagekarte nach der Beschreibung. In der Buchung können Sie dann direkt das von Ihnen gewünschte Boot mit auswählen.
Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Ebenso ist das Rauchen nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

House was spacious and a great place to stay for myself, my husband and two others during our two week vacation in Cape Coral. The house itself could use a little freshening up, but it provided us with what we needed for the stay. We loved the infinity pool and spa and used them frequently. Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need and more. We loved that the house was on a canal. We rented a boat and used it multiple days during our stay. Upon arriving, we had a few small concerns. The property manager was pleasant and so responsive. She addressed each one in an efficient and timely manner. We would definitely rent from them again.

Vielen Dank für einen erneuten wundervollen Aufenthalt. Am Anfang waren wir ja ein wenig skeptisch, ob diese Reise überhaupt stattfinden kann. Denn der Hurrikan Ian ist ja Ende September über Fort Myers und Cape Coral hinweggefegt. Hier waren die größten Zerstörungen. Aber alle Achtung vor den Menschen in diesem Gebiet. Was hier in so kurzer Zeit geleistet wurde, um die Zerstörungen zu beseitigen, ist mit einem hohen Respekt entgegen zu bringen. Wir haben dieses Haus bereits das zweite Mal, für 3 ½ Wochen, gebucht. Es ist absolut wunderbar. Wir reisen bereits seit ca. 10 Jahren in diese Gegend und mieten uns immer gerne ein Haus. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine direkte Verbindung zur Terrasse und Poolbereich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen im Haus benötigen. Der Poolbereich ist fantastisch mit einem großen, normalen Pool und einem Whirlpool, den wir häufig genutzt haben. Das Haus liegt an einem Kanal mit einem Dock, an dem Sie angeln können. Hier sind Angelruten in der Garage vorhanden. Es gibt auch vier Sonnenliegen und ein Sonnenschirm. In der Garage findet man alles, was man für einen Strandtag benötigt. Alles in allem war dies wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser Villa und eine zuverlässige Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung, Familie Strauss, wenn es Probleme gab und beim Ein- und Auschecken. Wir können die Hausvermietung von „CoralVilla“ nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

I would definitely visit again. there was no paper towels and not enough toilet paper but I am sure the host would have brought more if I had asked. the rest of the house was well stocked and well kept. the pool and hot tub were very nice. we also rented a boat and used the dock and it worked out very well.
The Villa was very clean and spacious.
We loved the floor plan. The pool area was private. The beach chairs and cooler were available for the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the boat dock by the canal too. The property manager was always available and quick to respond to any questions.
The house was amazing.
By far our favorite house we have stayed in, in Cape Coral. Everything is clean and very welcoming. The pool was amazing and well used by our family of 8. The kitchen has everything you could need. We will be back!!

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnsiedlung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und macht einen guten Job. Eine Anmerkung zur Terrasse. Durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses hat man nur am Vormittag Sonne. An kühleren Tagen, braucht man dann ein dünnes Jäckchen, wenn man draußen sitzen will. Wir kommen gerne wieder.We had a great time!

CoralVilla is top-notch. The house was gorgeous, clean and exactly what we were promised from the listing and photos. The staff was perfect. From prompt replies during the online booking, to check-in, to questions/requests during out stay, to check-out...they were always quick to respond and assist. The kitchen knives at the house were very dull, and when we informed the CoralVilla Team, they next day shipped a brand new knife set to the door of the house. What amazing service! We couldn't figure out how to keep the hot tub hot, so they drove over to adjust the settings and show us how to work the system. So very impressed with the level of care they showed us during our 7 day stay. I highly recommend CoralVilla.

We had a great experience at this vacation home! Very clean and nicely decorated. The home had everything that we needed. We loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler available to take to the beach. Our children loved the pool!

Great for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Works best for a single family (in my opinion). Master suite is huge and has the nicest bathroom. Other three bedrooms are much smaller and share a single bathroom unless you use the "pool bath" that leads outside and is just past the living room. There was an "inspection" with the property owner at check-in and check-out which was not communicated ahead of time. Depending on your arrival and departure times, this may be a day after you arrive or before you leave. Try to arrange this ahead of time so you can plan vacation activities accordingly. Luckily, our family didn't plan anything too far in advance for this to be an issue. It was just an unexpected step/activity. Also, if you plan to cook at the house, the provided pots, pans, etc. are sub-par and there is almost no Tupperware for leftovers. Plan this accordingly. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood minutes from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Multiple beaches within an hour radius. If you have kiddos, I highly recommend Tony & Ava's. It's a coffee shop with a playground and splash pad. Playground equipment is geared towards 3+. We took our one year old and he loved the splash pad! Overall, great experience in a lovely home and location!

Beautiful place! Figuring out how to heat the pool and spa are a bit tricky. They cannot be heated at the same time. The key is to begin heating the pool early because it takes a few hours and then heat up the spa. If you get the chance, rent a boat through the owners and tour the canals, or even take it out into the intercoastal. It is an amazing way to experience this area!

We highly recommend this place. It's beautiful, relaxing location, high-end ameneties and comfortable beds made it a great place to stay. There are many good restaurants and shopping within a short drive. It's not far from beaches. We enjoyed day trips to Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers.

We absolutely loved this place!
It was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some, to cook whatever you would like. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. The beds are super comfy, and everything was clean and up to high standards. The house is in a great location for a nice quiet vacation, and our host made the check in/out process quick and easy. They also included a binder with lots of tips about good restaurants and shops in the area, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

I don’t know where to begin ! This was the most amazing air B and B ever . It was better than every photo! Super clean , everything you could possibly need . The pool and jacuzzi right on the canal was paradise . You never need to leave the villa . Anja was so attentive checking me in. Our AC froze and within an hour they had someone fixing it ! We will def rent again ! If you don’t rent this home your missing out !

First off, the staff of this property management company is so friendly, responsive and helpful. I have rented a TON of properties and this by far was the best group I have ever dealt with. The HOUSE is perfect. Clean, organized and fully stocked. The beds, pillows kitchen items are top rate. I wished I could live there forever! Rent this Villa- you will be so pleased that you did. PS: We caught so much fish off the dock that we could have had fish for dinner every night. AND I left a bag of cat food after my trip. A beautifully furnished and very spacious home. It is well equipped with kitchenware, pool towels, and even beach accessories. The backyard with pool and hot tub is a pleasant oasis. Patricia and Heiko were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or needs. The house backs onto a quiet, boat channel and is convenient for launching a kayak (which we rented from a nearby service). If a kayak was provided with the property, it would merit a 5 plus rating. Cape Coral has a few nice restaurants and is slightly less crowded than neighbouring Ft. Myers. If you want to escape the hectic crowds, visit nearby "kitschy" Matlacha and Pine Island (which has numerous hiking trails).

Wow! What a place. Everything you need for a vacation is in the house and the house is spectacular.
Was way beyond our expectations, The house was beautifully furnished with every imaginable kitchen utensil. The number of dishes was available for a party of 30. There are enough towels to furnish a locker room full of football players. The pool was clean. The house is very well designed for use. The hosts were very prompt and attended to our needs. We will return.

Villa Martinique
Unsere 3 ½ Wochen Urlaub sind nun leider vorbei und wir sind zurück in das grau und verregnete Deutschland / Berlin. Wir haben schon verschiedene Villen, von anderen Anbieter, in Cape Coral gemietet, aber auf Empfehlung von Patricia Strauss haben wir uns für die Villa Martinique entschieden. Schon vorab war der Kontakt in Deutschland hervorragend und dies hat sich auch in Florida so fortgesetzt. Das Haus, mit 4 Zimmern und 3 Bädern, ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hell und dass, obwohl wir nur zu zweit hier waren. Die, wie immer von Patricia, vorbereiteten Informationen sind sehr hilfreich und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Am Anreisetag konnten wir uns am Abend aus Kühlschrank ein kühles Getränk nehmen und auf dem Tisch stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein – Besten Dank - . Die ruhige Lage am Kanal trägt zur Entspannung bei, genauso wie der Pool mit dazugehörigen Jacuzzi. Das hat den Urlaub für uns rundum perfekt gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Aufenthalt Juli 2019 Uns hat die Villa super gefallen, es hat an nix gefehlt. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung alles top. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns nochmals für die super Betreuung vor Ort bedanken.

We loved our stay in Monjas beautiful place. The home is spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and dock on the canal. The kitchen was one of the best equipped that weve seen and had everything you could possibly need. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the home was very clean. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Wir können uns den vorangegangenen Komplimenten für diese Villa voll umfänglich anschließen. All unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Eine sehr wohnliche und gemütliche Atmosphäre mit allen modernen Ausstattungen, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die sehr gut ausgewählte Dekoration bis zur Ausstattung der Küche und der Badezimmer- einfach top!!!
Auch der Informations-Ordner mit allen nützlichen Tipps war uns eine wertvolle Hilfe. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir alles benutzen und uns sofort wohlfühlen konnten. Lange haben wir auf diesen Traumurlaub in Eurer Villa gewartet. Drei Wochen durften wir sie alle genießen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Villa Martinique
Wunderschönes Haus mit einer tollen Einrichtung. Alles da was man braucht. Auch die Betreuung durch CoralVilla und vor Ort war perfekt. Wir hatten einen rundum entspannten Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.
